I sincerely doubt anyone left China without the permission of the Chinese government.

Anyone in the bureaucracy and out of the bureaucracy who commits these acts against its own nation are traitors and they must be hanged for it, and I could care less who and what they are, and I surely don’t care what color they’re as well. All need to be hanged.
