The BLM and Their Mercenaries Are Coming

See additional comments on Tea Party Nation.

Battle of Lexington

April 19, 1775 will always be remembered as the day when the shot heard round the world was fired on the Lexington Green. But in reality, this is not true. How many people knew that today was the anniversary of our nation’s beginning of the American Revolution? It is easy to make the correlation between this event and the tyranny patriots are experiencing today. In 1775, many patriots were considered to be traitors to the crown and acting against the Bible. Today, patriots are labeled domestic terrorists by the same tyrants who have abandoned the Constitution.

Many would say that today would be a glorious day to fire the next shot heard round the world. The events still transpiring at the Cliven Bundy ranch offer an opportunity to galvanize our resolve with many correlations to the battles fought at Lexington and Concord. Paul Revere, William Dawes and Dr. Prescott’s refrain of “The Regulars Are Coming” would be replaced by “The BLM Regulars Are Coming”. But the reality is that the BLM will not come on this important anniversary. And when they do come, the refrain will be “The BLM and Their Mercenaries Are Coming”. And that puts it all into perspective.

Let’s Call It Patriotism

christian mercenary

by T.L. Davis

A government unloosed from its authorizing document, in open revolt against the principles laid out and defined therein, with the will, intent and ability to execute citizens for trivial offenses, basically parking tickets (oops, forgot to feed the meter on the cattle) is, by definition, a domestic terrorist. The politicians and agents involved in such criminal activity as theft of property (water rights in U.S. v Hage  a similar, but much more egregious case than the issue with Cliven Bundy) involving the BLM, determined by the judge to be involved in a criminal conspiracy is the definition of domestic terrorists.

Mr. Reid, those who stand against such criminal acts are called patriots.

To engage in criminal activity with the threat of death and kidnapping (incarceration) to U.S. citizens is domestic terrorism.

But, all of that is really a sideshow. In the main tent is the fact that this government have brutalized its citizens so often, so willingly that word is out, public sentiment is changing. Investor’s Business Daily is pointing out the obvious, but at least they are pointing.

Are You Ready For The Price Of Food To More Than Double By The End Of This Decade?

Supermarket - Photo by Abrahami

By Michael Snyder

Do you think that the price of food is high now?  Just wait.  If current trends continue, many of the most common food items that Americans buy will cost more than twice as much by the end of this decade.  Global demand for food continues to rise steadily as crippling droughts ravage key agricultural regions all over the planet.  You see, it isn’t just the multi-year California drought that is affecting food prices.  Down in Brazil (one of the leading exporters of food in the world), the drought has gotten so bad that 142 cities were rationing water at one point earlier this year.  And outbreaks of disease are also having a significant impact on our food supply.  A devastating pig virus that has never been seen in the U.S. before has already killed up to 6 million pigs.  Even if nothing else bad happens (and that is a very questionable assumption to make), our food prices are going to be moving aggressively upward for the foreseeable future.  But what if something does happen?  In recent years, global food reserves have dipped to extremely low levels, and a single major global event (war, pandemic, terror attack, planetary natural disaster, etc.) could create an unprecedented global food crisis very rapidly.

A professor at the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University named Timothy Richards has calculated what the drought in California is going to do to produce prices at our supermarkets in the near future.  His projections are quite sobering

The Adaptive Enemy & Adaptive Management

Guerrillamerica

by Sam Culper

A large part of what made fighting in Afghanistan and Iraq so difficult is (just one part of a laundry list) that the enemy observes and adapts.  After the New York Times published the article that US Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) was picking up bin Laden’s and al-Qaida’s satellite phone calls, the organization started using couriers.  We lost that capability and therefore a very large advantage in collecting information and targeting senior leadership.

Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) evolved from simple command-detonated road side bombs to radio/remotely-controlled, victim-initiated, and infrared-triggered IEDs (to name a few).  There were daisy chains, offset command wires, offset battery packs, varying radio frequencies, low metallic pressure plates – Lord, the list goes on and on.  Every time we identified what was going on, the enemy would change up what they were doing.  For each Coalition Force (CF) countermeasure, there was an equal and opposite reaction, so to speak.  They were tricky sons of bitches and they killed a lot of Americans.

But that’s the nature of any enemy who sticks around.  One of my all-time heroes, Jack Welch, said, “If change is happening faster on the outside faster than on the inside, then the end is in sight.”  That goes for any adversary, but it goes doubly for you when you’re at any disadvantage.  (He also advised, “Change before you have to”).

Ongoing Support Needed For Bundy Ranch

Bundy Ranch

The Bundy Family, and the supporters on the ground at their Ranch, including Oath Keepers, have put out the call for continuing support. Needed are:

  • Pop up tents
  • Sleeping bags
  • Food
  • Water

This will be a long struggle. The BLM and Harry Reid have stated that it is not over.  We Oath Keepers plan on being there as long as it takes.  Elias Alias, our Editor and Board member, is on his way to the Bundy Ranch today, for an extended stay. He’s 67 years old, and a Vietnam Vet, who still heeds the call of freedom.

Men and women, from all corners of the nation,  are rotating in and out of the Bundy Ranch. While they are there, they need our support. If you are going there yourself, please consider bringing extra supplies, such as the above. If you want to support our efforts with financial contributions, ($$$$), Use the form below:

Another Example of Constitutional Usurpation

I admit that I ask questions to make people think. I also will ask questions to have an instructor explain a concept in more complete detail even when I know the answer if people attending the class are not grasping the concept or material. In some cases, this will result in condemnation or it will make me look stupid. But I am feeling stupid at this point (after all, I am just a racist teabagger for supporting the Constitution).

Based on the Constitution of the United States:

Article I, Section 8.17

To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings;

So my question is simple: how did the United States federal government acquire 84% of the state of Nevada? I must have missed the amendment to the Constitution that includes the authority to steal land from an individual state for the purposes of reducing the number of ranches by charging fees by a new alphabet agency (BLM) to raise money to hire military contractors to threaten the people.

As we are beginning to understand, all of the rules and laws instituted by the federal government are not based in the Constitution of the United States. But then at what point is a state in this “union” still a sovereign republic under Article IV, Section 4: Continue reading

Two More Victims Of The Retail Apocalypse: Family Dollar And Coldwater Creek

Family Dollar

by Michael Snyder

Did you know that Family Dollar is closing 370 stores? When I learned of this, I was quite stunned. I knew that retailers that serve the middle class were really struggling right now, but I had no idea that things had gotten so bad for low end stores like Family Dollar. In the post-2008 era, dollar stores had generally been one of the few bright spots in the retail industry. As millions of Americans fell out of the middle class, they were looking to stretch their family budgets as far as possible, and dollar stores helped them do that. It would be great if we could say that the reason why Family Dollar is doing so poorly is because average Americans have more money now and have resumed shopping at retailers that target the middle class, but that is not happening. Rather, as you will see later in this article, things just continue to get even worse for Americans at the low end of the income scale.

I was also surprised to learn that Coldwater Creek is closing all of their stores

OPSEC Lecture / Q&A

Guerrillamerica

by Sam Culper

I’ll be holding a lecture and Q&A session on Operations Security (OPSEC) issues on Wednesday, 24 April 2014.  It will start at 2100 (9pm) EDT / 1800 (6pm) PDT and last for about an hour; 45 minutes of lecture and 15 minutes of Q&A.  We can go longer if there are more questions than time allows.

You can listen via the web or by calling into the room.  It doesn’t cost anything.  We’ll max out at 100 listeners, unfortunately.  I may turn these talks into a podcast that you can download.  They’d probably be perfect for the morning or evening commute.

I’ll be posting the invite link on this blog on Monday so you can register.  Everyone will be able to register but only 100 can get in (platform maximum, sorry).  I don’t know whether to expect 50 or 500, honestly; although I’d do it for one.

If it goes well and you’re interested in hearing more, then we’ll work on scheduling future talks, maybe once or twice a month.  If you want to suggest topics or questions for the future then I can go ahead and start planning the material.
