The Answer Is Simple…

The president is Muslim. The head of the CIA is Muslim. The government has been infiltrated with domestic enemies.

U.N. rights team believes chemical weapons used in Syria

United Nations human rights investigators said on Tuesday they had “reasonable grounds” to believe that limited amounts of chemical weapons had been used in Syria.

In their latest report, they said they had received allegations that Syrian government forces and rebels had used the banned weapons, but that most testimony related to their use by state forces.

The commission examined four reported toxic attacks in March and April but could not determine which side was behind them.

“There are reasonable grounds to believe that limited quantities of toxic chemicals were used. It has not been possible, on the evidence available, to determine the precise chemical agents used, their delivery systems or the perpetrator,” Paulo Pinheiro, who chairs the U.N. commission of inquiry, told a news conference in Geneva.

Voter Integrity PAC Commercial Attacks Voter ID Bill

RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA—June 4, 2013— Today at 12:30, in front of the State Legislature, the Voter Integrity Project announces the formation of an Independent Expenditure Political Action Committee to run advertisements that demonstrate how easily a criminal enterprise could steal elections unless the NC Senate corrects flaws in the current voter ID bill (HB 589). Supporters will then fan out to distribute DVD copies of the ad to NC Senators.

“We learned from an April 10 Legislative hearing that people were showing up at the polls with no idea where they lived until they read their address off pieces of paper,” said Jay DeLancy, Executive Director of Integrity Project of North Carolina. “We decided to dramatize how large-scale voter fraud would be a simple task under House Bill 589.

One hearing witness, Louis Stannard, reported seeing “many times over” people not knowing their address until they read it off pieces of paper. Several voters he observed used freshly printed utility bills to proof their identity.

“Beyond vote fraud, we cannot explain how large numbers of people could live somewhere long enough to get a utility bill but still not know their own address,” said DeLancy.

OBAMA TO SIGN UN GUN TREATY DURING SUMMER RECESS

In an attempt to avoid public scrutiny, President Obama plans to sign the controversial United Nations gun treaty in August, when Congress is in summer recess. According to White House press secretary Jay Carney, Obama will sign the treaty “before the end of August,” even though legally he could have done so next week.

The treaty is problematic for a variety of reasons ranging from the substantive to the procedural. On substance, the treaty is designed to regulate arms importers and exporters, which the United States already does. The treaty, however, does not properly regulate foreign countries, leaving the United States on the hook while leaving actual wrongdoers alone. Meanwhile, signatories are supposed to keep information on “end users” of arms imported into their country and to give that information to the supplying country. In other words, it makes it more difficult for American citizens to import arms, and guarantees the solid chance that foreign governments have information about domestic gunowners.

Procedurally, the United States originally insisted that the treaty go through consensus decision-making, meaning that everyone sign on. But when a conference to do so failed, the US decided that the treaty did not need to apply to all countries. Countries abstaining from the vote include China, Russia, India, and Egypt.

Domestic Enemy – Rep. Marcy Katpur

I understand that the majority of politicians put political ideology and personal power over their oath of office to uphold the Constitution. I do not understand how a member of Congress could justify tyranny as Rep. Kaptur does in the above videos. There is only one term that applies to her: domestic enemy of the people and the Constitution. It is past time for the people to judge the people who are destroying our Liberty.

BIS LAYS OUT THE BLUEPRINT FOR BAIL-INS

In the wake of the Cypriot depositor bail-in, DIESELBOOM let the cat out of the bag that the Cyprus depositor bank bail-in was the template for future bank crises across the Eurozone, a fact we quickly substantiated by uncovering bail-in legislation in the US, UK, and Canada.

The banksters’ banksters (aka the BIS) have just officially confirmed what SD readers have known a full 3 months- and have released the official depositor bail-in blueprint!

As Reuters reports, the BIS blueprint officially confirms the banksters plan to pursue the depositor bail-in model for future bank crises:

Central bank forum the Bank for International Settlements laid out a blueprint on Sunday for how to recapitalize a major lender in the event of a failure, seeking to avoid the sort of chaotic ad hoc rescues seen since 2008′s financial crash.

The BIS blueprint (for now at least) wisely restricts depositor haircuts to depositor funds in excess of deposit insurance levels, and would allow the failing bank institution to be re-capitalized by its creditors (ie depositors) over a weekend and reopen immediately on a Monday:

GRNC Alert 6-3-13: Violence Just a Game to Tom Ross & UNC Admin?

Maybe this explains blindness to the need for effective self-defense?

ACT NOW TO PASS HB 937

Currently under investigation for under-reporting campus violent crime, new reports from rape victims indicate UNC leaders see sexual assaults as a game. According to one UNC rape victim, she was advised by an administrator that,
Rape is like football and if you look back on the game … what would you do differently in that situation?”
So Tom Ross’ UNC blames the victim for violent crime? Evidence the UNC system sees the cause of violence as attributable to the victim makes understanding opposition to effective self-defense easier. Why would we need to defend ourselves when we are responsible for the problem to begin with?
Maybe this is why Tom Ross has demanded that UNC Chancellors and Police Chiefs condemn HB 937? Concealed carry permittees cannot be trusted to keep handguns locked in cars to defend themselves while travelling to and from campus?
It is past time for law-abiding gun owners to make it perfectly clear to UNC authorities that we will no longer stand for this type of victim defamation. We are not responsible for violent crime, violent criminals are, along with those who help them by maintaining dangerous ‘Gun Free Zones’ of defenselessness.

IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUIRED! Continue reading

We Are Now One Year Away From Global Riots, Complex Systems Theorists Say

What’s the number one reason we riot? The plausible, justifiable motivations of trampled-upon humanfolk to fight back are many—poverty, oppression, disenfranchisement, etc—but the big one is more primal than any of the above. It’s hunger, plain and simple. If there’s a single factor that reliably sparks social unrest, it’s food becoming too scarce or too expensive. So argues a group of complex systems theorists in Cambridge, and it makes sense.

In a 2011 paper, researchers at the Complex Systems Institute unveiled a model that accurately explained why the waves of unrest that swept the world in 2008 and 2011 crashed when they did. The number one determinant was soaring food prices. Their model identified a precise threshold for global food prices that, if breached, would lead to worldwide unrest.

The MIT Technology Review explains how CSI’s model works: “The evidence comes from two sources. The first is data gathered by the United Nations that plots the price of food against time, the so-called food price index of the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the UN. The second is the date of riots around the world, whatever their cause.” Plot the data, and it looks like this:

Pretty simple. Black dots are the food prices, red lines are the riots.

Colorado Sheriff Maketa Responds to Tweet By Colorado Democrats

About 2 weeks ago, the Commierado Senate Democrats sent a tweet saying the Sheriffs who oppose the new CO gun laws side with the criminals.

Today, Sheriff Maketa responded.

WHO REALLY SIDES WITH CRIMINALS?

by Sheriff Terry Maketa (Notes) on Friday, May 31, 2013 at 2:05pm

On May 17, the official twitter of the CO Senate Democrats sent a tweet that stated “2day CO sheriffs stood in opposition of CO’s new gun laws, but not w/law-abiding citizens, but with criminals. This is absolutely absurd and in reality they could not have gotten it more wrong.  Most disappointing is the media has failed to hold them accountable for their misinformation. This statement demonstrates the embarrassing ignorance of the mindless puppet making this insinuation while authoring this tweet.  I will refer to this representative of the CO Senate Democrats as a puppet, because I have no actual name. The actual definition of puppet given in Webster’s Dictionary is as follows: a person or an organization that is controlled by another person or organization.
