Living in the United States is like having your head at the bottom of a guillotine waiting for the blade to fall. We have no control over the course of the country set by our “leaders”, Israel and China. We have been attacked with a bioweapon, a bioengineered death vaccine and chemicals sprayed over the country. We have been locked down, threatened, imprisoned people for political motivations and stripped of our wealth. Our children and grandchildren will be forced to fight in yet another endless war.
Do you keep looking for a bright spot or good news? I take solace in my faith that God is in control. Whether His punishment will be slight or severe for our transgressions is in His hands. I pray that His judgment against the “leaders” of this nation will be swift. I do not know if Trump is the appointed saviour of the world as Amb. Huckabee believes but I do know that we will never regain our Sacred Honor if we do not have faith in God and in ourselves. Look in the mirror and ask yourself if you see an honorable man or woman.

For many years I thought I would make a difference by voting, by attending rallies, and interacting with the pols but none of that really mattered, in retrospect. But there is a plan and I have faith that it is a good plan. That I know the plan is immaterial; but to know it is a good plan is all that matters. To me.
I feel you, but I think a lot of it has passed any statute, so can’t be prosecuted, and I think Grok had to suffer while Elon was otherwise engaged. DOGE isn’t dead, but I think they’ve simply moved it out of the news, preferring to get the work done without the constant flamboyant opposition. The fraud, waste and abuse will be whittled down quietly, money-wise AND personnel-wise.

Fair questions. All of them. I can and will respond to the AI question, but I think that’s not really your point…
Regarding AI, no matter whether it’s Grok, ChatGPT, etc, they are all left-biased. Simply ask Grok about climate change, Jan 6th (like you mentioned), gun rights, etc. Training AI models is very complex, and the vast amount of information out there from the left vastly exceeds the information from the right, at least if you try to do any type of search engine analysis (this is by design).

This particular author attempted to “fine-tune” an existing model to provide more balanced, even right-leaning answers, and to a small degree, he succeeded, but fine-tuning is not the same as training. There are NO conservative, or even balanced, Large Language AI Models… I have been scouring everything I can find to locate JUST ONE. They don’t exist, and the beauty of that is people are figuring it out. This may be the downfall of AI. At the very least it has demonstrated a tremendous void that needs to be filled. In the meantime, AI can be a great tool if you know HOW to ask the RIGHT questions. More on that from future me.
To the actual point of your post. Yes, I look for good news, bright spots, positive movement. There’s more than we see at first glance. Inflation is not as high as it was. Eggs are cheaper. Fuel, for the most part, is cheaper… I remember very recently when diesel was $4.99 per gallon. Now it’s less than $3.50. Criminal illegal aliens are either self-deporting or being removed. Christianity appears to be making a comeback in our nation. Communism has been exposed and more and more people are no longer consuming the leftist propaganda. Furthermore, if you need evidence of actual good happening in our country, just spend an evening or two enjoying Rodeo instead of watching the news. That will change your perspective.
The questions you listed above are good, and relevant, although I’m really hoping we can avoid #10. I think the best we can do is CREATE our own good news and bright spots. Help those in need. Protect our families. Give thanks to God. Be honorable. We know what that means, and we know how to do it. We are here, in this time, enduring these trials, because God has deemed us worthy. It is now our job and our responsibility to Him and to ourselves to live up to that.

Hence the multi threat survival strategy. I thought about leaving for someplace like the South Pacific, but having no citizenship, real income, the stability of title to rural land, and the right to be armed is only a reality here. I went for rural, low nuclear fallout threat, low vibrant numbers, normal gun laws, and a reasonable level of heritage American mindset.
I will make my stand here unconcerned about riots in all the cities, beltway politics, and much of the rest. I no longer have a passport and have no plans to travel very far from home ever again. When feeling anxious about events I can practice shooting, throw up some more barbed wire around the farm or go down an buy another gold coin. Most importantly, I am my own S-2 shop and I work every day to map the local and regional enemies and watch the possible threats develop. If you have prepped well there is nothing much beyond that you can do anyway.
The answer to many of your questions is that all in DC are immoral and crooked. I have worked directly either their ilk so I know.
And your state and national representatives and senators are not elected, they are selected. You have no say so because the big pacs and mega donors own everything and everyone. This is a fact, I worked with these ilk. And they steal from us and take care of themselves.

Why bother answering any of these. The game is rigged. All we can do is question everything and assume we are being lied to then try to sort out the truth for ourselves. We have to hold on to what makes us unique as free people. We have to hold on to our foundation of Jesus, family, community and the ideals our founders laid out for us.
I’ve been saying this for a number of years now.
