Russia Captures US Embassy Worker In Act Of CIA Recruitment; CIA’s “Dropbox” Gmail Address Revealed

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CX1TyoG7zwA#t=1s

Following the just concluded recent visit by John Kerry to Russia, one may have been left with the impression that the tensions of the Cold War are dead and buried. Just the opposite it appears. In what may be a well-timed and orchestrated announcement, moments ago Russia announced that it had caught an American, Ryan Fogle, a third-secretary at the US Embassy in Moscow, “red-handed” as he tried to recruit a Russian intelligence officer to work for the CIA. There goes any leverage the US may have had in attempting to persuade Russia to relent on the joint-Western push to “liberate” Syria. Just as Russia, run by a former KGB spy, had intended all along, and just another slap in the face of the US department of state, which lately can’t seem to find its way out of a scandal-ridden (and redacted) paper bag to save its life. But perhaps most amusing is that in the attached letter given to the recruitment prospect, the CIA give out the email address to be used to indicate interest in working for Langley as follows: unbacggdA@gmail.com. How the times have changed.

Finally we wonder just how the CIA will recruit when the ECB finally bans €500 bills, allegedly used to facilitate “money laundering.” Apparently spy recruitment is one of the bullish cases for the reddish banknote.

From Reuters:

The announcement came at an awkward time, just days after a visit by U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry during which Washington and Moscow agreed to try to bring the warring sides in Syria together for an international peace conference.

The Federal Security Service said Ryan Fogle, a third secretary at the U.S. Embassy in Moscow, had been detained overnight carrying “special technical equipment”, a disguise, a large sum of money and instructions for recruiting his target.

N.Y. MAN ARRESTED FOR GUN VIOLATION IN NY — HIS OFFENSE? TWO EXTRA BULLETS

N.Y. Man Arrested for Violating Secure Ammunition and Firearms Enforcement Act by Two Bullets

Gregory Dean, Jr. was pulled over in New Lebanon, N.Y., Sunday for a light on his license plate being burnt out. But what began as a simple traffic stop ended up with Dean being arrested over two bullets in his registered firearm, which put him in violation of the state’s new law, the Journal News reported.

Last month, a provision in New York’s strict gun control laws went into effect, making it illegal to have more than seven rounds in a magazine unless said firearm was being used at a range or in a competition.

North Carolina Historians Jailed for Protesting Voting Rights Abuses, Regressive Policies

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LO0UR7y6OhI#!

The attempted changes by the Tea Party in North Carolina (the less crazy Carolina) have inspired a growing outbreak of civil disobedience meant to draw attention to the insanity. Unfortunately, we’re not seeing much about this in the corporate media. Via Addicting Info:

Four months ago, Tea Party candidates took over the state government–both chambers of the General Assembly, as well as the governorship. Together, the newly elected office holders have been hellbent on eviscerating every social program they can get their hands on in the name of doing “the people’s business.” Among the proposals that have been introduced are a $200 million cut to state universities, shortening early voting, totally eliminating both Sunday voting and same-day voters’ registration, easing environmental restrictions on fracking, cutting benefits to the unemployed (already signed into law), refusing federal dollars for Medicaid expansion for the poor, and–oh, yeah–establishing an official state religion.

Petition Opposing the Influence of Foreign Law on North Carolina Citizens

May 2013

Whereas, the North Carolina General Assembly has generated no legislation effectively opposing foreign law, in particular international law, which aims to replace, augment, overthrow, influence and/or otherwise impose restrictive, economic and/or cultural burdens on our citizens, government and industry who in good faith expect to be protected by our state and federal Constitutions; and,

Whereas, the influence of foreign law is being promulgated by a) newly created vague zones of accountability, regulation and enforcement known as Regionalism which runs at odds with our established local, county, state and federal government structure and by b) replacing elected officials with governance (authority transferred to new non-government organizations(NGOs)) funded by taxpayers through federal agencies and/or local governments duped by “pay now or the earth will be damaged for future generations forever” claims, and,

Whereasforeign laws have already usurped the inalienable individual rights of North Carolina citizens as shown by the attached personal stories that give witness to actual sufferings inflicted by state and federal laws and regulations influenced by foreign law as law-abiding citizens try to live out their daily lives (overly burdensome and overlapping permitting processes, reliance on flawed or contradictory data, religious persecution, over-taxation, fear of government, dumbed down education, destroyed wealth generators, weakened self-reliance, demonized opponent refusing to “go along”, collective vs. individual rights, disregard for private property rights, etc.) and are part of this petition; Delphi manipulation, etc.); and,

The Post-Obama Democratic Party – Daniel Greenfield

Benghazi hasn’t slowed Hillary Clinton down. And her target is the same old target from 2008. We’re back in that 3 A.M. phone call territory. The truce between Obama and Hillary Clinton ended on 60 Minutes. It’s not exactly war, but it is politics.

While Obama and his cronies plot out the second term, Hillary Clinton is plotting out her election campaign. These days every presidential campaign begins with the ceremonial burial of your own party’s predecessor. It wasn’t just McCain who kept a careful distance from Bush, Gore kept a careful distance from Clinton and Bush Sr. kept a careful distance from Reagan. The reinvention invariably involves the ritual jettisoning of some portions of your predecessor’s program and personality.

The script is already written. You can spot it peeking through select mainstream media editorials. Watch for those instances where mainstream media pundits blame Obama’s inexperience and his failure to reach out across the aisle for his shortcomings. Those mentions aren’t so much an attack on Obama as they are a campaign sign reading, “Hillary 2016.” It’s subtle for now, but a year from now, those grudging admissions that Obama fell short in some areas will come with the strong suggestion that next time around, someone more experienced and more able to build bridges could do better.

Taiwan May Send Warships, F-16s To Escalate Philippine Naval Confrontation

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ait6eRBNRAA#!

While most consider the Middle-East a hot-bed of geopolitical risk (prone to flare at any moment), it seems hot money flows and territorial disputes are rapidly turning the South China Sea into a powder-keg. As Japan vs China is off the front pages for a moment (and US and South Korea engage in joint naval exercises) it seems Taiwan and the Philippines are escalating rapidly following the death of a Taiwanese fisherman last week after Filipino military fired on his vessel in supposedly disputed territory between Taipei and Manila. The situation is evolving rapidly as the Philippines’ un-apology (though they sent their condolences) may prompt Taiwan to send F-16 fighters, Kidd-class destroyers, and three or more warships, according to The Liberty Times. The threat of escalation is premised on a formal apology coming within 72 hours. As Stratfor notes, Taiwan’s territorial ‘claims’ are “outrageously ambitious” but the various island nations all appear set on rattling sabres as mainland China stiffens its resolve against Japan over the Senkakus.

TERRORIST SUPER-AXIS TO STRIKE WITHIN U.S.

Islamby Reza Kahlili

Iran has given the go-ahead to operatives of three terrorist groups that have infiltrated the United States to carry out missions, including what is expected to be a Mumbai-style attack on a hotel where innocent bystanders would be killed, WND has learned.

A full report with many details of the missions has been passed on to U.S. officials and to a congressional intelligence committee.

Three targets have been chosen within America for imminent attack, and the terror teams have now cut communications with the operational center in Iran, a sign that they are moving ahead with the attacks, according to a high-level intelligence officer within the Islamic regime.

If only one of the attacks occurs, the regime will consider the operation a success, the source said. Tehran believes, he said, an attack would not be traced back to Iran due to the nationalities of the operators.

America has truly become Obamanation

I will not post the actual video but I will let the reader decide on whether they want to watch an “insurgent” cut the heart out of a dead Syrian soldier and then eat it.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z9IRn5b0aik

Is this what America now supports? Why is Washington supporting the Muslim Brotherhood and al Qaeda rebels in Syria that are the terrorists who attacked us on 9/11. How many lines in the sand have to be crossed before we wake up to this national disgrace? America has truly become Obamanation. I am not ashamed of my country but I am ashamed of the government in Washington and the people supporting this evil. There will be a day of reckoning and the government can add that to my list of “transgressions” against their tyranny.

David DeGerolamo

Update 5/15/13

The pro-Syrian opposition Human Rights Watch identified the rebel as Abu Sakkar, head of the Independent Omar al-Farouq Brigade from the town of Homs and said his actions, including taking a bite out of the soldier’s heart, were a war crime. He declared: “I swear to God we will eat your hearts and your livers, you soldiers of Bashar the dog.” The main opposition coalition said Sakkar would be put on trial.

The tape has stirred widespread condemnation, drowning out rebel warnings that the Syrian army is on the point of perpetrating a massacre in Homs.
