Laura Loomer now banned from Twitter & Facebook for 30 days. What’s interesting is how Sr. Twitter staff spend considerable time discussing Laura. That “one chick from Utah that was basically yelling at Muslims,” Network Engineer Clay Haynes told me privately. (I was in disguise) pic.twitter.com/6zeHU7pq6z

Her post was soon shared thousands of times containing pictures of a black man. The post did not go into further detail other than asking if people knew this man.
The man supposedly sexually molested her daughter on a train from Freiburg to Schiengen on Sunday. A police spokesperson confirmed the incident and that further steps will be taken.
…
The police further stated that the release of picture without the consent of the pictured person is a crime and will be prosecuted. The public search with a picture is in the authority of police only through a court order.
Imagine how much carbon dioxide would be saved if Obama kept his mouth shut. How could someone so ignorant become president of the United States?

No one will go down in history as a worse Supreme Court justice than the traitor Roberts. We may never know why he sold out the people for the illegal “Obamacare” legislation but we should never forgive his treason to the people. His “opinion” of Obamacare as a “tax” is not only unConstitutional, it single handedly obliterated what was left of the middle class. I hope he rots in hell next to John McCain. As for his remarks considering the judiciary, I refer you to Thomas Jefferson’s comments concerning this “esteemed” body and the consequences of when they overthrow the limits imposed upon them by the Constitution.

In an extraordinary rebuke of a president, Chief Justice John Roberts chastised Donald Trump Wednesday for going after a judge who ruled against his migrant asylum order as an “Obama judge.” Trump quickly lashed back defending his own criticism.
It’s the first time the Republican-appointed leader of the federal judiciary has offered even a hint of criticism of Trump, who had previously blasted other federal judges who ruled against him. In a brief but pointed statement, Roberts strongly defended the independence of the federal judiciary and rejected the notion that judges are loyal to the presidents who appointed them.
“We do not have Obama judges or Trump judges, Bush judges or Clinton judges. What we have is an extraordinary group of dedicated judges doing their level best to do equal right to those appearing before them,” Roberts said in a statement that was released by the Supreme Court after a query by The Associated Press.
On the day before Thanksgiving, he concluded, “The independent judiciary is something we should all be thankful for.”
Rep. Mark Meadows (R-N.C.) said Tuesday that House Republicans plan to hear testimony on Dec. 5 from the prosecutor appointed by former Attorney General Jeff Sessions to probe alleged wrongdoing by the Clinton Foundation.
Meadows, who is chairman of the House Oversight Subcommittee on Government Operations, told Hill.TV’s “Rising” that it’s time to “circle back” to U.S. Attorney General John Huber’s investigation with the Justice Department into whether the Clinton Foundation engaged any improper activities.
“Mr. Huber with the Department of Justice and the FBI has been having an investigation – at least part of his task was to look at the Clinton Foundation and what may or may not have happened as it relates to improper activity with that charitable foundation, so we’ve set a hearing date for December the 5th,” he told Hill.TV during an interview on Wednesday.

And nothing will be done. Ted Kennedy set the example for our two tiered justice system.

The Italian city of Venice is lit today with red lights in an initiative that aims to remember Christians persecuted for their faith throughout the world.
During the “Venice in Red” initiative some of the city’s most characteristic monuments are illuminated with red lights, such as the Ponte Rialto or the Basilica of Santa Maria della Salute.
Even the water of the Grand Canal will look red as if it had been dyed with blood.

Maybe we should do this in the few parts of the United States that still believe in Christianity.

I’m always thrilled when I discover history that has been lost from the curriculum of modern education.
The excerpt below is from an essay that chronicles the struggle between the Individual and the State in colonial America:
America was never the golden “land of the free” of the conservative-libertarian legend, and yet it managed for a very long time to be freer, in institutions and in intellectual climate, than any other land.
Colonial America did not set out deliberately to be the land of the free. On the contrary, it began in a tangle of tyranny, special privilege, and vast land monopoly. Territories were carved out either as colonies subject directly to the English Crown, or as enormous land grabs for privileged companies or feudal proprietors.
What defeated these despotic and feudal thrusts into the new territory was, at bottom, rather simple: the vastness of the fertile and uninhabited land that lay waiting to be settled. Not only relative freedom, but even outright anarchist institutions grew up early in the interstices between the organized, despotic English colonies.

I didn’t know rather to CRY or LAUGH at what Socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez just said.
People actually voted for her!

Banana: meet republic.
The Democrats are doing this sort of pissing-in-your-face obvious fraud in plain sight, and they’re not even shy about it.
And no one even looks shocked any more.
And the invertebrate GOP is nowhere to be found.
I have no further words.
Except: Challenge accepted.
It’s on.
You wanted Venezuela.
You’re going to get Yugoslavia.

Sometimes the reasons you’re wrong turn out to be the reasons you’re right.
Even a broken clock is right twice a day.
Old Wall Street adage
Anyone who has consistently sounded cautionary or outright bearish notes during the last nine years of relentlessly rising equity markets has been cast aside. Wall Street is bipolar. You’re either right or wrong, and wrong doesn’t buy mansions and Maseratis. Like that broken clock, the so-called permabears have had a couple of minutes when they were right, far outweighed by those 1438 minutes when they were wrong.
Or maybe it’s all a matter of perspective, and it’s the last nine years that amounts to two minutes. In geologic time nine years isn’t even a nanosecond. Perhaps even on time periods scaled to human lifetimes and history, the last nine years will come to be seen as an evanescent flash that came and ignominiously went.
Markets don’t listen to reasons. They’re exercises in crowd psychology and crowds are emotional and capricious. That doesn’t mean that reason is a useless virtue in market analysis, quite the opposite. It’s reason that allows the few who are consistently successful to separate themselves from the crowd and capitalize on its emotion and caprice.
