Liberty Movement Rising

by Brandon Smith

“Freedom had been hunted round the globe; reason was considered as rebellion; and the slavery of fear had made men afraid to think. But such is the irresistible nature of truth, that all it asks, and all it wants, is the liberty of appearing.”  – Thomas Paine

The label of “fringe” is a common one used by statists, bureaucrats and paid shills in order to marginalize those who would stand against government corruption. The primary assertion being sold is that the “majority” joyously supports the establishment; and the majority, of course, is always right.

The liberty movement, which is a collection of numerous freedom organizations and political activists brought together by a shared philosophical bond, has been accused of “fringe” status for quite some time. With corporatist dominance over the mainstream media for decades backing an elitist machine in Washington and a global banking cartel footing the bill with money created from thin air, any such accusation can be made to seem “real” to those who are unaware.

The problem has always been a matter of physical action giving rise to an acknowledgment of numbers.

86M Full-Time Private-Sector Workers Sustain 148M Benefit Takers

Federal worker's t-shirt

Buried deep on the website of the U.S. Census Bureau is a number every American citizen, and especially those entrusted with public office, should know. It is 86,429,000.

That is the number of Americans who in 2012 got up every morning and went to work — in the private sector — and did it week after week after week.

These are the people who built America, and these are the people who can sustain it as a free country. The liberal media have not made them famous like the polar bear, but they are truly a threatened species.

The 147,802,000 non-veteran benefit takers outnumbered the 86,429,000 full-time private sector workers 1.7 to 1.

How much more can the 86,429,000 endure?

We Were a Shot Away from the Second Revolution

 httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mKeD7IDlpfo

With that in mind, I have video from FOX News that you won’t see on any other news networks. FOX shares the first-hand account from a reporter who was at the scene of the armed standoff between the federal government and hundreds of American citizens in the desert near Las Vegas on April 12, and this reporter was so moved by the conviction of the patriots, he actually involved himself in trying to negotiate the peace.

FOX also gives some background on the dispute that caused ARMED citizens to converged on the scene to support and prevent armed agents of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) from confiscating a private citizen’s cattle.

Make no mistake, it was not the hundreds of protesters who stopped the federal government from their actions. Had it just been unarmed protesters with signs and flags, the outcome would have been the same as any protest you have witnessed in our lifetimes. Protesters would have been ordered to disperse and those who did not would have been pepper sprayed, beaten, and arrested.

No, this protest was different. This was much more than a simple, unarmed protest. This time, there were citizens with handguns, shotguns, and rifles who would not back down and who demonstrated the willingness to use their guns against the government forces should the government fail to disperse.

Electricity Price Surged to All-Time Record for March

Electricity plant

The average price for a kilowatthour (KWH) of electricity hit a March record of 13.5 cents, according data released yesterday by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. That was up about 5.5 percent from 12.8 cents per KWH in March 2013.

The relative price of electricity in the United States tends to rise in spring, peak in summer, and decline in fall. Last year, after the price of a KWH averaged 12.8 cents in March, it rose to an all-time high of 13.7 cents in June, July, August and September.

And yet the Murphy Power Board (a subsidiary of the Murphy Mafia) charges 20 cents a KWH. This is what happens when there is no rule of law except in our own minds.

Intemperate Frauds

christian mercenary

by T.L. Davis

There are two divided nations known as the United States. The best known is the United States of America. This is the one we all believed in, fought to defend and continue to fight to restore. The other one is the Constitutional United States, where states claim their authority over the federal government. This is the one worth fighting for today.

Perhaps, something new will take the place of the once powerful United States of America, perhaps a few other things. What is known is that the current government, actually the employees of the United States of America, no longer faithfully execute their offices. They are frauds, using our funds, pursuing the oppression of the very sustenance of their power.

The first skirmish in the ultimate undoing of this currently established nation has taken place at Bunkerville, Nevada on the Bundy Ranch. This is no longer a cohesive society. Those in power are not representatives of the people, they have other masters those big donors, those influence peddlers and money laundering experts. The true fact is simple: powerful people give big money to politicians (not representatives of the people) who become elected to official office, take an oath and immediately violate the oath and use their position to push the campaign contributions back to the powerful donors. It is a way of cycling the money through the U.S. Treasury, returning many times the amount of the contribution. Nowhere in this scheme is the role of the citizen other than to cast ballots. Sure, a road might get paved, a bridge built but by who? The companies headed by those big donors, of course.

Just to be clear, I am not endorsing Mr. Tillis. I suspect his attention is due to my comments on the NRA video endorsing him.

Judicial Watch Obtains IRS Documents Showing Lerner in Contact With DOJ about Potential Prosecution of Tax-Exempt Groups

May 9, 2013, email reveals IRS plans to meet with Department of Justice over whether to prosecute groups that “lied” about plans for political activity

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch today released a new batch of internal IRS documents revealing that former IRS official Lois Lerner communicated with the Department of Justice (DOJ) about whether it was possible to criminally prosecute certain tax-exempt entities. The documents were obtained as a result of an October 2013 Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed against the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) after the agency refused to respond to four FOIA requests dating back to May 2013.

The newly released IRS documents contain an email exchange between Lerner and Nikole C. Flax, then-Chief of Staff to then-Acting IRS Commissioner Steven T. Miller discussing plans to work with the DOJ  to prosecute nonprofit groups that “lied” (Lerner’s quotation marks) about political activities. The exchange includes the following:

I got a call today from Richard Pilger Director Elections Crimes Branch at DOJ … He wanted to know who at IRS the DOJ folk s [sic] could talk to about Sen. Whitehouse idea at the hearing that DOJ could piece together false statement cases about applicants who “lied” on their 1024s –saying they weren’t planning on doing political activity, and then turning around and making large visible political expenditures. DOJ is feeling like it needs to respond, but want to talk to the right folks at IRS to see whether there are impediments from our side and what, if any damage this might do to IRS programs.

I told him that sounded like we might need several folks from IRS…

Obama picks gay bishop to wrap Easter Prayer Breakfast with invocation

When President Obama needed a preacher to fulfill the closing prayer duties at the annual White House Easter Prayer Breakfast, he turned to none other than the Episcopal Church’s first openly gay bishop — who said he was as shocked as anyone at the appointment.

The Right Rev. Gene Robinson said in a tweet, accompanied by a photo of Mr. Obama behind a podium at the event: “POTUS ‘preaches’ at the Easter prayer breakfast. Then, out of the blue, asks ME to close with prayer. OMG!”

At What Point Will Obama Realize that He Was Played?

View image on Twitter

What is more disconcerting? The pResident’s incompetent foreign affairs policy or his failure to acknowledge that Putin is making Russia into the world’s next superpower. As we saw in the beginning stages of World War II, appeasement of the enemy only emboldens them. Do we have a Winston Churchill waiting in the wings to replace our Chamberlain? Has Obama effectively marginalized our military’s command structure as the rest of the world marches to war?

Ukraine may become the flashpoint. Or Syria. Or North Korea. But the endgame is still the same as the players jockey for world financial and military power. Blood is in the water as Kerry heads to Geneva for another round of “talks”.

A wise man recently told me two very important rules for life:

  1. Never do anything that is immoral, unethical or illegal.
  2. If you cannot personally change or impact a situation, move on.

We need to be cognizant of our situation. But we cannot let ourselves be distracted from the tasks at hand to prepare for our future.

EXSUM – 16 APR 14

Guerrillamerica

Executive Intelligence Summary (EXSUM) 16 APR 14

CULTURE.

A new take on Milgram’s torture experiments.

A new article from a social science publication and website investigates the infamous Milgram experiments of the 1960s.  Milgram, a scientist, conducted a series of experiments using dozens of Americans and published his findings that everyday people will commit atrocities against other human beings if they’re urged on by an authority figure.  Easy to believe.

But this new article points out that in at least one of Milgram’s experiments, not one individual was willing to harm another, even at the prodding and encouragement of authority.  And at a bulk average ‘success’ rate of 43%, the majority of participants (57%) disobeyed authority and either would not harm others or would not harm them to the extent that satisfied the authority figure.

The next time we think about the violent enforcement of laws (re: Bundy Ranch), we should look to this study and observe when and why Milgram’s participants were unwilling to cause harm to other individuals.  Let’s seek to replicate those conditions that made them unwilling to cooperate with authority and exploit the relationship between master and enforcer.  (NEEDS MORE ATTENTION.)

What Is Keeping Us in Check?

I do not know of a time in history where the ruling class has used their serfs to fund their power through redistribution. The Great Experiment where the people control the government has been usurped by evil. The fruits of our labor are stolen by our “government” and redistributed through entitlements to ensure their power base as the voters line up for more.

But then this is no secret. Both sides know this fact and the division between the “classes” is self-evident. What are the options of the moral side in these circumstances. Both sides will argue that they are moral but that is always the case when good vs. evil. Does “good” support abortion, infanticide, murder, theft, coercion, illegal spying or usurpation of power? Our course of action must be based on the same guiding principles as our forefathers with a firm reliance on Divine Providence. It is this faith that the other side mocks which has kept us in check.

Fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. At some point the Lord will instill wisdom in the other side. When retribution replaces redistribution, we must ensure that our faith guides us, not revenge. The articles below show one delineation of these two “classes”.
