On The 100th Anniversary Of The Federal Reserve Here Are 100 Reasons To Shut It Down Forever

The Federal Reserve

December 23rd, 1913 is a date which will live in infamy.  That was the day when the Federal Reserve Act was pushed through Congress.  Many members of Congress were absent that day, and the general public was distracted with holiday preparations.  Now we have reached the 100th anniversary of the Federal Reserve, and most Americans still don’t know what it actually is or how it functions.  But understanding the Federal Reserve is absolutely critical, because the Fed is at the very heart of our economic problems.  Since the Federal Reserve was created, there have been 18 recessions or depressions, the value of the U.S. dollar has declined by 98 percent, and the U.S. national debt has gotten more than 5000 times larger.  This insidious debt-based financial system has literally made debt slaves out of all of us, and it is systematically destroying the bright future that our children and our grandchildren were supposed to have.  If nothing is done, we are inevitably heading for a massive amount of economic pain as a nation.  So please share this article with as many people as you can.  The following are 100 reasons why the Federal Reserve should be shut down forever…

#1 We like to think that we have a government “of the people, by the people, for the people”, but the truth is that an unelected, unaccountable group of central planners has far more power over our economy than anyone else in our society does.

#2 The Federal Reserve is actually “independent” of the government.  In fact, the Federal Reserve has argued vehemently in federal court that it is “not an agency” of the federal government and therefore not subject to the Freedom of Information Act.

#3 The Federal Reserve openly admits that the 12 regional Federal Reserve banks are organized “much like private corporations“.

#4 The regional Federal Reserve banks issue shares of stock to the “member banks” that own them.

#5 100% of the shareholders of the Federal Reserve are private banks.  The U.S. government owns zero shares.

NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly Joins Council On Foreign Relations

A month ago, the press was aflutter with rumors that NYPD commissioner Ray Kelly, spurned by mayor-elect Bill de Blasio, would join JPMorgan in a “top security” position. The rumor was since denied and the fate of Kelly was unclear, until today, when the Council on Foreign Relations announced that the NYPD top man would join the CFR as a “distinguished visiting fellow” in turn opening the doors wide for a world of financial opportunities to Kelly. Considering his tenure, where Kelly served as senior managing director of global corporate security at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. from 2000 to 2001, he seems like a perfect fit for the CFR.

From CFR:

NYPD Commissioner Raymond W. Kelly to Join CFR as Distinguished Visiting Fellow

Raymond W. Kelly, commissioner for the New York Police Department (NYPD), will join the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) as a distinguished visiting fellow. Kelly will be joining CFR in early January and will be based at the organization’s headquarters in New York. He will focus on counterterrorism, cybersecurity, and other national security issues.

Huckabee: GOP needs to ‘get over’ opposition to healthcare subsidies

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=76jaFCr3M5Y

From The Hill:

Possible 2016 GOP presidential contender Mike Huckabee on Sunday said the government should subsidize a portion of healthcare for uninsurable Americans.

The former Arkansas governor laid out his own plan for healthcare on “Fox News Sunday” with Chris Wallace, saying if his party has a problem with subsidizing “people whose medical expenses are extraordinary … they need to get over it.”

Huckabee, weighing a second run for the highest office in the country, said instead of overhauling the entire healthcare system, the government should focus on the 15 percent of Americans who are uninsured, half of which, Huckabee contends, are insurable but choose not to get coverage.

He said there should be a “safety net” for those uninsurable individuals.

Huckabee highlighted a program that former President Ronald Reagan signed into law in 1982, the Tax Equity Family Relief Act, or TEFRA.

Wave of Radiation from Fukushima Will Be 10 Times Bigger than All of the Radiation from Nuclear Tests Combined

There was no background radioactive cesium before above-ground nuclear testing and nuclear accidents started.

Wikipedia provides some details on the distribution of cesium-137 due to human activities:

Small amounts of caesium-134 and caesium-137 were released into the environment during nearly all nuclear weapon tests and some nuclear accidents, most notably the Chernobyl disaster.

***

Caesium-137 is unique in that it is totally anthropogenic. Unlike most other radioisotopes, caesium-137 is not produced from its non-radioactive isotope, but from uranium. It did not occur in nature before nuclear weapons testing began. By observing the characteristic gamma rays emitted by this isotope, it is possible to determine whether the contents of a given sealed container were made before or after the advent of atomic bomb explosions. This procedure has been used by researchers to check the authenticity of certain rare wines, most notably the purported “Jefferson bottles”.

As the EPA notes:

Cesium-133 is the only naturally occurring isotope and is non-radioactive; all other isotopes, including cesium-137, are produced by human activity.

What people call “background” radiation is really the amount of radiation deposited into the environment within the last 100 years from nuclear tests and nuclear accidents (and naturally-occurring substances, such as radon).

2,053 nuclear tests occurred between 1945 and 1998:

Federal Judge: Right to Same-Sex Marriage Is ‘Deeply Rooted in Nation’s History and Implicit in The Concept of Ordered Liberty’

U.S. Supreme Court

Someone needs to tell “judge” Shelby that our founding fathers considered homosexuality a capital offense punishable by death. Another transformative Obama administration moment.

David DeGerolamo

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Judge Robert J. Shelby, whom President Barack Obama appointed to the U.S. District Court in Utah last year, issued an opinion on Friday declaring that a right to same-sex marriage is “deeply rooted in the nation’s history and implicit in the concept of ordered liberty.”
Shelby was confirmed to the federal bench by a voice vote of the Senate on Sept. 21, 2012. There was no debate over his nomination, and no senator objected to his confirmation.
He has now issued an opinion that could fundamentally alter American law and culture.
“The State’s second argument is that the Plaintiffs are really seeking a new right, not access to an existing right,” Shelby wrote in an opinion issued on the afternoon of the Friday before Christmas.
“To establish a new fundamental right, the court must determine that the right is ‘deeply rooted in this Nation’s history and tradition’ and ‘implicit in the concept of ordered liberty,’ such that ‘neither liberty nor justice would exist if [it] were sacrificed,” he said.
This unanimously-confirmed, not-debated-on-the-Senate-floor, Obama-nominated judge then proceeded to do that just that.
The Hidden Motives Behind The Federal Reserve Taper
by Brandon Smith
“The powers of financial capitalism had (a) far-reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole. This system was to be controlled in a feudalist fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agreements arrived at in frequent meetings and conferences. The apex of the systems was to be the Bank for International Settlements in Basel, Switzerland; a private bank owned and controlled by the world’s central banks which were themselves private corporations. Each central bank… sought to dominate its government by its ability to control Treasury loans, to manipulate foreign exchanges, to influence the level of economic activity in the country, and to influence cooperative politicians by subsequent economic rewards in the business world.”
 – Carroll Quigley, member of the Council on Foreign Relations
If one wishes to truly understand the actions behind private Federal Reserve policy, one must come to terms with a fundamental reality – everything the Fed does it does for a reason, and the most apparent reasons are not always the primary reasons. If you think that the Fed simply acts on impulsive stupidity or hubris, then you haven’t a clue what is going on. If you think the Fed only does what it does in order to hide the numerous negative aspects of our current economy, then you only know half the story. If you think the Fed does not have a plan, then you are sorely mistaken…
Central Bankers and their political proponents espouse a globalist ideology, meaning, they are internationalists in their orientation and motivations. They do not have loyalties to any particular country. They do not take an oath to any particular constitution. They do not have empathy for any particular culture or social experiment. They have their own subculture, with their own “values”, and their own social hierarchy. They are a kind of “tribe” or “sect”; a cult,if you will, that views itself as superior to all others. This means that when the central bankers that run the Fed act, they only act with the intention to support and promote globalization, not the best interests of America and Americans.
The process of globalization REQUIRES the dissolution of the U.S. economy as it exists today. Period.
HHS Orders Medical Providers to Prepare for Pandemic
Bearing in mind warnings which began to be issued by very credible sources in 2008 –
Every sign of the times says we are getting close, folks. Here is another such sign of the times. Both in terms of blunt over-reach against private property and business, and in terms of the veil slipping in regards to their ultimate intents.  Remember, they deny the sanctity of human life, and promote population control/reduction as being necessary to “save the planet”.
State Board of Elections sends a message to the TEA Party: “Shut up and fall in line as we tell you to.”
/editorial/recurring/masthead.random.shots.jpgThe North Carolina State Republican Board of Elections met this morning (12-20-13) at 9:00 a.m. and kicked off the meeting with a real “Boss Hog” attitude.
The State Board of Elections is the state agency charged with overall responsibility for overseeing the administration of the elections process and campaign finance reporting in North Carolina. The State Board itself is composed of five members, who are political appointees of the Governor.
The Board Chairman is Joshua B. Howard (R) with Secretary Rhonda K. Amoroso (R) and Members Joshua D. Malcolm (D), Paul J. Foley (R) and Maja Kricker (D).
On the agenda for this morning’s meeting were charges brought by William Buonanno, a neighbor of Larry Britt in Blounts Creek in Beaufort County, who charged that Delma Blinson was breaking an elections law by making a motion at the October 17, 2013 Beaufort Patriot Tea Party meeting to endorse Greg Brannon for US Senate. Under NCGS 163-39, Dr. Blinson had every right to act as an individual, not representing the Beaufort County Board of Elections, to participate in making the motion for the Tea Party to endorse Greg Brannon. It should be noted that Dr. Blinson’s participation in the meeting did not become public until Buonanno filed his complaint.
NCGS § 163-39 reads:
No individual subject to this Article shall:
