Go ahead and scream that I don’t have proof.
That’s fine.Everyone is entitled to their opinion; even if it’s uninformed.
But facts are peculiar things.
They come together over time, and will prove what they will prove.
And facts are, ultimately, immune to opinions and the people who hold them.
I’m simply pointing out that something unusual is happening, and giving folks a peek behind the presumptive veil at what may really be going on. As I said in my previous article, very irregular builds in both crude and refined petroleum have been running at DOE strategic reserve facilities since January (perhaps as early as last November). and the push to refine such a massive build in reserves places a ‘horizon of action’ on their purpose.
Now what I did not say previously, is that there are other indicators, just as clear and just as sound, that FED.GOV is preparing for a massive engagement of war — and not some piddly little scrum like what the American public has seen over the past twenty five years, and been told is “a war”.
I.E. The US navy has, since the beginning of the year, engaged in numerous exercises which they haven’t performed in years – specifically, live training of sailors in how to transfer munitions and fuel to aircraft carriers and destroyers while at sea and under way… this was a regular occurrence in the cold-war era, but over the last 20 years almost every transfer of fuel and munitions had occurred either in dock, or at least while at anchor and under placid conditions.
Add to that the fact that munitions by the millions are being pushed forward, from storage depots across the nation specifically toward primary naval facilities. E.G. the Anniston Army Depot [Anniston, AL – Lat/Lon +33.621747, -85.963636], which is the long-term home of tens of millions of artillery shells and aerial bombs manufactured during and before the Viet Nam era, is suddenly shipping trainloads of munitions to Blount Island, FL [LAT/LON +30.403309, -81.520471] and to the North Charleston Army/Navy Terminal [LAT/LON +32.910910, -79.972752] It’s of particular interest to note that the Department of Defense has, both at Jacksonville (UTC Aerospace) and Charleston (Raytheon), facilities for up-fitting regular old 500LB aerial bombs into JDAMs – the current standard in “Smart Bomb” technology.

(Zerohedge) 20 July 2016 – Following last week’s surprise Distillates build (and bounce in production) and API’s overnight surprise Gasoline build, DOE data this morning was mixed confirming the 2.3mm draw in overall crude inventories (9th week in a row) but surprisingly large builds in both Cushing and Gasoline inventories (expectations were for draws). Oil prices were chaotic – running stops high and low – as algos noted crude production also rose (for the 2nd week in a row).

~~~The following are my observations on the topic of petroleum inventory builds, refining without a customer, and the ultimate implications of a number of behaviors, taken in concert ~~~
As you can see in the chart above, US inventories of refined Gasoline have been held at record highs since the very beginning of the year. And while this chart doesn’t provide data on diesel or aviation-fuel, we *know* that the ratio of gasoline, diesel, and other products obtained from every barrel of crude refined is essentially the same – therefore, production of diesel and aviation fuel have also been pushed to record levels since the very beginning of the year. (Zerohedge) Following yesterday’s stark warning by the militant “black power” organization, the New Black Panther Party, which warned it would arrive in Cleveland packing firearms “for self-defense” ahead of the republican convention, we were curious how long it would take the various US authorities to admit that the upcoming Republican and Democratic conventions will be ground zero for the next round in escalating US violence. The answer, it turned out, was just about 24 hours.
Earlier today, Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson and FBI Director James Comey told lawmakers, that they are preparing their agencies for the “possibility of violence, both from unruly demonstrators and terrorists”, at the upcoming Republican and Democratic nominating conventions.
In what could end up being a self-fulfilling prophecy, Jeh Johnson, speaking before the House Homeland Security Committee, said he was concerned that demonstrations at the events could get out of hand.
According to Johnson, the Department of Homeland Security would send more than 3,000 personnel to each convention.

So, There will be more than 3,000 DHS personnel at the RNC. And figure another 500~600 from the FBI, as well as the State and local Gangs in Blue (who will be expected to do the bulk of the dirty work, anyway).
Now, if the information I received earlier this week is correct, then there are 10 to 15 rented motor-coaches full of professional protesters from the Bolshevik Lies Movement and New Black Panther Party (NBPP) on their way from Atlanta to Cleveland, right now. Assuming a nice round number of 50 paid ‘protesters’ per motor-coach, then that’s 500 to 750 veteran BLM insurrectionists, coming from Atlanta alone. Duplicate that in just 4 or 5 other major metros where the Bolshevik Lies Movement & NBPP have substantial support, and BLM/NBPP will have as many troops on the ground in Cleveland as the DHS does.
And, if only 10% of them are armed, then there are ~300 Micah Johnsons rolling towards Cleveland at this very moment, in the comfort of private coaches, paid for by George Soros, Billie Gates, and a few other progressive billionaires. Continue reading

Let me start with this: Why do drug dealers shoot each other on street corners?
Answer: Joe the drug dealer cannot call the cops and tell them that Jack the drug dealer ripped him off and sold him a bag of oregano instead of weed. Joe also can’t sue Jack. Thus, when the threshold of his tolerance is crossed Joe has only the use of direct force available to him because he has no recourse to the law to settle his dispute with Jack.
The FIRST foundation of civil society is The Rule of Law. Without it there is literally nothing other than the Law of the Jungle, commonly known as “he who has the biggest teeth (or the most guns) and is willing to use them first wins.”
Let me remind you that Han Solo, who is widely regarded through the Star Wars series as a hero, shot first at Mos Eisley. George Lucas edited that in the second release of the film (and later had to put it back after fan outrage) but it is a fact that Han shot first in the original theatrical release. Why did Han shoot first and kill Greedo? Because he knew there was no Rule of Law and he had no recourse to the law, which incidentally was later proved to be an exactly correct expectation when he was made an ornament in Jabba’s castle.
Now I want you to stop reading, go get an adult beverage or a cup of coffee, and think long and hard before you continue reading about the above.
Why?
BECAUSE THE ABOVE IS THE ISSUE THAT, IF WE FAIL TO ADDRESS IT IN THE PRESENT TENSE, RUNS THE RISK OF RESULTING IN AN IRREVOCABLE SERIES OF EVENTS IN THIS COUNTRY UP TO AND INCLUDING POSSIBLE CIVIL WAR.

It is for this reason that I have decided that for the present I am going to go enjoy whatever time is left in a reasonably-peaceful society here in America instead of writing for your consumption, for I neither believe that this relatively-peaceful state of affairs will persist for long nor do I believe any material number of people will lift a single finger to do anything about it.

I suppose I knew this day would come. None of us wanted to face the world we thought was coming in the future. And now that future is here. I agree that there is no Rule of Law in this once great country. People will not accept the simple fact that there is no Republic without the Rule of Law. I encourage everyone to read the entire article above and then decide how you will prepare to face the consequences of our apathy regarding the value of freedom.

Two Houston police officers fatally shot an African-American man who pointed a gun at them despite their commands that he lower his weapon, authorities said on Saturday, two days after five Dallas policemen were slain by a black military veteran.
The two Houston officers, both Hispanic, encountered a man standing in the middle of a street with a revolver around 12:40 a.m. while on a routine patrol, police spokeswoman Jodi Silva said.
The officers exited their patrol vehicle to speak to the man, who initially had the firearm pointed to the sky. The officers ordered him to lower the weapon, Silva said.
“He instead deliberately and slowly lowers his arm and allows it to come to a stop at his waist,” Silva said. “Now the gun is pointed directly at officers.”
Fearing for their safety and for nearby witnesses, both officers discharged their weapons, striking the man, she said. The man’s motive remains unknown.
Atlanta
The largest demonstration appeared to be in downtown Atlanta, where an estimated 2,000 protesters chanted, waved signs demanding justice and blocked part of Interstate 75/85 in a tense standoff with police.
Mayor Kasim Reed first tweeted, “”Today we have had less than ten people arrested during what has been a peaceful protest. We urge anyone protesting not to enter the highway.” Later he followed with a warning to protesters: “If you enter the highway, you endanger your own life, the lives of innocent motorists & the lives of our officers. We are better than that.”
The tweets were ignored. Footage from local news stations showed the crowd facing off with dozens of police vehicles that were stopped on a local interstate highway.
Baltimore
In Baltimore, about 200 people gathered in protest to march from McKeldin Square to the Baltimore police headquarters. Four people were arrested after some members of the group failed to comply with orders to move out of the street.
Baton Rouge
The FBI issued a riot alert in Louisiana. Judicial Watch reports the alert is dated July 7 and included disturbing images from social media, including one depicting a restrained uniformed police officer getting his throat slashed by a masked individual. Other social media images called for purging and killing all cops in Baton Rouge on July 9 and starting a riot by the courthouse in Shreveport. One social media post says, “It don’t matter what color you are.” Another says, “Must kill every police!!!!”
Phoenix
Demonstrations in Phoenix turned violent when protesters threw rocks and other objects at law enforcement officers during an anti-police brutality rally Friday night. Agitators shouted “We should shoot you!” to officers.
An estimated 1,000 participants chanted: “Black lives matter” and “Hands up, don’t shoot” as they marched. Officers escorting the march weren’t dressed in riot gear.
Barack Obama is harnessing the increasing attacks on police in Dallas — and the periodic shootings of people by stressed cops — to push his agenda to federalize state and local police forces.
“I want to start moving on constructive actions that are actually going to make a difference,” he said during his evening press conference in Poland when he was asked about the Dallas attack.
Those actions, he said, would be based on the recommendations of the panel that he picked after the 2014 street riots in Ferguson, Missouri. The panel offered “practical concrete solutions that can reduce — if not eliminate — the problems of racial bias,” Obama said.
The dramatic shootings are an opportunity to push that agenda, Obama said. “If my voice has been true and positive, my hope would be that… [the panel] surfaces problems, it frames them, it allows us to wrestle with these issue and try to come up with practical solutions,” he said.

Throughout his press conference, Obama tried to play the role of national healer. “As painful as this week has been, I firmly believe that America is not as divided as some have suggested. Americans of all races and all backgrounds are rightly outraged by the inexcusable attacks on police … that includes protestors, it includes family members who have grave concerns about police conduct, and they’ve said that this is unacceptable, there is no division there,” he said.
