417 days Until the Next Presidential Election…
The machinations of an illiberal left, on display in its ever-increasing violence accompanied by the ululations of a propagandist media in contravention of an imaginary “white supremacist” right, have driven the nation into diametrically opposed camps.
The right will never accept socialism, while the left will accept nothing less.
Those on the left will not allow a Trump victory, even should he win the popular vote and the Electoral College. They are used to getting what they want and like spoiled brats, have learned that tantrums work.
The right will never believe the Democrats didn’t cheat their way to victory; in addition to understanding that a Democratic President will undemocratically implement policies by executive order that are inimical to their interests and desires.

We are rapidly progressing toward the moment when each person will have to look deep into their heart and ask themselves whether they believe that there are principles worth
giving their lives for, or not. Time will not stop and let us catch up or peek into the future to see if what we sacrifice will be worth it, or not. If we will stop anything or not.
I suggest that there are certain, key principles embedded in the Bill of Rights which are worth the ultimate sacrifice, not for us, but for our posterity. There are some hard lines that need to be drawn and I say this knowing that those lines are already being tested and that the time to act is bearing down on us. It could be tomorrow.
First and foremost is the right to keep and bear arms, because that goes all the way back to the very idea of self-defense. The question is not whether human beings should be able to possess guns, it is whether they have the right to defend their lives and the lives of their families, or not.
The communists will tell you that only the state has the right to kill, because they view the citizen, not as an individual, but as part of a collective and what they consider a defective part of that collective is an individual. An individual, not working to achieve the goals of the collective is, by mere lack of cooperation, in opposition to it and therefore an enemy.
Guns, however, they view as a means to embolden and empower the individual, or a means of empowering the enemy, so they must be removed from individuals, especially those individuals who think of themselves as independent of the collective.
Likewise, allowing the government to confiscate guns through whatever logic they employ to achieve it, be it red flag laws or social scoring, is an attack on the individual and the
whole substance of the republic. That act alone is a declaration of war against America, the whole basis of which is the empowerment of the individual in opposition of the state. What other purpose did the Bill of Rights have?
The other firm leg that, if removed, topples the entirety of America is the concept of private property. The government and the communists have been aggressively attacking this leg for a long time, but there is a moment coming when that whole idea will be destroyed, just as it was in 2008, but we were all shocked by it, didn’t know what it meant, what the outcome would be, whether they had a good reason to do it, or not. This time,
however, we are able to recognize at the outset that any sort of confiscation of private property by law or force is an attack on the individual and that they do not have a justifiable cause to do so. That they will use an economic crisis to undermine the notion of
private property, property that is beyond the reach of government confiscation.
We are going to witness their attempts to do two things: take our guns and take our property. It is at this point that we either prove once and for all that those things are worth
defending, or we will become willing victims of communism, globalism and enslavement. If that is a condition of existence that is better than death, it will be the condition upon which we live out our meager lives.
If we do accept it, we will destroy the world. Lost in the narrative that America is the source of all evil and injustice, is the fact that its economic power is derived directly from these concepts of individual rights defended by individuals with weapons equal to those of standing armies. Once removed, so is the economic engine that the whole world depends on. China would be nowhere near the economic power that it has become without being able to hijack the innovation and creativity of individuals seeking to gain individual wealth. Without the idea of making a better life, when that possibility has been made
impossible, so is the energy to innovate and create. All of those entrepreneurs become mere workers, broken by the system, struggling to survive, denied the freedom to think, without the inspiration to innovate.
It truly is a choice between fighting to defend these fundamental rights as a part of America, but more importantly, as an ingredient of prosperity or the acceptance of a dark and dismal world of drudgery and enslavement, slowly grinding through the diminishing reserves of a capitalist past. If we choose that dark future, we will endure five or maybe ten years, before the whole world is Venezuela. Death camps will try to keep the population
down to match those diminishing reserves. As the reserves run out, the camps will speed up.
Observe any communist society and you will see this rationale in full bloom. Environmentalists demonstrate it, admit it as the sad, but logical step to preserve the planet. You see, you have to destroy it to save it.

This is what I’ve been doing instead of writing blog articles. My latest book: Everything I Know About Business I Learned From The Godfather, is now available on Amazon as both a paperback and Kindle ebook. From the book:
Chapter 6
Bonds, Not Ties
As rich and powerful as the Godfather becomes, he never loses sight of the reciprocal strands of respect, obligation, honor, and loyalty due family, friends, fellow Sicilians, and the Catholic church. These are not ties that bind. They are bonds, sources of strength, foundational stones of his life and empire. Such bonds have bolstered the human race for most of its history. That they are now under sustained assault would strike Don Corleone as foolishness. Their proposed replacement would strike him as madness.
The family became the basic unit of human society not because men were a patriarchally oppressive conspiracy bent on enslaving their wives and children, but because it made the most sense. Humans reproduce, having filled the planet with almost eight billion of their kind. Women are vulnerable during pregnancy and when they’re caring for infants and children. Men are physically stronger and better able to provide sustenance and protection. A division of labor suggests itself. Women stay home and care for the children while men hunt mammoths, farm, tame fire, invent the wheel, propitiate the gods, battle enemy tribes, and other, equally exciting lines of work.

The U.S. Senate has reconvened from its August recess, and first on the agenda is gun control. President Trump has been in ongoing talks with Democrats and anti-gun Republicans about exactly what and how much gun control will be passed this month.
Virtually everything is on the table: everything from a so-called assault weapons ban to mandatory buybacks of all semi-automatic rifles to universal background checks to “red flag” gun confiscation laws, ad infinitum.
September 2019 could wind up being the month that the 2nd Amendment dies.
And worst of all, most conservatives are sound asleep, believing that Trump would never sign any of these communistic gun control measures into law. These people are totally bewitched by Donald Trump.
But Donald Trump has been threatening to enact major gun control measures for months. At one time or another, he has endorsed everything from “red flag” gun confiscation laws to universal background checks to raising the age of gun possession to 21, etc. He has even said that he is in favor of creating a national “social credit” score, similar to a financial credit score, where major social media sites would monitor people’s speech and issue a grade accordingly. A low grade would precipitate gun confiscation by government police agencies.
Trump’s Department of Justice has already demanded that Apple and Google hand over the names, phone numbers and other personal data on thousands of people who have purchased the Obsidian 4 rifle scope app. The app is simply an electronic method by which hunters and target shooters can calibrate or “zero in” their scopes. Now these people are about to find themselves on a government “watch” list and, perhaps, a gun confiscation list.
DONALD TRUMP IS DOING THIS.
I adamantly maintain that from a freedom perspective, to take away our AR-15-style rifles is, in effect, to take away our means of self-defense. I further maintain that from a faith perspective, one cannot be a true follower of the Bible without keeping and bearing arms—especially the AR-15-style rifle.
And if the 2nd Amendment dies, it will have been killed by President Donald Trump and his bewitched toadies across the country that sat back and did NOTHING to save it.
Our government’s malfeasance on display. I pray for justice but I fear that the people’s retribution will be based on vengeance.

A friend of mine posted this last night and I felt it needed to be shared. He said share away.
I don’t come to you as a husband, a friend, a brother. I don’t come to you as a father, a lover or a fighter. I come to you as a free man. I come to you as an American.
First off, I will tell you this, I am for Government, small Government. Not this massive freedom eating monster that is generating today. When I say this I want to be clear, with no intentions of disrespect but full honesty. If not now, when is there a better time to stand together?
WHEN? IT’S NOW. My intentions are to train, educate, empower others to better themselves and learn what it really means to be an American. Doesn’t matter your culture, race or religion. As long as we agree to fight and die for her, then you are my brother or sister. It is an honor to live by those individuals sides. It’s everything we all are, bonded as one under the freedom to pursuit of happiness. The American Dream, right? What our Founding Fathers have envisioned and set forth has been forgotten and shredded by some of our elected officials.
It’s time we remind them who the hell they work for and give them a class on what it means to be an American. You can pass whatever bullcrap you want, pay off whoever you want to pass your personal agendas. It’s not going to save you. Shred our constitution and pick away at our Bill of Rights. You are trying to start something you won’t finish.
Our Politicians need to come together, not as different political groups with two different agendas. Unite as one political group with the same agenda. Keep up with your “divide and conquer” plan. The two political parties with all your bickering like middle school kids is annoying and starting to piss off America. Don’t worry, We the People, will be there to clean up the incompetent mess that the two political parties created. Yes I know of other parties too who fight and cry to be in the seat. Let’s not go there. I hope our elected officials can keep their heads removed from the colon long enough to make rational decisions that better the Country in general, not a minority or majority. I promise if you wake the beast of America, she’s going to be hungry, she’s going to eat. Give me liberty or give me death..

This week government officials are set to come back from their summer recess, and I have heard from a couple different sources that the US Senate in particular is seeking to fast track legislation on Red Flag gun laws as well as a possible ban on private party transfers of firearms and a possible ban on high capacity magazines. I can only hope that these are just rumors, but I suspect they are accurate.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has publicly vowed to pursue any new gun control legislation that the Trump Administration supports, and Donald Trump has openly called for Red Flag gun laws involving mental health guidelines. The mainstream media now claims that a majority of Americans on both sides of the political divide support red flag legislation, but we all know how rigged such polls can be. The real question is, does the average American even know what red flag laws would entail? I think they do not.
Red flag gun laws are a method of gun control by which a family member or law enforcement can petition the court to confiscate a person’s firearms on the SUSPICION that the person may present a danger to themselves or others. But it doesn’t necessarily stop there. Some reports indicate that Trump is seriously considering using big tech companies like Amazon and Apple to monitor people’s behavior and link this data to a social credit system similar to the system that already exists in China. Your gun rights could then be determined by algorithms that mark you as a potential risk simply by what you post online.
For whatever it’s worth, now would be a good time for gun rights advocates to contact their representatives and warn them that Red Flag laws are unacceptable. Also keep in mind that the government may push a long list of new gun control restrictions on top of Red Flag laws as a means to frighten the public. They will then rescind many of the items on the list (except the red flag legislation) in order to make it appear as though we “got lucky”. The real goal here is the mental health restrictions and the ability for government to deny your rights according to hearsay evidence.
Gun ownership is as integral to a free society as free speech and property rights. Without firearms ownership, the public is at the mercy of any criminal or criminal government that seeks to oppress them. Remember, if your “military style” rifle was not a threat to the elites then they would not constantly seek to take it away. Never let it go.
