We need to identify the criminals who infected these people and throw them in jail. Certainly, the last ones infected must be held in solitary confinement for at least a month until they’re clean. If we do appropriate contact tracing we could have roughly a million criminals off the streets and out of their homes by the end of the year.
Then we can get to work on the criminals who infect people with influenza. Then, noroviruses, HIV, STDs and on.
