Our Government Is Broken

Our government consists of two classes: those who want unbridled power and those who are clueless on how to stop them. There is only one in all of the thousands in the Washington, D.C. who can be considered an outlier. The pot is boiling, the lines are drawn and our freedom hangs in the balance. I believe the government underestimates our resolve.

But Seriously, Why Are the Republicans Aiding and Abetting?

Jim Jordan makes his points. Again. The country already knows the truth. The lines are drawn and the Republicans are hoping for some crumbs from power crazed tyrants.

Stand up, state that this is an illegal process to coverup their criminal acts under the Obama administration and walk the F_ck out.

First person to be convicted under Florida’s ‘Red Flag’ firearms law faces up to 5 years in prison

Jerron Smith (r), the first person in Florida tried for violating the state’s Red Flag law, has been found guilty and faces a maximum sentence of five years in prison.

A Deerfield Beach man who was the first in Florida to be charged with defying the state’s “Red Flag” law has been found guilty and is now facing a maximum prison term of five years.

Broward Circuit Judge Ernest Kollra ordered a pre-sentencing investigation for Jerron Smith, 33, who was accused in March 2018 of failing to allow law enforcement officials to confiscate his weapons under the new state law, which was designed to take firearms away from those deemed most likely to use them to commit crimes.

The so-called “red flag” law was passed in the wake of the mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, one of the few gun reform laws that Democrats and Republicans could agree on in the Florida legislature. Under the law, police agencies are required to establish that a person is at high risk of using a firearm to commit a crime.

Smith was arrested in 2018, accused of shooting at a car driven by a friend with whom he was having an argument over a borrowed cellphone. The victim, Travis Jackson, was shaken but unhurt.

IS VIRGINIA BREWING THE NEXT HARPERS FERRY?

Is Virginia Brewing the Next Harpers Ferry?

My friend MT out at Lower Valley Assembly sent over his thoughts on the near future in Virginia. I tend to agree that the flashpoint may very well shape up there, as those living there or close by the NC border know that there’s two very different Virginias- the DC trash that look down on everyone not connected with the beltway as subhuman, and good folks who take an extreme amount of pride in the rich heritage that is the Commonwealth. That divide is becoming more and more evident amid the role the Sheriffs are taking in declaring county by county to be 2A sanctuaries.

And it’s important to note, the 2A doesn’t just apply to guns…pretty sure the clause for the militia is in there as well. Anyone who says otherwise is either an idiot or an enemy.

One of the events that inflamed tensions just prior to the US Civil War was the 1859 raid by abolitionist John Brown against a military arsenal at Harpers Ferry in Virginia (Now it’s in West Virginia). Brown was hoping to lead an uprising of slaves and establish an independent stronghold of freed slaves in the mountains. Slaves were, of course, denied the right to have arms, so the raid’s success would provide weapons to supply the slaves and other freedom fighters. But the raid was not a success. Ten of Brown’s men were killed during the raid and John Brown was executed for treason and murder. His last written words were, “I, John Brown, am now quite certain that the crimes of this guilty land will never be purged away but with blood.”

2020 Presidential candidate, former New York City mayor, Democrat, billionaire, and wanna-be tyrant Michael Bloomberg recently spent millions to help the Democrats win majorities in the Virginia state house and senate. Shortly after the election, Governor Northam announced that they would begin “banning the sale of [semi-automatic firearms] and high-capacity magazines, restoring the law that limits purchases to one gun a month, and a red flag law that would empower a court to temporarily remove a gun from a person deemed to be a risk to himself or others” as soon as they could pass such laws. Northam additional said that confiscating firearms was something he is working on.

Democrat senators in Virginia submittled SB16 which among other things creates an extremely broad definition for “assualt firearm” and prohibits any person from “importing, selling, transferring, manufacturing, purchasing, possessing, or transporting” the same. There is no grandfather clause; possession is prohibited.

Last night, hundreds of Virginia citizens decended on a Virginia Beach city council meeting, calling for the city to become a Second Amendment sanctuary. Gloucester County earlier had voted to become a Second Amendment sanctuary. As of December 3rd, twenty-four counties in Virginia had adopted Second Amendment sanctuary resolutions.

In the Declaration of Independence, our forefathers wrote that some of the most important, unalienable rights were life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. The rights and powers contained in the Bill of Rights all support those three unalienable rights. Most of the Bill of Rights are in support of the right of liberty. The Second Amendment is one of the few which supports all three. What good is your right to life without means to defend it? Those who claim that their right to life means that no one should be allowed arms are profoundly incorrect. Noted professor of law at the time of the Bill of Rights ratification St. George Tucker said “the right to self-defence is the first law of nature” and that the Second Amendment is “the true palladium of liberty.” A world without arms simply means that those with physical strength will take as they want. As the old saying goes, “God created men, but Sam Colt made them equal.” No tool so far invented is a greater equalizer in a fight against a superior opponent than a firearm.

There is another old saying that there are four boxes to be used in the defense of liberty – the soap box in which people use free speech to sway people to their cause; the ballot box in which the people try to vote in representatives who will actually represent them rather than succumb to other corrupt influences; the jury box in which people may show their dissatisfaction with laws through the use of jury nullification; and, finally, the cartridge box or ammo box through which people fight for their liberty.

The battles of Lexington and Concord were an attempt by our government to seize firearms so that the citizens could not fight back. They sparked the Revolutionary War. The raid on Harpers Ferry was an attempt to seize arms from the government so that slaves could fight for their freedom. It sparked the US Civil War. Could firearms confiscation in Virginia or in another state be the spark for a second, much uglier, civil war?

ONLY 19 SENATORS ARE A “FIRM NO” AGAINST IMPEACHMENT – AND THERE ARE WHISPERS SOME REPUBLICANS MAY TURN ON TRUMP

Only 19 Senators Are A “Firm No” Against Impeachment – And There Are Whispers Some Republicans May Turn On Trump

It has been widely assumed that the Democrats could never possibly get the votes that they need to remove Donald Trump from office in the U.S. Senate, and so therefore the outcome of this entire saga is already a foregone conclusion.  But what if that is not true?

In this article, you will see that only 19 members of the Senate are a “firm no” when it comes to impeachment, and 35 members have already publicly committed to convicting Trump.  In the end, it is going to take 67 votes to remove Trump from office, and Democrats only control 47 seats.  It was always going to be a monumental task to try to find 20 Republican members of the Senate willing to betray Trump, and it still doesn’t seem likely that we will get anywhere near that number.  But there are whispers that at least some Republicans are currently very much up in the air regarding how they will vote.

I’ve said this before, I don’t think they will vote to send this to the senate unless they know they already have the 20 Republican Senators they need to vote for removal. The trial in the senate will be brutal and the Democrats will not won’t to endure it unless they know it’s already a done deal. Removal = Civil War

Democrats are “summoning the DEMON of political violence,” and the next phase of their criminal coup will unleash blood in the streets

Democrats are “summoning the demon of political violence,” meaning they are taking active steps right now that will result in blood spilling onto the streets of America. And they are doing it willfully. This is the outcome they want (see below for why). Essentially, Democrats operate from the rule that if they can’t control society, they will destroy it.

To understand how this is going to happen, recognize that elections are a civil replacement for political violence. Before elections and democracy emerged, the rulers of nations were largely determined by who could kill their political enemies and seize power. For millennia, nearly every national ruler was a mass murderer, since obtaining political power required killing anyone who stood in their way.

Elections sought to make the process of regime change more civil, allowing the people to choose their representatives in a system of voting that, to function in a civil manner, requires all participants to agree to the outcome of the vote, even if their favored candidate loses.

Similarly, the brutality of violence was also supposed to be replaced by a fair, transparent justice system where no person is above the law and every person receives the same rights when accused: The right to face your accuser, the right to call witnesses in your defense, the right to cross examine the prosecution’s witnesses, and so on.

Democrats have abandoned every pillar of civil society

The reason this is important to understand is because Democrats have thrown these pillars of civil society out the window in their desperation to destroy Trump and overthrow America, turning it into an authoritarian regime run by a twisted combination of techno-fascists (like Google and Twitter) conspiring with deep state operatives who despise the Constitution. Together, they have silenced free speech in America, deprived the President of the United States any shred of due process (in the treasonous Schiff impeachment trials) and sought to nullify the will of the People who voted for Trump in 2016.

Democrats absolutely will not stop until they have mass murdered their political opponents

The State of Virginia is gearing up to attempt that in 2020 by criminalizing all Virginians who currently own legal firearms such as AR-15s. Why would the government of Virginia seek to confiscate all such weapons from the law-abiding citizens of Virginia? Simply stated, it’s because the Democrat-led government of Virginia plans to do something that citizens might shoot them for carrying out.

That plan, of course, is the complete extermination of all political opponents, which is consistent with the idea that Democrats have now abandoned the very pillars of civil society. Democrats — who also fully support infanticide and the murder of their own children, by the way — are openly demanding the murder of President Trump and the mass killing of his supporters. They demand violence, and they prove it by rejecting the replacement for violence… i.e. fair and free elections, a free press and due process for all citizens.

Lindsey Graham’s Coverup Plan

Lindsey Graham’s plan to end the impeachment trial in the Senate by calling an immediate vote to clear the President is based on his assumption that this will allow the country to “heal”.

This is another example of how little regard the Deep State gives the intelligence of the people. I do not want revenge but I do want justice. I do not want another coverup of treason. I do want an end to this two-tiered justice system and the collusion to destroy our Republic by our “rulers”.

Sunday Morning Thoughts

I tried to tune in and watch the enemy media this morning to see just how excited they were about the coming Impeachment. I couldn’t stomach it for very long.

Chuck Todd couldn’t even let Ted Cruz get a word in.

These enemies in the media and the Democrats are pretty sure they have this in the bag. My thought on this is, they won’t bring it for a vote in the house unless they know they already have the 20 Senators they need to vote with them in the Senate for removal. Because the trial in the Senate is going to be brutal if they send it there.

So then I decided I’d jump into Kurt Schlichter’s new book Collapse. I was greeted with this on the opening page.

How fitting for the times we face. Between Impeachment and Virginia, things are looking rather spicy for the first of the year. I’m not sure we’ll make it to election time before things go hot. Virginia could explode rather quickly. Removal of Trump is an automatic SHTF. Both Virginia and this Impeachment/Coup are showing us that our vote no longer matters. They aim to rule us.

Enjoy the rest of your Sunday.
