It seems that the news cycle is very short-lived concerning some topics. The Coronavirus and Super Bowl have eclipsed everything else for now. While we may need a respite from some of the news, bad things usually happen when our attention is diverted.
I know my list above can be increased as some topics are more important to some people than other topics. However, we should remember who really is in control and take comfort in His plan.
We are currently witnessing a major epidemic caused by the 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV). The evolution of 2019-nCoV remains elusive. We found 4 insertions in the spike glycoprotein (S) which are unique to the 2019-nCoV and are not present in other coronaviruses. Importantly, amino acid residues in all the 4 inserts have identity or similarity to those in the HIV-1 gp120 or HIV-1 Gag. Interestingly, despite the inserts being discontinuous on the primary amino acid sequence, 3D-modelling of the 2019-nCoV suggests that they converge to constitute the receptor binding site. The finding of 4 unique inserts in the 2019-nCoV, all of which have identity /similarity to amino acid residues in key structural proteins of HIV-1 is unlikely to be fortuitous in nature. This work provides yet unknown insights on 2019-nCoV and sheds light on the evolution and pathogenicity of this virus with important implications for diagnosis of this virus.

The Pentagon is preparing military installations to, if necessary, quarantine up to 1,000 people returning to the US from overseas to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus that originated in Wuhan, China, the Department of Defense announced Saturday.
“On Feb. 1, Secretary of Defense Dr. Mark T. Esper approved a request for assistance from the Department of Health and Human Services for housing support for 1,000 people who may need to be quarantined upon arrival from overseas travel due to the novel coronavirus,” a Pentagon statement explained.
The Pentagon will provide access to multiple facilities capable of housing at least 250 people through Feb. 29.

The airports in Wuhan China were infected and the Chinese did not warn the world.
It took 19 days for this man to be diagnosed with coronavirus. We are holding people in California for 14 days of observation. The initial period was only 3 days until the CDC stepped in and updated it to 14.
I posted a video from Chris Martenson showing the air traffic in China which was hundreds of planes per hour. Multiply that for 16 more days (minimal) through January.
The airlines may have understood this threat but they did not cancel flights until their employees stood up.
The Pentagon is staging quarantine facilities throughout the United States.

“And forgive us our sins, for we ourselves forgive everyone who is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation.” (Luke 11:4)
Who forgives whom first?
On the one hand, Jesus says, “Forgive us our sins, for we ourselves forgive everyone who is indebted to us.” (Luke 11:4)
On the other hand, Paul says, “As the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive.” (Colossians 3:13)
When Jesus teaches us to pray that God would forgive us, “for we ourselves forgive,” he is not saying that the first move in forgiveness was our move. Rather, it goes like this: God forgave us when we believed in Christ (Acts 10:43). Then, from this broken, joyful, grateful, hopeful experience of being forgiven, we offer forgiveness to others.
This forgiving spirit signifies that we have been savingly forgiven. That is, our forgiving others shows that we have faith; we are united to Christ; we are indwelt by the gracious, humbling Holy Spirit.
But we still sin (1 John 1:8, 10). So we still turn to God for fresh applications of the work of Christ on our behalf — fresh applications of forgiveness. We cannot do this with any confidence if we are harboring an unforgiving spirit. (Remember the parable of the unforgiving servant in Matthew 18:23–35. He refused to forgive his fellow servant who owed him ten dollars, though he claimed to be forgiven ten million. He showed by his unforgiving spirit that the king’s mercy had not changed him.)
Jesus protects us from this folly by teaching us to pray, “Forgive us our sins, for we ourselves forgive everyone who is indebted to us” (Luke 11:4). That’s why Jesus says we ask for forgiveness because we are forgiving. This is like saying, “Father, continue to extend to me the mercies purchased by Christ, because by these mercies I have been forgiven, and I forsake vengeance and extend to others what you have extended to me.”
May you know God’s forgiveness afresh today, and may that grace overflow in your heart in forgiveness toward others. And may that sweet experience of grace in your life give you added assurance that, when you go to God to experience fresh, blood-bought forgiveness, you will know that he sees you as his forgiven and forgiving child.
The confirmed cases of 2019-nCoV is now 14,950. This is a 47% increase in the past 24 hours.
Please understand the consequences of not being prepared with supplies, biological filters and goggles. Also be aware that graphs are like statistics: they can be manipulated. Many graphs are now expanding their X axis to show a linear infection rate instead of the true exponential rate.

The coronavirus may be used as a vaccine for treating and/or preventing a disease, such as infectious bronchitis, in a subject.
FIELD OF THE INVENTION:
The present invention relates to an attenuated coronavirus comprising a variant replicase gene, which causes the virus to have reduced pathogenicity. The present invention also relates to the use of such a coronavirus in a vaccine to prevent and/or treat a disease.
SUMMARY OF ASPECTS OF THE INVENTION:
The present inventors have used a reverse genetics approach in order to rationally attenuate IBV. This approach is much more controllable than random attenuation following multiple passages in embryonated eggs because the position of each mutation is known and its effect on the virus, i.e. the reason for attenuation, can be derived.
Using their reverse genetics approach, the present inventors have identified various mutations which cause the virus to have reduced levels of pathogenicity. The levels of pathogenicity may be reduced such that when the virus is administered to an embryonated egg, it is capable of replicating without being pathogenic to the embryo. Such viruses may be suitable for in ovo vaccination, which is a significant advantage and has improvement over attenuated IBV vaccines produced following multiple passage in embryonated eggs.
Thus in a first aspect, the present invention provides a live, attenuated coronavirus comprising a variant replicase gene encoding polyproteins comprising a mutation in one or more of non-structural protein(s) (nsp)-10, nsp-14, nsp-15 or nsp-16.
The variant replicase gene may encode a protein comprising one or more amino acid mutations selected from the list of:
Pro to Leu at position 85 of SEQ ID NO: 6,
Val to Leu at position 393 of SEQ ID NO: 7;
Leu to Ile at position 183 of SEQ ID NO: 8;
Val to Ile at position 209 of SEQ ID NO: 9.
The replicase gene may encode a protein comprising the amino acid mutation Pro to Leu at position 85 of SEQ ID NO: 6.
The replicase gene may encode a protein comprising the amino acid mutations Val to Leu at position 393 of SEQ ID NO: 7; Leu to Ile at position 183 of SEQ ID NO: 8; and Val to Ile at position 209 of SEQ ID NO: 9.

While doctors have focused on respiratory samples from pneumonia cases to identify coronavirus patients, they might have ignored a less apparent and hidden source of the spread: diarrhea.
The novel coronavirus was detected in the loose stool of the first U.S. case — a finding that hasn’t featured among case reports from Wuhan, China, the epicenter of the outbreak. However, that doesn’t surprise scientists who have studied coronaviruses, nor doctors familiar with the bug that caused SARS.
Imagine the following scenario in one of the Democrat controlled sh_thole cities:
Human feces is so prevalent, maps are generated to notify people where defecation is located. Rainfall generates fecal contamination which contains coronavirus. Human and animal foot traffic transmits the virus quickly throughout the city.
It this happens, what will people do to their “rulers” who were more concerned with overturning the 2016 Presidential election than looking after their constituents?
“There I will make a horn to sprout for David; I have prepared a lamp for my anointed. His enemies I will clothe with shame, but on him his crown will shine.”(Psalm 132:17–18)
Who will benefit from the promises God made to David?
Here is Psalm 132:17–18 again: “I will make a horn to sprout for David; I have prepared a lamp for my anointed. His enemies I will clothe with shame, but on him his crown will shine.”
Now connect that with Isaiah 55:1, 3, “Come, everyone who thirsts, come to the waters; and he who has no money, come, buy and eat! . . . And I will make with you an everlasting covenant, my steadfast, sure love for David.”
From this side of the cross, here’s how I would paraphrase that promise: Whoever comes to God through Jesus Christ, his Son, thirsting for what God is for us in Christ, rather than depending on who we are or what we do, God will make with that one a covenant.
Remember how the Bible comes to an end in Revelation 22:17? “Let the one who is thirsty come; let the one who desires take the water of life without price.” This is not just the Jews of Isaiah’s day. This is anyone who comes to Christ to satisfy the thirst of his soul. “I will make with [that one] an everlasting covenant!”
What covenant? A covenant defined and secured by God’s “sure love for David.” Isaiah 55:3, “I will make with you an everlasting covenant, my steadfast, sure love for David.” I take that to mean that I am included in the Davidic covenant. What David gets, I will get in Christ Jesus.
And what does that include?
A horn will sprout for me. That is, great strength will fight for me and protect me. There will be a God-prepared lamp for me. That is, light will surround me and darkness will not overcome me. There will be a crown for me. That is, I will reign with the Son of David and sit with him on his throne. “The one who conquers, I will grant him to sit with me on my throne” (Revelation 3:21).
It is an astonishing thing that we will benefit from the promises made to David. God means for us to be astonished. He means for us to leave our devotions astonished at the power and authority and surety with which we are loved by God.
Over the past few days, the mainstream press has vigorously pushed back against a theory about the origins of the coronavirus that has now infected as many as 70,000+ people in Wuhan alone (depending on whom you believe). The theory is that China obtained the coronavirus via a Canadian research program, and started molding it into a bioweapon at the Institute of Virology in Wuhan. Politifact pointed the finger at Zero Hedge, in particular, though the story was widely shared across independent-leaning media.
The theory is that the virus, which was developed by infectious disease experts to function as a bio-weapon, originated in the Wuhan-based lab of Dr. Peng Zhou, China’s preeminent researcher of bat immune systems, specifically in how their immune systems adapt to the presence of viruses like coronavirus and other destructive viruses. Somehow, the virus escaped from the lab, and the Hunan fish market where the virus supposedly originated is merely a ruse.
Now, a respected epidemiologist who recently caught flack for claiming in a twitter threat that the virus appeared to be much more contagious than initially believed is pointing out irregularities in the virus’s genome that suggests it might have been genetically engineered for the purposes of a weapon, and not just any weapon but the deadliest one of all.

The research involved to model a protein requires extensive experience, high end computers and laboratory equipment.
Note that there are four different amino acid sequences color coded in the graphic. Also note the number of inserts of these sequences in the protein.

At the time of this article’s publication, there has been no replication of this research by another laboratory.
If this research is replicated by another laboratory, I would agree that this coronavirus has been manufactured. If you wanted to weaponize coronavirus, you would want to ensure that its cell binding capabilities are increased for a higher infection rate. You would also want to use snippets that would allow rapid mutations (like HIV) to render vaccines so time sensitive that it would not impact the rate of the pandemic’s spread. This would also allow people who survive one strain to be reinfected with a new strain if the mutation is not recognized by the initial antibodies produced by the primary infection.
So if this is true, what difference does it make? At this point, not much. It does not matter how we got here, we have to deal with it. There are two possibilities if this is true:
The weaponized coronavirus was released accidentally. In this scenario, China will suffer the consequences of this lapse both medically and economically.
The weaponized coronavirus was released intentionally. This means that a vaccine is already developed and the New World Order goal of only 500 million people has been initiated.
The strange part of a vaccine as mentioned earlier is the rapid mutation rate of the HIV virus. Either a vaccine has been developed for other protein portions of the corona or the mutation rate is not as high as HIV. It is strange that President Trump has recently stated that HIV will be eliminated within 10 years.
