BREAKING: THE COMEX CONFIRMS THAT ITS GOLD AND SILVER INVENTORY REPORTS ARE FRAUDULENT!

Well now.  How would like to get your bank statement in the mail from JP Morgan or Bank of America and see this disclaimer added at the bottom:

“The information in this account statement is taken from sources believed to be reliable; however, JP Morgan Chase & Co. disclaims all liability whatsoever with regard to its accuracy or completeness. This account statement is produced for information purposes only.”

How would feel about that?  That’s pretty much the equivalent of what the attorneys for the CME/Comex have done by adding the statement at the top to their daily gold and silver warehouse stock reports.  That disclaimer was not in Friday’s warehouse stock report, it was on yesterday’s (kudos to the commenter “anonymous” who discovered this).

The common reaction would be to ask “why now?”  But we already know the answer to that question.  I’ve suspected for a long time that the Comex vault operators lease out a substantial portion of the gold and silver bars that they keep in both the “registered” and “eligible” account designations.  It would be easy income for JP Morgan, a bullion bank who actively engages in gold leasing, to lease out the majority of the bars it stores for delivery – “registered” – and for investors who have taken delivery but keep their gold/silver in JPM’s Comex vault – “eligible.”  After all, in any given delivery month, less than 1-2% of the open interest ever stand for delivery, making it very easy for a Comex vault operator to earn extra income by leasing out gold and silver that it knows it will never be required to produce for delivery.

Humanizing the IRS Abuse

Members of Congress investigating the Internal Revenue Service for targeting conservative political groups said a Tuesday hearing helped to put a human face on what they claim is a flagrant abuse of the agency’s power.

The hearing, held by the House Ways and Means Committee, featured six individuals who were members of groups that claimed to have been improperly singled out for scrutiny by the IRS due to their conservative political leanings.

“To hear their stories first hand and what it meant to them and the country was very powerful,” Committee Chairman Dave Camp (R., Mich.) told reporters afterward.

“It was important, I think, to hear personally from people who were affected and not just have a transcript of them, to actually hear what they had to say,” Camp said. “I thought their voices were strong.”

The hearing became emotional at times as witnesses expressed shock and outrage that the federal government would discriminate against them based on their opinions.

“I am not interested in scoring political points,” Becky Gerritson, president of the Wetumpka, Ala., Tea Party told the committee as she tried to hold back tears.

Healthy Tip Tuesday: Speak Powerful Words!

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zSlC9vbVBp8

Good advice. However, we now find ourselves in times that requires people of courage to speak up when faced with evil. If the choice is happiness or Sacred honor, there is no choice.

Silence in the face of evil is itself evil, God will not hold you guiltless – Dietrich Bonhoeffer

It is time to stop hiding in the shadows.

“Mega” Moral Mondays

Mega Moral Monday

Mega Moral Monday – WRAL

Another (Mega?) Moral Monday in Raleigh at the General Assembly. 1000 people in attendance and 15o were arrested.

Questions:

1. Since the rallies are held during the day and are now becoming a fixture, when do these people work?

2. Why are there no counter protests? Could it be that these rallies are only to incite civil unrest and promote the Rev. Barber’s agenda? It is hard to have a counter protest when the people supporting the looters have to work.

3. The costs incurred by the GA and Raleigh police are approaching $40,000.  Your tax dollars at work. What is the plan by our “leaders” to address the demands of the protesters?

4. What are the demands of the protesters? From WRAL:

Upwards of 150 people were arrested outside the doors to the state Senate chambers, where demonstrators chanted, sang and delivered speeches decrying what they called a regressive agenda that neglects the poor. All of the protesters were released by 5 a.m. Tuesday.

5. How many arrests will have to be made before people become aware of these events across the state? The trend based on arrests is obvious:

Moral-Monday

6. How long before the legislators compromise to meet their “demands”?

More than 150 arrested at ‘Mega Moral Monday’ protest

Mega Moral Monday

More than 100 people were arrested Monday at the largest demonstration yet of the North Carolina NAACP’s weeks-long protest of the conservative policies of the Republican-led General Assembly.

Police estimated that roughly 1,000 people attended a rally late Monday afternoon behind the Legislative Building on Halifax Mall. Hundreds then entered the building. Upwards of 150 people were arrested outside the doors to the state Senate chambers, where demonstrators chanted, sang and delivered speeches decrying what they called a regressive agenda that neglects the poor.

Activist groups estimated the crowd at about 1,600.

The National Association for the Advancement of Colored People has been holding weekly protests in Raleigh since mid-April, and what started with 17 arrests and tens of supporters back then has grown every week, bringing the total number of arrests to nearly 300 after five weeks of protests.

John Morse Recall Looms: Gun-Rights Activists Gather Double The Signatures Needed For Recall Of Colorado Senator

John Morse

John Morse

Gun-rights activists in Colorado turned in petition signatures Monday to set up the first recall in state history of a state lawmaker after he backed some of the strictest gun control measures to become law in the U.S. this year.

The opponents of Democratic Senate President John Morse said they turned in twice as many signatures as needed Monday to put Morse back on the ballot. Carting white paper boxes of petitions, the gun-rights advocates said Morse will pay for backing a series of gun control measures that were signed into law earlier this year.

“This shot will be heard around the world,” said Bill Adaska, a retired engineer from Denver who volunteered to gather recall signatures in Morse’s Colorado Springs district. “This is the race, right here, that’s going to show Washington and Chicago that when you come after our guns, we’re going to take you out.”

AFDI free speech protest June 4 in Tennessee — where Obama’s DoJ says “anti-Muslim” speech can be punished

“Anti-Muslim” speech almost certainly includes truthful expositions of how jihadists use the texts and teachings of Islam to justify violence and supremacism. And so that means not only that this Justice Department initiative is an egregious violation of the First Amendment, but also that it is furthering the willful ignorance about the jihad threat that renders us all less safe.

AFDI and other pro-freedom organizations will be there. Join us for a demonstration for free speech on June 4th at 5:30pm Manchester-Coffee County Conference Center, 147 Hospitality Blvd, in Manchester, Tennessee. Then the DoJ event entitled “Public Disclosure in a Diverse Society” will be held from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the Manchester-Coffee County Conference Center, 147 Hospitality Blvd, in Manchester, Tennessee. Speakers for the event will be Bill Killian, U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Tennessee and the FBI special agent who runs the Knoxville office.

This is a serious challenge to our most fundamental freedom. Be there.

“Feds suggest anti-Muslim speech can be punished,” by Byron Tau in Politico, May 31 (thanks to all who sent this in):

A U.S. attorney in Tennessee is reportedly vowing to use federal civil rights statutes to clamp down on offensive and inflammatory speech about Islam.Bill Killian, U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Tennessee, was quoted by the Tullahoma News this week suggesting that some inflammatory material on Islam might run afoul of federal civil rights laws.

“We need to educate people about Muslims and their civil rights, and as long as we’re here, they’re going to be protected,” Killian told the newspaper.
