I traveled to Philadelphia on business over 20 years ago and was apprehensive at staying overnight in a marginal hotel, it was all I could find near my sales event. Went twice and then said No More. It was no way this bad, just a bit rough and degraded. The cities are finished, even the jewel of the South, Atlanta is nothing like it used to be just 10 years ago. All are headed Down.
