Gaza Invasion Is Likely, Israeli Official Says

A senior Israeli military official said Wednesday the likelihood of a ground invasion of the Gaza Strip was “very high,” and that “if you want to efficiently fight terrorism you must be present, boots on the ground.”

The official, who has been briefing Israeli ministers who make strategic decisions, said his assessment was based on “the signals I get” and the diminishing returns of aerial bombardment after nine days. He said an Israeli takeover of Gaza is “not a huge challenge,” estimating it would take “a matter of days or weeks,” but that preventing a more dangerous devolution in the coastal enclave would require an occupation “of many months.”

“Every day that passes makes the possibility more evident,” the official told a handful of international journalists in a briefing at the military’s Tel Aviv headquarters. “We can hurt them very hard from the air but not get rid of them.” He spoke on the condition of anonymity under military protocol.

Disgusting Consequences of Child Rape by Obama’s Open Borders Policy

DHS: Parents Giving Birth Control to Girls–‘In Case They’re Raped’ on Way to USA

Sen. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) told the committee that he’d just received a report from an immigration advocacy group at the University of Chicago Law School describing the ordeal of two unaccompanied children:

“Samuel and Emily are siblings; amazingly, ages 3 and 6 — 3 and 6. They got here from Honduras. I don’t know how,” Durbin said.

“When they initially arrived in the United States, they were very quiet and they didn’t open up. They were clearly victims of trauma. After two months of care and custody of these 3- and 6-year-old children by HHS, Emily revealed that both children had been raped by members of a local drug cartel.

“I think about those children when I think about this debate. Are they the exception? God, I pray they are. But I’m afraid there are many more with similar stories.”

Outrage Follows Report Government To Spend $50 Million On Resort For “Young Illegal Immigrants”

While we understand that there are many nuances in the ongoing illegal immigrant debate, and there are certainly two sides to every story, we can’t help but wonder if the US government granting a $50 million award to BCFS Health and Human Services to house “young illegal immigrants at the site of the current Palm Aire Hotel and Suites” in Weslaco, Texas is the best use of government funding. As KRGV reported, ” A center for unaccompanied minors set to open in Weslaco later this year will be the first of its kind in the nation, officials with a network of non-profits said.  A center for unaccompanied minors set to open in Weslaco later this year will be the first of its kind in the nation, officials with a network of non-profits said… Representatives with BCFS said the Palm Aire will undergo a multi-million dollar transformation.”

Perhaps the reason why the public’s attention has not only been picqued by this news, but has led to a broad wave of outrage, is that a cursory scan of the Hotel complex reveals accommodations which are inaccessible to millions of Americans, let alone “unaccompanied minor immigrants.”

BCFS has a prepared reason why it needs the funding:

BCFS runs a temporary detention center for young illegal immigrants at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio. BCFS began as an orphanage for Hispanic children in San Antonio in 1944

“Children … who weren’t able to go into other orphanages. They weren’t allowed at the white orphanages, they weren’t allowed at the African-American orphanages,” said Krista Piferrer, with BCFS external affairs

Harry Reid Claims ‘The Border is Secure’

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-JlmOwrjkvg

Unfortunately, we continue to preach to the choir. The consequences of tyranny have become self-evident as our “leaders” treat us as ignorant subjects. As long as patriots continue to fund the welfare state, our political process will NEVER fix the nation. There is only one solution to tyranny.

Harry Reid Just Made a Claim About the Southern Border That Had Charles Krauthammer Asking if He’s ‘On His Medication or Not’

According to the Hill, Reid then added that lawmakers should worry less about securing the border and instead focus on approving President Barack Obama’s $3.7 billion request to process the thousands of children who have flocked to the U.S. illegally from Central America.

Virtue is the Cornerstone of Civilization, Not Law

by Bill Buppert

There is no crueler tyranny than that which is perpetuated under the shield of law and in the name of justice.

– Charles de Montesquieu

For the sake of argument, both the American Left and Right embrace law and order as the primary building blocks and cement to create civilization. Both of these collectivist memes wish to form societies through the threat and initiation of violence. Both of these political combines see state monopoly on a full range of violence from kidnapping to caging to maiming and death as the primary means to keep people virtuous and productive. They embrace the impossible moral equation of employing immoral means to achieve moral ends. It is yet another first principle violated that turns every government into the straitjacketed corpse factories that pepper the planet and have stained human history from the beginning.

The basic conceit of governance no matter the apparent flavor is the ceding of self-ownership to a small nomenklatura who put the worse people in charge of every aspect of human existence to protect the tax cattle from a few bad actors. Most government is a curious hybrid of the Milgram/Stanford experiments and the Stockholm Syndrome, the latter weaponizing the former by maximizing the victim’s advocacy for their own destruction.

Law is divined as either malum prohibitum or malum in se.

Update 1:

I received more information from a UPS driver: 15 armored personnel carriers in Asheville heading east. 5 armored personnel carriers in Winston-Salem heading east. All were battle ready with no military markings.

Update 2:

I have been reading the comments concerning these marine light armored vehicles (LAVs).

1. Are they battle ready? According to the military, they do not have ammunition. Let’s think about this along civilian lines. If I walk into a police station with an unloaded pistol, I will be arrested. If I point an unloaded weapon, I can be arrested for brandishing a weapon. Are these LAVs battle ready? U betcha. In my opinion, they are manned, operational and on the move. Ask any trained soldier if he is battle ready – armed or not.

2. I could not find the mileage for these vehicles. I know that our government has no concern for our money but I know driving these from Ft. Knox to Camp Lejeune as suggested below is not a small sum of money. Especially compared to transport on a freight train.

3. The question is whether Americans want to see soldiers in armored vehicles on the road? The answer is simple: most of us do not trust our military to follow the Constitution in the future. MRAPs and LAVs have no place in America. Posse comitatus is still in place until martial law is imposed or another executive order is issued.

4. I do not remember military vehicles on the road in large numbers growing up. So why is this necessary today? We all know that our government has opened the borders to terrorists so it is not for our “protection”.

5. Asheville, NC is not the most direct route to Camp Lejeune from Ft. Knox. The fastest route is 702 miles and 11 hours driving time (without stops).

Cop shoots black lab INSIDE a vehicle

According to reports, an officer with the Coeur d’Alene Police Department was called out to a local coffee shop Wednesday after the shop’s owner spotted a “suspicious” van in the parking lot. The van, owned by Craig Jones, allegedly matched the description of a vehicle in a child luring case.

Upon arriving, the officer approached the vehicle with his weapon drawn when 2-year-old “Arfie” began barking from the driver’s seat. The officer claims that is when the dog, which he described as a “vicious” pit bull, “lunged” out of the half-open window and attempted to bite his face.

The officer “defended his life” by firing through the window, striking the dog once in the chest.

The End of the Dollar

For those who thought the dollar would always be safe, may your chains rest lightly. The formation of an alternative to the International Monetary Fund is the last straw for our dollar. Although perception is reality has been the mantra for the dollar, this perception is now being shattered. If you thought food and gasoline were high in the past, wait for the consequences of an inept pResident and Federal Reserve.

The Federal Government Must Arrest President Obama for Recklessly Endangering the Entire Country by the Intentional Release of Communicable Diseases

Under Arizona state law, it is a felony to introduce disease into the state:

13-2912. Unlawful introduction of disease or parasite; classification

A. It is unlawful for a person to knowingly introduce into this state a disease or parasite of animals or poultry that constitutes a threat to:

1. Livestock or poultry industry in this state.
2. Human health.
3. Human life.

B. This section does not apply to research conducted by government or educational institutions.

C. A violation of subsection A:

1. Paragraph 1 is a class 5 felony.
2. Paragraph 2 is a class 4 felony.
3. Paragraph 3 is a class 2 felony.

The attorney general of Arizona has documented the illegal act of the federal government for the transport of illegal aliens into their state:

Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne formally demanded the federal government “cease and desist” from transporting illegal immigrants to his state or else face a possible lawsuit.

Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne formally demanded the federal government “cease and desist” from transporting illegal immigrants to his state or else face a possible lawsuit.

In a letter to Department of Homeland Security Sec. Jeh Johnson, Horne called on the government to halt the shipments of untold hundreds of illegal immigrant families to Arizona.

The federal government has publicly acknowledged that there are outbreaks of pneumonia and swine flu outbreaks among illegal children in California:

Outbreak on the Border

Health authorities at a Navy base in Southern California took steps last weekend to curtail an outbreak of pneumonia and swine flu among illegal immigrant children housed at the facility, according to U.S. officials.

The outbreak of disease among several of the nearly 600 immigrant children at the Naval Base Ventura County, located north of Los Angeles, initially was thought to be caused by deadly bacterial streptococcal meningitis, according to one official close to the issue.

Consider the definition of reckless endangerment:

Reckless endangerment is a crime consisting of acts that create a substantial risk of serious physical injury to another person. The accused person isn’t required to intend the resulting or potential harm, but must have acted in a way that showed a disregard for the foreseeable consequences of the actions. The charge may occur in various contexts, such as, among others, domestic cases, car accidents, construction site accidents, testing sites, domestic/child abuse situations, and hospital abuse. State laws and penalties vary, so local laws should be consulted.

The Obama administration has pursued a policy of reckless endangerment by allowing tens of thousands of illegal aliens to enter the United States in direct violation of our sovereign immigration laws. It has been documented by the federal government that swine flu and pneumonia outbreaks have been a result of this policy. Tuberculosis , hand-foot-and-mouth disease, Chagas disease and chicken pox have been verified by US border patrol agents.

Since these policies have put the health of the entire population of the United States at risk by distributing these children across the country without any medical evaluations or security, I petition the government to arrest the president for recklessly endangering the people of the United States by the introduction of communicable diseases which could lead to several pandemics.

David DeGerolamo
