Only if the People would do their duty.
The oath to the Constitution that our military swore to uphold must be considered not to be valid. Maybe they feel the coup ended the Republic and therefore their oath.
The Constitution is clear on who is to put down and insurrection. It is not the military, it is the Militia (the Militia is defined by the Founders as the People). So they are fulfilling their oath in one way by not doing anything. Their oath is contradictory in that they cannot “suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions” since it is illegal for them to do that according to the Constitution. So the enemies domestic part is unconstitutional to the Constitution that they swore to defend.
So, when enough people stand….oh never mind! we know that’s not gonna happen.
There is not enough to stand to cover this country. The best option is a breakup and to carve out a section. But then again, we are to scattered too do that.

They do what authoritarians do, your rights are authored by the state. Shut up and comply is the only thing they will abide by, I am a free man I do not look to this illegal regime for my rights, I look to God first and will not surrender or abide by their unconstitutional laws. The only redress we have left is the 2nd amendment.
Respectfully, by following God’s laws we do not need the 2nd amendment for redress that can be overturned by man’s we the people’s supreme court that is made up of 9 politically connected corrupt lawyers for hire. God’s laws command us to be armed to protect our family and neighbors. Had we followed God’s laws instead of following man’s U.S Constitution that is subject to interpretation by bought and paid for lawyers America would not be in the current unfavorable situation. Who is John Galt? TEXIT!
I only site the 2nd amendment to enforce God’s laws not man’s law. The constitution and declaration of independence and bill of rights was written seeking divine help from God.
I do understand how you could have the opinion that the 3 documents that you referenced above were written with divine help of God. I used to have the same opinion. I believe many constitutionalists put forth the option that the constitution was divinely inspired and it probably was – by the new god know as We The People.

Weiland states in his excellent book Bible Law vs. The United States Constitution “Yahweh was formally abandoned when the constitutional framers penned the first 3 words of the Preamble and put their signatures to the social compact. We The People became the national replacement for Yahweh. Although some of the framers privately and publicly claimed to be Christians, they openly practiced anomianism. The framers nowhere attributed the inspiration for any specific article or amendment in the Constitution to the Bible or the laws of Yahweh. Worse, they created “laws” contrary to Yahweh’s.” Who is John Galt? TEXIT!
You use we the people as your justification that God was removed from the founding documents. The founding fathers you say were in denial of God’s laws? The constitution was written for a moral and just society under God! Just where do you think they got moral and just from? I could go to any of the propaganda news media and get the same BS.
You need to revisit the history of our founding. The preamble was thrown together at the last minute and has been bastardized by our enemies ever since its release. Start with reading the Declaration of Independence.
Agree 100%, the founding fathers had a strong religious and spiritual connection with the one true God.
