Former FBI Attorney Under Criminal Investigation For Fabricating Evidence In Russiagate Probe

According to the report, Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s review of the FBI’s warrant applications under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) revealed an altered document which – we assume – was used to bolster the application to obtain the warrant and/or subsequent renewals.

Evidence of the fabricated document was turned over to John Durham, the federal prosecutor tasked earlier this year by Attorney General William Barr with launching a broad investigation into the FBI’s activities surrounding the 2016 US election.

The Washington Post claims that “Horowitz found that the employee erroneously indicated he had documentation to back up a claim he had made in discussions with the Justice Department about the factual basis for the application. He then altered an email to back up that erroneous claim, they said.”

The attorney forced out of the agency after the incident was discovered.

The Post says the conduct “did not alter Horowitz’s finding that the surveillance application of former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page had a proper legal and factual basis.”

Since about 1000 AD, Ukraine has been known as the ‘breadbasket’ of Europe. It has the most fertile productive agricultural lands in the world and was usually the prize acquisition of invading empires. When it was part of the 15 Soviet Republics it produced 40% of its entire GNP, excluding Russia. It was the one country that Russia could not afford to lose control over after the USSR collapse in 1990, since it also has significant iron ore, other minerals, and heavy industry.

10^th &11^th Century- largest and most powerful country in Europe. Still the largest country in Europe.

13^th Century– Mongol invasion destroyed country.

14th-20th Centuries – usually under control of foreign powers.

WW1 – Western Ukraine was part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire: 250,000 fought for Central Powers, Eastern Ukraine 3,500,000 fought for Tsarists Russia as they were under Tsarists control.

1917- 1921 Ukraine struggle for independence, 1.5 to 3.5 million Ukrainians died as Communist, under Trotsky, defeated Ukraine and it became part of the Union of Soviet Socialists Republics (USSR) for the next 69 years.

1932-33 – Communist Stalin had somewhere between 6 to10 million Ukrainians murdered, mostly through systematic starvation, in response to Ukrainian landowners resistance to give up their private property, principally land. This biggest genocide in recorded history is left out of almost all history textbooks.

1939-45 – WW II – Ukrainians fought for the USSR against Germany; for Germany against the Russian dominated USSR, and for themselves against both to gain their independence. President Franklin Roosevelt ceded Stalin all of Eastern Europe at Yalta in the Crimea in 1945, i.e., condemning over 100 million to slavery under the USSR.

1990 – With the dissolution of the the USSR, Ukraine declared its independence and again became the largest independent country in Western Europe.

1990-2019 – The entrenched Communist in Ukraine still controlled the government bureaucracy, the media, the courts, and the elections apparatus, so massive electoral fraud by the Communists always resulted in a ‘former’ Communist leader being elected president until 2019. The plundering of the country by these corrupt Communist presidents and government bureaucrats resulted in the continued looting of the country. The GNP dropped by 60% in the 1990’s and the population dropped from 55 to 42 million as many citizens left when they had the opportunity.

1991-1994 – President #1, Kravchuk (former Communist Party Secretary General). Ukraine gave up its nuclear weapons in 1994 under pressure from then President Clinton and Russia.

1994-2005 – President #2, Kuchma, also a Communist. President #3 Yushchenko was his Prime Minister.

2005- 2010 – President #3, Yushchenko, also a former Communist, was elected after his opponent, Yanukovych, apparently had Yushchenko poisoned during the campaign and the Supreme Court overturned the election of Yanukovych due to massive election fraud.

2005 – Yulia Tymoshenko, a mining engineer with an MBA, who, in the 1990’s, became a self made millionaire in the gas industry, led the anti-corruption ‘Orange Revolution’ (trained in non-violent resistance), and had her party endorse Yushchenko as the lesser of two evils which led to #3 Yushchenko becoming President in 2005.

She had been an outspoken anti-corruption leader who took on corrupt mining and gas oligarchs previously as Deputy Prime Minister for Fuel and Energy in 2001 and was arrested the same year on groundless charges and later released. She also survived an assassination attempt. Communists always accuse their opponents of committing crimes that they have done themselves, just like Democrats.

Yulia is anti-communist and advocates for Ukraine to join NATO, the EU, be energy independent, and getting the Russian Navy out of Ukraine. She is a democracy loving free market advocate of re-privatization of government owned industries. She was considered the third most powerful woman in the world at that time.

2005-2010 – President #3 Yushchenko promised reformist Yulia the Prime Minister job in return for her party’s support of Yushchenko in the presidential race, then fired her after two years when she tried to de-nationalize former corrupt President #2 Kuchma’s ownership of a company. President #3 Yushchenko replaced her with Yanukovych, the man that had poisoned him during the last election campaign.

2010 – Yushchenko changed election laws shortly before leaving office to make easier for massive elections fraud so that his chosen successor, Yanukovych, could win the presidency in 2010. Although polls showed anti-corruption Yulia would win the presidential elections, it appears the deep state Communists rigged the elections again so that another corrupt Communist, Yanukovych, was elected president.

2010 – 2014 – President #4 Yanukovych, a pro Russian Putin stooge, again with massive election fraud was elected with 47% of the vote to Yulia’s 45%. #4 immediately initiated a series of trumped up charges of corruption against Yulia and put her in prison by the end of 2011 where she was tortured and beaten until massive peaceful ‘Orange Revolution’ demonstrations, originally organized by Yulia, causes Yanukovych to flee to Russia for asylum in February 2014. Most of Western Europe’s leadership had been pressuring Yanukovych to release Yulia from prison. Other than signing a petition, President Obama was silent about her.

2014 – Yulia was released from prison shortly after President #4 fled to Russia. All convictions against Yulia were rescinded.

2014 – February – Within days of President #4 fleeing to Russia, creating a power vacuum in Ukraine, Russian President Putin operatives organized Pro-Russian demonstrations in the Crimean city of Sevastopol. Crimea has had a large ethnic Russian population since Stalin relocated one million Russians to Crimea and Eastern Ukraine while he was dictator of the USSR because of its strategic importance as a warm water port for the Russian Navy.

2014 – On 27 February, masked Russian troops without insignia took over the parliament of Crimea and captured strategic sites across the province and installed a pro-Russian government in Crimea. There was a quickly formed unsupervised referendum and Crimea declared its independence from Ukraine on 16 March 2014. Russia formally incorporated Crimea as subjects of the Russian Federation two days later, all done while Ukraine was without an elected president.

2014 – A few weeks later, about 40,000 Russian ‘volunteer’ soldiers invaded the Donbass region in eastern Ukraine with state-of-the-art-artillery, tanks, and other sophisticated weaponry such as anti-aircraft and surface-to-air-missiles to help a small group of alleged ethnic Russian Ukrainian ‘separatists.’ The Donbass region is extremely rich in natural resources, (iron ore, natural gas, coal, and other strategic metals).

Against incredible odds, the Russians have been held to a stalemate for the past five years by Ukrainians, despite having almost no Army at the outset of the invasion. Almost the entire male population of a nearby city raced to the battle front with what ever arms they could acquire. Within a year, the number of Ukrainian troops reached 250,000 and today they have the largest standing military in Europe with over 1,000,000 troops in uniform. President Obama refused to give any military weapons aid to Ukraine.

2014 -2019 – President #5 Poroshenko becomes President on May 5^th, 2014 after polls showed that the recently released from jail Yulia Tymoshenko would win. She got 47.47% to Porochenko’s 48.95%. He was also a former high ranking bureaucrat and politician under Communist rule who became a billionaire oligarch by buying former government owned industries under very favorable terms. Yulia claimed election fraud again. But since #5’s Communist buddies still controlled the bureaucracy and the courts, they dismissed her charges.

2014-2016 – Although President Obama refused to give Ukraine the desperately needed military weapons aid they requested during his last three years in office, he did give them over $3 billion in non-military aid after VP Joe Biden was appointed his point man to Ukraine. Biden made at least six trips to Ukraine in the next two years.

2014 – April – Devon Archer, former senior adviser to then Secretary of State John Kerry, and Hunter Biden met with Burisma, a large Ukrainian gas company. This is shortly after Biden had been thrown out of the US Navy for addiction. Biden and Archer were put on the Burisma Board of Directors. Burisma paid Hunter Biden a total of $3,166,000 in protection money according to documents released by Ukrainian officials recently until January 2019 when Joe Biden declares he is running for President (http://www.stationgossip.com/2019/11/ukrainian-officials-release-records-of.html).

2014 – In November, the first billion dollars in loan guarantees went to Ukraine including money to pay political consultants for media, politics, polling, energy, etc. According to Ukrainian Bureau of Anti-Corruption official, Arden Sytnyk, consultants paid included Greg Craig (Obama White House attorney), Mark Penn (Hillary’s chief strategist), John Podesta’s (Bill Clinton’s Chief of Staff and Obama‘s consultant’) brother Tony, John Anzalone (Obama’s campaign pollster), Tad Devine (Bernie Saunders’s chief strategist), and Alexandra Chalupa (Ukrainian immigrant to the USA who did paid opposition research on Trump for Hillary and the DNC with the help of Ukrainian diplomats in DC and dug up dirt on Manafort leading to his resignation as Trump’s campaign manager (Politico) According to White House logs, she visited senior Obama officials 27 times in 2016. Many other Democrat operatives allegedly also were paid for undisclosed services with US taxpayer funds given to Ukraine.

2015 – According to Andrii Derkach, a former Ukrainian parliament member, Burisma paid Joe Biden $900,000 to pressure Ukraine not to investigate Burisma, and get the Ukrainian anti-corruption prosecutor of Burisma, Viktor Shokin, fired. One of the reasons Burisma wanted the son of a powerful American on their board was to blunt the demand for even larger kickback payments asked for by the new Ukrainian President #5 Porochenko than the previously recently overthrown President #4 was paid, since #5 had raised gas prices to retail gas consumers, so Burisma’s profits would increase significantly. President #5 wanted a bigger piece of the action.

2015-2016 – At least $1.8 billion of President Obama’s aid went to Privat Bank, owned by Burisma’s largest shareholder, oligarch Ihor Kolomoisky. According to Arden Sytnyk of the Ukraine Bureau of Corruption, one of the questions about corruption is where did all that USA taxpayer funded aid go after it was deposited in Privat Bank. Both President Zelensky and President Trump want that investigated. Democrats do not.

2016 – March – During VP Biden’s sixth visit to Ukraine, he demanded the firing of prosecutor, Victor Shokin, the man leading the investigation into Burisma and the missing $1.8 billion, as a condition of the USA taxpayers giving another billion to Ukraine. Biden bragged about this in a video filmed at a Counsel for Foreign Relations (CFR). Shokin was never charged with any crime.

2016 – July 25 – Wikileaks released hacked emails that show DNC leadership actively tried to help Hillary and the DNC defeat Bernie Sanders in the Democratic primaries. Rather than allow the FBI to investigate the hacking, the DNC hired a cyber security firm, Crowd Strike, staffed with Democratic Party activists, to investigate who hacked their server. They concluded, without giving plausible evidence, that it was Russians, but evidence suggests that it was a DNC staffer who supported Bernie Saunders who downloaded the incriminating emails on a memory stick, and gave it to Wikileaks. The DNC staffer was murdered with a bullet in the back of his head while walking down the street in Washington DC a few weeks after the discovery of the hacking. Although no money or personal effects were stolen, police said it was probably a robbery gone bad.

2016 – Once Trump won the primaries, President Obama appointed Marie Yovanovitch, US Ambassador to Ukraine on August 29th. Recently, Yuri Lutsenko, Ukraine’s top government anti-corruption prosecutor, stated that Yovanovitch had interfered in Ukraine politics, and had given him VERBALLY a “do-not-prosecute” list, which included Hunter and Joe Biden, and was interfering in his ability to combat corruption in Ukraine. In addition, after Trump’s election, she refused to give visas to other Ukrainians who wished to go to the USA to testify to the Department of Justice (DOJ) under oath about Ukrainian interference in the 2016 US elections on behalf of Hillary and the DNC. Also Yovanovitch was coordinating her testimony with Democrats before going before the House Intelligence Committee secret hearing where only House Intelligence Committee Adam Schiff chose so called witnesses.

Schiff did not allow any Republican witnesses to testify. All three so called witnesses televised testimonies were based on their opinions and alleged hearsay. None had ever met President Trump or speak on the calls with President Zelensky. At the November 15^th hearing, Ambassador Yovanovitch, early on testified that she was unaware of the video of Joe Biden demanding Ukrainian President #5 fire anti-corruption Ukrainian attorney Skokin as a condition of USA aid to Ukraine. Later in her testimony she admitted she was briefed on it prior to her confirmation hearings. She had been removed as US Ambassador to Ukraine after being told by her State Department colleagues to stop monitoring conservative media persons comments on government time because it was illegal. Also both the present and past Ukrainian presidents complained about her interfering in their government affairs. President #6 Zelensky, first non-Communist, complained to President Trump that he though Ambassador Yovanovitch was helping #5 Poroshenko and he did not trust her. Also she was active in pushing George Soros funded initiatives teaching the tactics of Anti-fa with the help of US Taxpayer funding.

2016 – CIA Director for Obama, John Brennan, went to Ukraine on a fake passport during the 2016 Presidential campaign, probably to collect opposition research on Trump.

2016 – Judicial Watch (JW) recently obtained emails via Freedom of Information requests (FOIA) show that State Department officials met with Christopher Steele, the provider of the fake Steele Dossier with made up derogatory stories about Donald Trump, paid for by Fusion GPS, a opposition gathering research consulting firm, the DNC and Hillary’s election campaign. Then Assistant Secretary of State, Victoria Nuland, sent classified documents to the Russian Embassy on behalf of Steele. Steele was also on FBI Director Comey’s payroll.

2017-19 Upon taking office, President Trump gave the military hardware aid to that Ukraine had been requesting of Obama since the Russian invasion in 2014.

2018 -November – Months before Joe Biden announced he would he running for President, President Trump’s personal attorney, Rudi Giuliani, started obtaining written depositions from Ukrainian government officials concerning Democrat interference in US elections in 2016. Giuliani’s focus was concerning Ukrainian government officials illegal involvement in helping concoct opposition research against Trump when he was running for President, including the fake Steele Dossier paid for by the DNC and the Clinton campaign in 2016.

The Mueller report found no Trump connection to the Russians, but there was plenty of evidence of ‘ex-Communist’ Ukrainians helping Hillary and the DNC. The Mueller Report was based on the opinions of the 19 Democrat attorneys close to Obama and Clinton who did the investigation. Further, the man who replaced Shokin, Yuriy Lutsenko, wrote that the majority of Ukrainian officials were for Hillary in 2016.

2018 – December 12 – A New York Times article reported that the Ukrainian Supreme Court had found that Ukrainians had helped the Democrat Party and Hillary in 2016 with opposition research against Trump. They also acknowledged that President #5 government gave the information that enabled the Justice Department to convict Paul Manafort of receiving payments not reported on his tax returns. Lastly, the fake Steele Dossier used to launch the two year special counsel investigation of possible Russian collusion with Trump appears to have come from the ‘former’ Communist Ukrainian oligarch billionaire President #5 Porochenko’s government to help fellow socialist minded Democrat Party leaders and Hillary Clinton’s campaign.

2018 – 2019 – Emails were obtained by Judicial Watch through FOIA requests between Obama Administration officials, Lisa Page, the FBI attorney who worked for the FBI # 2 Andrew McCabe (fired for lying to the Committee) to then FBI Director James Comey, Peter Strzok, who led the FBI investigation of Hillary’s unsecured emails and Ukrainian interference, also terminated for cause, and Bruce Ohr, former head of the Transnational Organized Crime Division at the Justice Department who was relieved of his job for conflict of interest. It is believed he used his position to launder the Steele Dossier. His wife, Nellie Ohr, worked for Fusion GPS, the opposition research firm that helped write and/or launder the fake Steele Dossier. It appears these high ranking Justice Department and FBI officials were working together to help Hillary avoid criminal prosecution. It also appears that under Obama, James Comey, FBI head, John Brennan, CIA head, Susan Rice, National Security Adviser, Victoria Nuland, Asst Secretary of State, and James Clapper, Head of Homeland Security, all had involvement in hiding Ukrainian involvement in trying to help Democrats and Hillary defeat Trump in 2016.

2019 – Ukrainian President #6 Zelensky – a comic/actor won the presidency even though polls showed that Yulia would win. She came in third against Porochenko and Zelensky. (This author thinks that the Ukrainian Deep State realized that the corrupt Poroshenko had no chance of winning re-election so they rigged it so that the popular sit-com star with no government or administrative experience would win, since Yulia was very capable and knowledgeable of the who’s who of corrupt Ukrainian bureaucrats.)

In summary, it appears that Hillary Clinton and President Obama’s key administrative leadership were working to hide their partisan activities against their political opponents and giving US taxpayer money aid to foreign countries, including Ukraine, on the condition they use part of the aid to pay Democratic Party operatives to help, in this case, keep corrupt Socialist officials in power. Attorney General Barr’s trips to the United Kingdom, Italy and Australia appear to suggest that the Obama administration was giving aid to other countries in return for hiring like minded ideological Socialists get elected with the paid help of Democratic Party election specialists. Ample evidence exists that the Obama administration weaponized the State Department, CIA, FBI, and IRS to destroy their ideological opponents and hide their own misdeeds. This is why it appears that Democrats are spending all their time and energy trying to oust President Trump rather than address any legislation. Most of the Democratic Party key leaders face potential jail time if they are not successful in eliminating President Trump. Their Kangaroo Court hearings have a lot in common with mimic former USSR show trials of the 1930’s in that the accused is not allowed to defend himself or present witnesses.

I have read all of Robert Gore’s books since reading The Golden Pinnacle (a great novel). His latest book offers correlations between the Godfather book and movies with successful business operations. Mr. Gore’s observations reinforced many of my business principles and pointed out why “Don Vito Corleone was a great executive” as stated above.

Two points:

1. I never read the Godfather book but I have ordered it.
2. I need to watch the first two movies again. Not sure about watching the third.

An excellent book that I guarantee you will read twice. When I first became aware of the evil permeating our government and the strong probability of a doomsday scenario occurring in my lifetime, I did what many people did: they formed or joined groups. After all, there is safety in numbers; especially with “like-minded” people. I interacted with many groups across the state and watched as they succumbed as time wore on. There were many reasons why the “group” concept fell apart but the real reason is that the concept is flawed.

This book outlines many important concepts and was not what I had expected. The key take away: tribe = community. Building a community takes a much larger effort than building a small group. One fact remains the same: whether your focus is group based or community based, you will face obstacles and attacks.

The current Southern Baptist Convention president has caused more controversy in the homosexual debate than any other Southern Baptist leader in history — even Russell Moore.

When preaching a sermon on Romans 1 in January, the Southern Baptist president, J.D. Greear said other sins were more egregious than homosexuality. It was during that sermon that he infamously quoted the female pastor from Village Church, Jen Wilkin,

We ought to whisper about what the Bible whispers about, and we ought to shout about what the Bible shouts about. And the Bible appears more to whisper when it comes to sexual sin compared to it shouts about materialism and religious pride.

Greear received a lot of pushback from this sermon which effectively minimized the sin of homosexuality. Greear argues that homosexuality, from a biblical perspective, is not fundamentally different from other sins in Scripture.

In a recent development from the Department of Homeland Security, it is now recognizing white supremacy groups as the top domestic terror threat in the United States.

News 13 investigated what that means when it comes to stopping hate in community neighborhoods.

In Black Mountain, just this week, fourth and fifth graders encountered some vulgar language and images spray painted on the playground at recess, including the n-word and sexually suggestive material.

According to local law enforcement groups, they’re still working it out, but they’re out of time, as we enter an election cycle promising more violence. North Carolina’s rise in hate crime is already outpacing the nation, up 64 percent on two-year-old stats.
