If you were elected president after decades of politicians doing nothing about the millions of illegals pouring into our country every year, committing crimes, dealing drugs, driving drunk, molesting children and killing Americans like Kate Steinle, and your central campaign promise—repeated every day—was to build a wall, wouldn’t you have spent the entirety of your transition period working on getting it done?

If Trump used the military to build the wall—actually build it, not keep telling us he’s going to build it—the Democrats will go mad.

They’ll hold impeachment hearings, file a million lawsuits, produce weeping children reading from phony scripts written by immigrant rights groups—and Trump will win. The public will support Trump overwhelmingly, and the left will be forced to keep reminding voters why they hate Democrats.

Instead, what he’s doing now absolutely guarantees that the next president will be a Democrat and, given today’s Democratic Party, that president will be Kamala Harris.

While it Generated a great deal of discussion one answer kept coming from almost everyone.

Nothing will happen because Americans are Fat,Happy,Lazy and Entertained.

So we are back to the old saying it is going to have to get worse before it gets better.

As T.L. stated I don’t know what triggering event will bring us together on these issues. The trouble with independent thinkers is that they tend to have a wide and diverse set of conditions upon which they will act, making cooperative action nearly impossible. Some will not act at all. Some will act too soon and simply become a martyr without a discernible cause. But, we have to start somewhere, sometime…don’t we?

There has to be a better answer.

I was reading the Feral Irishman’s musings and was considering the concept of hate once again. The Bible tells us to hate sin but love our neighbor. Our churches twist this to mean we are to love everyone but that is not what the Bible meant (do some research before you comment on this point).

Musings:

1. I did hate Obama for destroying the country and entrenching the Deep State. Now, not so much. Like all Communists who have outlived their usefulness, he is less than the proverbial idiot.

2. I believe if Hillary had won the Presidency, we would be in WWIII. I also believe the pain threshold in the country would have been breached and patriots would be in the streets. I do not hate her as she too has outlived her usefulness and will pay for her transgressions in the afterlife.

3. I believe the 19,000 text messages deleted by Mueller would have proven that his “investigation” was the insurance policy developed by the FBI, DOJ, CIA and NSA to remove Trump. Trump is waiting for this witch hunt to end before moving on the Deep State (I hope). I believe Mueller knows this and is delaying as long as he can.

4. I believe that Democrats will quickly overplay their hand once the new House convenes in January. I believe they should read Unintended Consequences and Molon Labe. It will only take a few patriots to start Samuel Adams’ brushfire:

It does not take a majority to prevail… but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men.

5. I do hate certain players in the Deep State: Comey is at the top of the list for his arrogance and delusional display of superiority over the past few days. But the list changes: Schumer, Maxine, Cummings, Pelosi, Strzok, Brennan, Clapper, Mueller or the Communist posterboy of the day. Some of these players are mentally ill or have dementia but they still retain power and my ire.

6. Any power corrupts absolutely. This corollary was developed based on what occurred in our local community. Freedom is not a forum, it is a natural right given to us by our Creator.

7. I cannot believe the freedom movement started in France instead of the United States. We have succumbed to apathy and avarice. Our forefathers will not forgive us.

8. We do have a two tiered justice system. That simple fact makes the Constitution invalid as the covenant of the people.

9. The economy will collapse. We all know it is coming. Watch the Federal Reserve efforts to expedite this to marginalize Trump.

10. Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

Let’s stop pretending that America in 2018 has a “justice system.” It’s not a justice system. It’s a set of elite institutions that swing the law like a sledgehammer to crush threats to the ruling class’s monopoly on power. Democratic Gov. Roy Cooper on Friday vetoed legislation implementing a voter photo identification mandate that was added to the state’s constitution in a recent referendum, teeing up a likely veto override by Republican lawmakers.

Cooper has repeatedly opposed voter ID legislation over the years, saying it was unnecessary and would prevent many poor and minority citizens from exercising their right to cast ballots. He vetoed the measure even though more than 55 percent of voters approved a constitutional amendment last month requiring in-person voter photo ID.

“Requiring photo IDs for in-person voting is a solution in search of a problem,” Cooper said in a statement.

Second-rate George H.W. Bush got a first-rate Washington send-off. For one day it interrupted the downtrend in equity markets. It may mark the US apotheosis of inflated grandiosity. Across the Atlantic, Emmanuel Macron, pretentious popinjay of Gallic grandiosity, has gotten a deserved comeuppance. Brexit, Trump’s election, and nationalist uprisings in Southern and Eastern Europe apparently insufficient warning to the globalists who would rule us, the French rioters are sending yet another wake-up call. If that’s not enough, so too are many of the nations outside the Euro-American welfare state asylum.

The crazies’ kings, queens, and courtiers face a dwindling inheritance and mounting debt, but spend lavishly to keep up appearances. Falling markets and rioting taxpayers are unwelcome reminders that the money’s running out, leaving behind a stack of IOUs that won’t be paid. The aristocracy wants to offload the pain to the peasantry, but the riots demonstrate that the peasantry has other ideas. Our betters also want to blame their sea of woes on Eurasia’s leaders, but Russia, China, Russia, Turkey, and Iran are having none of that. They are, however, delighted to see the West crumbling and will do nothing to stop it.

From the NIAC Catastrophic Power Outage Report from the President’s National Infrastructure Advisory Council – December 2018

There is a lack of understanding of the cascading, cross-sector interdependencies between [electrical] infrastructure and what that means for prioritizing backup generation and other limited resources to maintain services and functions during a long-term, widespread outage.o Hospitals and other mass care providers are often at the top on priority restoration lists,however, for example, some of the water and wastewater treatment facilities they rely on are not. Without working water or wastewater systems, hospitals are unable to function. There may even be a lack of understanding of which hospitals are the most critical to prioritize restoration.

There is no common understanding of how long downstream sectors should be prepared to go without power, and what other services could be affected by the cascading impacts of a catastrophic outage.

American patriots–and by patriots I mean simply those who recognize the principles expressed in the drafting of the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution as commendable and workable principles upon which to build a society–must recognize that our nation is in our own hands. While there is no way to convince the leftist and collectivist enemies of this nation that we have the right and obligation to confront them and their ideology on whatever grounds present themselves, the patriot knows this to be true.

The truth is this, no one in America will blame you if you finally start acting like an American. I know that those communists and Muslims who have gotten a taste of power in this republic will hate you, revile you and try to have you imprisoned. They see themselves now as the victors and relish the idea of writing the history of America. If they succeed and rewrite American history to reflect the righteousness of their conquest, the ideals above will be obliterated for centuries and the enslavement of your children will be seen as a just and equitable fate.
