Enjoy the Hope

The first time around, Donald Trump was the best President of the United States since Andrew Jackson. But the degree of difficulty he faced was too great, and he was obviously not ready for the level of resistance he faced from his own appointees and employees. He has already shown signs that he is much better prepared for his second stint in office, as the list of the executive orders he signed immediately following his inauguration tends to show.

JOE BIDEN’S ā€˜GET OUT OF JAIL FREE’ CARDS ARE WORTHLESS

The Throckmorton doctrine [UNITED STATES v. THROCKMORTON] holds that, ā€œThere is no question of the general doctrine that fraud vitiates the most solemn contracts, documents, and even judgments.ā€

Joe Biden pardoned all of his co-conspirators and that’s fine because through the lens of RICO and Throckmorton, those preemptive pardons; those ā€˜get of of jail free’ cards, aren’t worth the paper upon which they are written.

Now we’ll see if justice is done or if it’s still just us.

Transitional shelter assistance extended for Helene victims in western NC, FEMA says

Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) officials announced on Sunday that they extended transitional sheltering assistance to families in western North Carolina affected by Hurricane Helene.

According to FEMA, residents and families receiving hotel lodging while looking for alternative housing will be allowed to stay in hotels until May 25, with hotel check-out on May 26.

Stewart Rhodes – Sentence Commuted to Time Served

BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

A PROCLAMATION

This proclamation ends a grave national injustice that has been perpetrated upon the American people over the last four years and begins a process of national reconciliation.

Acting pursuant to the grant of authority in Article II, Section 2, of the Constitution of the United States, I do hereby:

(a)  commute the sentences of the following individuals convicted of offenses related to events that occurred at or near the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021, to time served as of January 20, 2025:

•    Kelly Meggs

•    Kenneth Harrelson

•    Thomas Caldwell

•    Jessica Watkins

•    Roberto Minuta

•    Edward Vallejo

•    David Moerschel

•    Joseph Hackett

•    Ethan Nordean

•    Dominic Pezzola

•    Jeremy Bertino

(b)  grant a full, complete and unconditional pardon to all other individuals convicted of offenses related to events that occurred at or near the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021;

I found out tonight that Grok does not have access to outside news media. Once information is posted on X, Grok then considers it for evaluation. I posted a link from the New York Post on X and then posted the X link in a message to Grok for its consideration. Here is the reply:
