While the mainstream media busily speculates on just which Russians (because they are sure it’s not the Ukrainians) shot the jet out of the sky, Al Jazeera, via Bloomberg, reports that things are escalating once again in Israel:

  • ISRAEL GROUND INVASION OF GAZA HAS STARTED: AL JAZEERA
  • ISRAELI ARMY DECLINES TO COMMENT ON REPORT OF GROUND INVASION

The operation is reportedly on a wide scale.

IDF ground forces began to move into the Gaza Strip on Thursday evening, the prime minister’s office confirmed.

The purpose of the operation was  to destroy the Gazan terror tunnels leading to Israel, according to a statement released by the prime minister’s office.

Malaysian Airlines Boeing 777 Shot Down Over Ukraine: Gold Jumps

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dTCulEzHQh4

Gold jumped up $9.00 $16.70 $21.30 an ounce on the news that a Malaysian 777 was shot down over Ukraine. The DOW is down 85. At this point, it is just a matter of where the world war will start.

While we hope it is a horrific accident, and has yet to be officially confirmed by Malaysian Airlines, the timing is oddly coincidental.

Microsoft cuts 18,000 jobs

satya nadella microsoft

The software giant said it would cut 18,000 jobs within the next year — about 14% of the company’s 125,000 employees. That’s by far the largest round of layoffs in the company’s history.

The previous record came during the lowest point of the Great Recession, when Microsoft (MSFTTech30)cut more than 5,000 jobs in 2009 — the first mass layoff in the company’s history.

Most of the latest round of layoffs — 12,500 — will come from Nokia’s devices and services business that Microsoft recently bought. In a memo to Microsoft’s staff, Nadella said that Microsoft found many redundancies between the two companies, including both professional and factory workers.

End Goal: control the “sheeple”

First, get “sheeple” hooked on social media.  Analyze networks and behavior.  Then manipulate to your will:

“A less investigated problem is once you’ve identified the network, how do you manipulate it toward an end,” said Warren Dixon, a Ph.D. in electrical and computer engineering and director of the University of Florida’s Nonlinear Controls and Robotics research group. Dixon was the principal investigator on an Air Force Research Laboratory-funded project, which published its findings in February in a paper entitled “Containment Control for a Social Network with State-Dependent Connectivity.”

The research demonstrates that the mathematical principles used to control groups of autonomous robots can be applied to social networks in order to control human behavior. If properly calibrated, the mathematical models developed by Dixon and his fellow researchers could be used to sway the opinion of social networks toward a desired set of behaviors—perhaps in concert with some of the social media “effects” cyber-weaponry developed by the NSA and its British counterpart, GCHQ.

The language that was being used to mathematically describe the interactions [between people and products] was the same language we use in controlling groups of autonomous vehicles.”

The social drone graph

That language was Graph theory—the mathematical language that is the basis of Facebook’s Graph database and the “entity” databases at the heart of Google and Bing’s understanding of context around searches. It’s also become a fundamental part of control systems for directing swarms of autonomous robots. The connection inspired Dixon to want to investigate the connection further, he said. “Can you apply the same math to controlling autonomous people to groups of people?”

Kiev Reports Ukraine Warplane Was Shot Down By A Russian Fighter Jet

While most news coming out of Ukraine regarding the ongoing civil war are merely propaganda designed to make Russia look bad, and hence irrelevant and vice versa from Russia of course – the only news that matters re: Ukraine is:

i) what happens with gas deliveries to Europe via Ukraine and

ii) the fate of the South Stream pipeline; the rest is mostly noise

It is perhaps a testament to how the global media will observe Russia’s response to the latest US sanctions, and hardly improve risk appetite, that as Reuters reports Russian jet shot down a Ukrainian SU-25 fighter plane that was on military operations over the east of Ukraine.

While we have yet to receive the official Kremlin denial of this major escalation in hostilities between the two countries, and one which would otherwise be grounds for war by Ukraine and thus essentially denies the report (since Ukraine did not declare war on Russia for rather obvious reasons), here are the alleged details:

It was the strongest Ukrainian allegation to date of direct Russian military involvement in the conflict. Russia’s defence ministry declined to comment on the report.

The plane was brought down on Wednesday night by a rocket strike and the pilot safely ejected, Andriy Lysenko, a spokesman for Ukraine’s national Defence and Security Council, told journalists.

Chilling

By Andrew P. Napolitano

Two weeks ago, a notorious pot stirrer in Norfolk, Neb., built a mock outhouse, put it on a truck and drove the truck with permission in a local Fourth of July parade. In front of the outhouse, he placed a mannequin that he claimed looked like himself, and on the outhouse, he posted a sign that stated: “Obama Presidential Library.”

Some thought this was crude, and some thought it was funny; yet it is fully protected speech. It is protected because satire and opinion about public figures are absolutely protected, as well as is all criticism of the government. Yet, the Department of Justice has sent a team to investigate this event because a local official called it racist. Such an allegation by a public official and such a federal investigation are chilling. The reason we have a First Amendment is to ensure that the government stays out of investigating speech.

And just last week, Attorney General Eric Holder, while in London, opined that much of the criticism of Obama is based on race — meaning that if Obama were fully white, his critics would be silent. This is highly inflammatory, grossly misleading, patently without evidential support and, yet again, chilling. Tagging someone as a racist is the political equivalent of applying paint that won’t come off. Were the Democrats who criticized Attorney General Alberto Gonzales or Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice racists? Is it appropriate for government officials to frighten people into silence by giving them pause before they speak, during which they basically ask themselves whether the criticism they are about to hurl is worth the pain the government will soon inflict in retaliation?

If You Own A Kalashnikov Rifle (AK-47), Obama Just Sanctioned You

If you thought the latest round of US sanctions against some largely unknown Russians and a few new companies listed here, most notably Rosneft and Gazprombank – but not Gazprom, never Gazprom – that would cut off Russian gas to Europe and Merkel doesn’t want that – would be largely a non-event, you are right. Unless you own a Kalashnikov, aka AK-47 rifle. In which case read on.

From the updated sanctions FAQ:

If I own a Kalashnikov product, is that product blocked by sanctions?  Am I able to resell a Kalashnikov product at a gun show or other secondary market?

If a U.S. person is in possession of a Kalashnikov Concern product that was bought and fully paid for prior to the date of designation (i.e., no payment remains due to Kalashnikov Concern), then that product is not blocked and OFAC sanctions would not prohibit the U.S. person from keeping or selling the product in the secondary market, so long as Kalashnikov Concern has no interest in the transaction.  New transactions by U.S. persons with Kalashnikov Concern are prohibited, however, and any property in which Kalashnikov Concern has an interest is blocked pursuant to OFAC’s designation of Kalashnikov Concern on July 16, 2014.  If a U.S. person has an inventory of Kalashnikov Concern products in which Kalashnikov Concern has an interest (for example, the products are not fully paid for or are being sold on consignment), we advise that U.S. person to contact OFAC for further guidance on handling of the inventory.

If I have Kalashnikov products in my inventory, can I sell them?

The Reasons We Fight The New World Order

by Brandon Smith

“Countless people … will hate the new world order … and will die protesting against it.” H.G. Wells, The New World Order (1940)

Throughout our lives and throughout our culture, we are conditioned to rally around concepts of false division. We are led to believe that Democrats and Republicans are separate and opposing parties, yet they are actually two branches of the same political-control mechanism. We are led to believe that two nations such as the United States and Russia are geopolitical enemies, when, in fact, they are two puppet governments under the dominance of the same international financiers. Finally, we are told that the international bankers themselves are somehow separated by borders and philosophies, when the reality is all central banks answer to a singular authority: the Bank Of International Settlements (BIS).

We are regaled with stories of constant conflict and division. Yet the truth is there is only one battle that matters, only one battle that has ever mattered: the battle between those people who seek to control others and those people who simply wish to be left alone.

The “New World Order” is a concept created not in the minds of “conspiracy theorists” but in the minds of those who seek to control others. These are the self-appointed elite who fancy themselves grandly qualified to determine the destiny of every man, woman and child at the expense of individual freedom and self-determination.  Such elites are often very open about their globalist intentions and ambitions, much like author H.G. Wells, a socialist member of the Fabian Society and friend to the internationalist establishment who put forth his blueprint for world governance in the book quoted above.  In this article, I would like to examine the nature of our war with the elite and why their theories on social engineering are illogical, inadequate and, in many cases, malicious and destructive.

debt

Nearly all of us grew up thinking that we registered ourselves to prove that we were safe and responsible. We advertised our services as “registered” or “licensed,” and we never thought about it beyond that point. After all, that was the way things were done, and we knew that it would help our customers trust us.

There is, however, another side to registration, one that’s about to bite a lot of decent people… and hard.

What Is Registration, Really?

What did we do when we registered with a government agency? We gave them our name, address, birthdate, and so on. If we thought about it at all, we thought that they were acting as some kind of guarantor of our services. But what really happened was that we told them how to find us and hurt us.

Registration involves making ourselves easy to find by enforcers, and placing ourselves at their mercy. Yes, I know that we did it ignorantly (I know I certainly did) and out of necessity, but we did hand our best “how to find me” information to enforcement agencies.

Now, what I’ve described above involves commercial and professional registrations. Unfortunately, the same thing applies to bank accounts and retirement accounts. When you register those with a government, you are telling them where your money is and making it very easy for them to seize it.

Trillion Dollar Deficits

In recent years, the US government has been spending a trillion dollars per year more than it takes in. (And there are many additional factors at play.) The European situation is different, but not particularly better.

These situations can only last so long. At some point, the governments will need more money, especially as banks are ready to fail.

Governments will protect the big banks, at the expense of the citizens. You should take this seriously, and now.
