Attorney Larry Klayman has filed the first lawsuits in the NSA spying case and they are receiving a lot of attention.
Klayman is a WND columnist, the founder of both Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch, a prosecutor in the Reagan administration Justice Department and a member of the trial team that broke up the AT&T monopoly.
He is suing President Obama, U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, the director of the NSA, the NSA, the CEO of Verizon, the U.S. Department of Justice and Judge Roger Vinson of the U.S. Foreign Intelligence Surveillance (FISA) Court.
Klayman alleges the NSA’s massive telephone surveillance program violates the “reasonable expectation of privacy, free speech and association, right to be free of unreasonable searches and seizures and due process rights.”
The suits are class-actions on behalf of everyone in the country but also on behalf of Charles Strange, the father of a Navy SEAL who tragically died on August 6, 2011, in an attack in Afghanistan.
A former contractor for the U.S. National Security Agency, charged by the United States with espionage, was allowed to leave Hong Kong on Sunday, his final destination as yet unknown, because a U.S. request to have him arrested did not comply with the law, the Hong Kong government said.
Edward Snowden left for Moscow on Sunday and his final destination may be Cuba, Ecuador, Iceland or Venezuela, according to various reports. The move is bound to infuriate Washington, wherever he ends up.

He added that Russia will also supply Syria with state-of –the-art 24-Barrell rocket launcherswhich have a range of 60 km ranked as the most developed artillery weapon of its kind.(see video below)
He added that Russia will supply 400 of these launchers which will be able to destroy all targets around Syria’s borders.

The British intelligence site stated that Putin threatened to send other secret Russian made weapons to Syria which would tip the balance of power even further in favour of Syria and re-iterated that these weapons will not be used against Israel on condition that Israel will not participate in the war within Syria and neighbouring countries. {Lebanon, Jordan]

Putin’s response came just over 24 hours after Obama’s statement on Saturday that he was going to arm the Syrian resistance.
Putin clearly stated that the Middle East is going to witness a significant change. Syria will be armed with weapons that have never been seen before [in the Middle East] including computer guided smart missiles that never miss their target.
He also added that Russia will supply Syria with Skean 5 ground -to-sea missiles that are capable of hitting and sinking any target up to 250 km off the Syrian coast.

Dubbed Bonesaw, the map displays the geolocation and digital address of basically every device connected to the Internet around the world, providing what’s called network situational awareness. The client locates a region on the password-protected web-based map, then picks a country and city— say, Beijing, China. Next the client types in the name of the target organization, such as the Ministry of Public Security’s No. 3 Research Institute, which is responsible for computer security—or simply enters its address, 6 Zhengyi Road. The map will then display what software is running on the computers inside the facility, what types of malware some may contain, and a menu of custom-designed exploits that can be used to secretly gain entry. It can also pinpoint those devices infected with malware, such as the Conficker worm, as well as networks turned into botnets and zombies— the equivalent of a back door left open.
Bonesaw also contains targeting data on US allies, and it is soon to be upgraded with a new version codenamed Velocity, according to C4ISR Journal. It will allow Endgame’s clients to observe in real time as hardware and software connected to the Internet around the world is added, removed, or changed.

Comedian Russell Brand terrified anchors on MSNBC’s Morning Joe program by lecturing them about how the media distracts from real news by obsessing about superficial distractions.Brand almost immediately put host Mika Brzezinski on the back foot by describing his tour as an exploration of how Malcolm X, Gandhi, Che Guevara and Jesus Christ “are significant culturally and how icons are appropriated and used to designate consciousness and meaning….they’re all people that died for a cause, they’re all people whose icons are used to designate meaning, perhaps not in the manner in which they intended.”
Brand then poked fun at MSNBC’s army of “actors” in the back of the shot who were supposedly tweeting, noting that they were merely a gimmick to create the impression that the program was a hotbed of news.
The anchors began to get visibly uncomfortable when Brand made the point that mass media was an operation in changing information “so it suits a particular agenda” and that viewers were being manipulated.
Erdogan has closed down any arms supplies by the United States to al Qaeda rebels through Turkey. Ambassador Stevens, Tyrone Woods, Glen Doherty and Sean Smith died for nothing. At least we can remember the honor of Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty defending Americans while Obama slept.

The US decision to upgrade Syrian rebel weaponry has run into a major setback:DEBKAfile reveals that Turkish Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan phoned President Barack Obama in Berlin Wednesday, June 19, to report his sudden decision to shut down the Turkish corridor for the transfer of US and NATO arms to the Syrian rebels.
Against this background, the US President informed Congress Friday, June 22, that 700 combat-equipped American military personnel would remain in Jordan at the end of a joint US-Jordanian training exercise. They would include crews of two Patriot anti-aircraft missile batteries and the logistics, command and communications personnel needed to support those units.
The United States is also leaving behind from the war maneuver a squadron of 12 to 24 F-16 fighter jets at Jordan’s request. Some 300 US troops have been in Jordan since last year.
Erdogan’s decision will leave the Syrian rebels fighting in Aleppo virtually high and dry. The fall of Qusayr cut off their supplies of arms from Lebanon. Deliveries through Jordan reach only as far as southern Syria and are almost impossible to move to the north where the rebels and the Hizballah-backed Syrian army are locked in a decisive battle for Aleppo.
The Turkish prime minister told Obama he is afraid of Russian retribution if he continues to let US and NATO weapons through to the Syrian rebels.

Rep. David Price (D) spoke at the Mayors Against Illegal Guns Rally at Raleigh, NC on June 22, 2013. As expected, he distorted the facts concerning gun control legislation. I have no doubt that Rep. Price understands the historical progression from gun registration to gun confiscation to extermination. I also believe that he thinks that he will be on the winning side in the upcoming civil war. Which is another point of disagreement between me and this domestic enemy of the United States.
