TEXAS SECESSION RESOLUTION PASSES GOP COMMITTEE

texas_secession

The Lone Star State will find out on Saturday just how eager its Republicans are to reconstitute the Republic of Texas.

A state GOP committee in Austin passed a secession resolution on Friday that will require a full-party vote on Saturday. The non-binding measure would gauge the desire among state Republicans to secede.

“If the federal government continues to disregard the constitution and the sovereignty of the State of Texas, the State of Texas should reassert its status as an independent nation,” the measure reads, the Chronicle reported Friday.

Pro-secession Texans would likely prepare its citizens for the federal government’s reaction by citing the Declaration of Independence, signed July 4, 1776.

“Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”

The Only Option Left to Us

When.

We are at war. Most people do not want to accept this fact. Especially since we are at war with our ruling elite that most people think is our duly elected government. It is a war that we did not want. It is a war that should never have happened. It is a war in which we must share some of the blame.

Our forefathers warned us. Our arrogance accepted the loss of Liberty. Our apathy cost us our natural law rights.

We have a natural law right to protect ourselves and our families. We have a duty to God to fight for His name and glory. If it is His will to prove our faith, who are we to question Him?

Islam is the enemy. This is not hate speech: it is a fact. The attorney general can investigate and intimidate us: her predecessor did his best without consequences. But now our rulers have lost the confidence of the people who understand our position and will fight for our country.

Have Neomasculinists Rejected Manly Virtues?

laocoon2

by Fran Porretto

Needless to say, you’ll find no neomasculinists on the political Left. Among other things, they abhor confrontation for any reason. They have rejected the manly virtues:

     Two things qualify a masculine homo sapiens as a man:

  • Knowledge of right and wrong, and the willingness to fight for the right;
  • Knowledge of his own obligations, and the willingness to meet them.

A man must learn “where the line is”: the line that separates behavior that must be tolerated from behavior that must not be. He must be willing — personally willing — to fight in defense of the former and against the latter, though it might expose him to risk and cost him injury or death. He must be ready to swallow his distaste and protect the rights even of persons he finds repulsive, if they have harmed no other human being.

A man must learn proportionality and restraint. Biology has optimized the male body for purposive aggression, sudden acceleration and focused violence. These are not things to be deployed in their 200-proof strength against trivial or unworthy targets. A man doesn’t kill the bounder who steals his parking space, his business idea, or his wife. Even a punch in the nose is excessive for infractions like these.

Democrats to Attend Prayer Service at Radical Mosque

Dar Al Hijrah

Democratic lawmakers are planning to attend prayer services at a Washington-area mosque that has been accused of acting as a front for Hamas and that served as the home of terrorist spiritual leader Anwar al-Awlaki, who reportedly mentored two of the 9/11 hijackers.

On the heels of a deadly mass shooting by two Muslim individuals in San Bernardino, California, a group of Democratic lawmakers said they would attend Friday prayer services at the Dar al-Hijrah Mosque in Virginia, which has been linked to the financing of terrorists and where al-Awlaki served as the spiritual leader.

The Democrats set to attend include Reps. Don Beyer (D., Va.), Joseph Crowley (D., N.Y.), Betty McCollum (D., Minn.), Eleanor Holmes Norton (D., D.C.), and several Virginia state lawmakers, according to the New York Times.

Beyer told the Times that the visit could help diffuse tensions with the Muslim community in the wake of the San Bernardino attack and the recent terrorist massacre in Paris.

Racism Cannot Stop Racism

christian mercenary

by T.L. Davis

When U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch spoke to attendees of Muslim Advocate’s 10th Anniversary dinner she pledged to vigorously prosecute speech that “edges toward violence.” Meaning, of course, when other than Muslims use speech that “edges toward violence,” because “death to America” and “death to infidels” seems to pretty much cover speech that does much more than “edge toward violence;” it advocates for it.

All evidence suggests that Muslim speech has led directly to violence, but there seems to be no interest in prosecuting these violations of her policy. But, this is just another example of the Obama Administration’s predictable and determined efforts to divide America; to set up different rules for Muslims and blacks from those that exist for all other races and religions in this diverse nation of ours. Defending and protecting terrorists and criminals is the priority as they are able, with a compliant and blind-folded press, to couch their divisive policies in the struggle against racism. Any real, objective reporting would reveal the openly racist stance the Obama Administration has always preferred.

I abhor racism. The very idea of hating someone based on their lineage is ignorant. There are horrible people of every race and religion. There are wonderful people of every race and religion. Written into the Constitution is a prohibition against corruption of blood. In other words, the sins of the fathers cannot be visited upon their progeny. The Obama Administration disagrees with this and, as far as I can tell, every aspect of the Constitution.

Jihadist wife reportedly pledged allegiance to ISIS before massacre

The mysterious Pakistani woman who with her husband gunned down 14 Wednesday at a Southern California holiday party reportedly pledged her allegiance to ISIS before the massacre, according to a government source, in what appears to be concrete evidence that the rampage was at least inspired, if not directed, by the terrorist group.

Tashfeen Malik is believed to have posted her pledge to ISIS leader and self-proclaimed “caliph” Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi on or around the time of the attack, in which she and her husband, Syed Rizwan Farook, stormed a San Bernardino party for his co-workers before escaping. The pair died hours later in a shootout with police, and in the aftermath the 29-year-old Pakistani woman has remained largely a name without a face. No confirmed pictures of her have surfaced, and few details have emerged.

Chilling UK government ‘advice’ asks parents to spy on their children

Orwellian-pamphlet-extremism

This is WAY beyond ‘if you see something, say something.’

In a series of pamphlets circulated among local governments in the United Kingdom, British parents are now being encouraged to spy on their own children, and to report any instances of possible ‘radicalization’.

Of course this advice comes with a nifty set of instructions for how to spot a terrorist in your own home:

The first three “signs”:

  • Out of character changes in dress, behaviour and changes in their friendship group;
  • Losing interest in previous activities and friendships;
  • Secretive behaviour and switching screens when you come near—

Imagine that– a teenager who doesn’t want mom and dad to see what he’s doing on his iPhone? Or a 14-year old who starts dressing differently and hanging out with a different group of friends?

27 Major Global Stocks Markets That Have Already Crashed By Double Digit Percentages In 2015

Earth Globe - Public Domain

Anyone that tries to tell you that a global financial crisis is not happening is not being honest with you.  Right now, there are 27 major global stock markets that have declined by double digit percentages from their peaks earlier this year.  And this is truly a global phenomenon – we have seen stock market crashes in Asia, Europe, South America, Africa and the Middle East.  But because U.S. stocks are only down less than a thousand points from the peak earlier this year, most Americans seem to think that everything is just fine.

The truth, of course, is that everything is not fine.  We are witnessing a pattern similar to what we saw back in 2008.  Back then, Chinese stocks and other major stock markets started crashing first, and then U.S. stocks followed later.

And it appears that we may have entered the next leg down for markets in the western world this week.  The Dow was down another 252 points on Thursday, and all of the major stock indexes in the U.S. are now negative for the year except for the NASDAQ.  Unless there is a major turnaround in the coming weeks, the six year winning streak for U.S. stocks is likely over.

But when you step back and look at what has been happening globally, a much more ominous picture emerges.  I spent much of the afternoon looking at stock market charts for the largest economies all over the globe.  What I discovered was financial carnage that was much worse than I anticipated.

It turns out that there are 27 major global stock markets that have fallen by more than 10 percent from peaks that were set earlier this year.  If you want to verify this information for yourself, just go to Trading Economics.  As you can see, many of these stock market declines have been quite impressive…

1. China: down more than 30 percent

2. Saudi Arabia: down 26 percent

3. Germany: down about 13 percent

4. United Kingdom: down close to 12 percent

5. Spain: down 15 percent
