These drone attacks are identical in nature to that of Germany’s firing of V2 rockets and V1 cruise missiles into London in the last phase of WWII. They did nothing to help Germany’s war effort, or to prolong the war for Germany to recover. They did however harden the resolve of the allied forces to crush Germany faster…. same thing is at play now with Russia.
Yeah–they lose a few planes. They suffer some infrastructure damage, but they are inflicting over 1,300 casualties (KIA and otherwise) on Ukrainian forces in the filed (30,000 per month) with a total of about 1.7 million KIA or wounded so far–not counting the numbers who’ve deserted under fire (over 100,000). Ukraine is using these novel methods for high-profile attacks–which are mainly media stunts designed to provoke Russia into larger actions (which are likely now).
There are actually fools in DC who want this war to evolve into a larger conflict dragging in the USA and NATO. The level of insanity is mindboggling with no thought to the consequences of such a war on North America (ie canned sunshine). We even have the Mormon church in the last two weeks coming out with messages of ‘the second coming’ in many of their official and blogger-wonk feeds… and my take on this is that the DC government draws heavily on the Mormon community for recruitment with its alphabet agencies. And I believe (my own theory) that these Mormon recruits have been back-channeling info to the old men in Salt Lake City–that a ‘big one’ is nigh (meaning WWIII, meaning the final war between Gog and Magog). The connection between these post and recent events are no coincidence I believe–and the LDS community is eating it up currently FYI.
Well if things play out as it now seems likely–a lot of people are going to get their wish to meet Jesus personally and not in the manner they think it will play out.

I didn’t know that Russia and the US are supposed to park their nuclear capable bombers in the open so they can be seen by satellite. It’s in the treaty. So the Ukrainians and NATO violated a treaty by attacking the bombers. I guess the treaty is now null and void. I wonder what’s going to happen?
That’s just the thing though, will it invalidate the treaty? We live in age where the “or else” clause in virtually every agreement and contract involving governments and those in positions of power never seem to be invoked. Almost like the system is rigged in order to ensure that no enforcement of penalties ever takes place.

Exactly. Which goes to my larger point that the “word” of US officials who negotiate any treaty is – rather than gold – nothing more than dog squeeze. And while US involvement hasn’t been proven in yesterday’s attacks on Russia (yet), even if they are, I’ll be surprised if the treaty is summarily invalidated. Now, if Russia hides their planes (whether or not they assert US involvement in the attacks) I guess that constitutes a defacto cancellation of it.
Consider that Trump claims to want peace between Russia and Ukraine. He also claims to have no foreknowledge of yesterday’s op (and maybe he didn’t). But at the same time, the “big, beautiful bill” contains a further $60B for the kraine, this on top of war pig lindsey making a personal visit to the penistic piano player and his associates just before the attack took place. Too many coincidences are piling up, and the noticing is getting to strong.
That $60B should be stripped immediately (or Trump should veto the whole bill.when it hits his desk) as the attack negates any progress towards a peace treaty, and Trump is being made to look like a chump now because of it. Continuing to financially aid Ukraine when they are conducting these sneak attacks (even while they have a delegation trying to hammer out a treaty) is a bad look. We’re getting played the same way by the krain kokaine klown show as we are by Israel; being extorted for vast sums of money while they conduct rogue operations that we are effectively contributing material support to.

The START treaty is between the US and Russia. Unless it is proven that the US was aiding this attack, the treaty is not invalidated.
