Actually wrong--the ‘porch-dwelling, 40oz malt liquor-swilling, violent hip-hop music consuming, blunt-smoking types have a genetic average IQ of about 75. Education now matter who is standing at the head of the learning box is irrelevant--as their minds are completely unsalvageable. Now this is true with about 90% of the inner city porch dwellers--however there is that 10% who are off the curve intelligence wise. These types usually wind up in roles of leadership, subjugating the other 90% of the porch-dwellers using communist mind control techniques. And there is a miniscule percentage of actual conservative blacks who’s minds are not destroyed by the porch-dwelling culture.
It’s the low I.Q. teachers who teach teach and instruct them in anti white racism and how to become a communist in just a few lessons, and the majority of them learn fast. There I.Q.’s are low because of the bell curve and the 90% which you quote are this way. These sadist tribal animals are incapable of any change whatsoever and will die at there hands of there own kind for a pack of smokes which were stolen anyway.

I remember from many years ago a fellow student from my school said the black teacher wanted him to spell a word using a “R ruh”.

In the year of 2018 in the month of January, I happened to see on news channel 12 here in Westchester County, New York, by complete Divine Appointment— praise be unto Christ Jesus, Christ Yahoshua, Christ Yeshua, President Xi Jinping of China, stated how rap music, hip-hop and all that belong to that/this culture do not belong in China. He said that China is of High Arts such as Classical Music; he continued to say that there is nothing more ridiculous looking than a Chinese person rapping to and singing rap music. Bravo! To President Xi Jinping. President Xi Jinping said to the effect: None of this garbage culture is tolerated in China.
