Jury finds Kermit Gosnell guilty in three infants’ deaths

A jury has found abortion Dr. Kermit Gosnell guilty of three counts of first degree murder after deliberating for 10 days on the case. Prosecutors are expected to now seek the death penalty for Gosnell.

Prosecutors contended that the 72 year old killed four premature babies after they were born alive in his Philadelphia clinic by severing their spinal cords. He was acquitted of one of those charges, and convicted in three. Gosnell was also found guilty in the accidental death of a patient, who died after receiving an abortion and a mix of sedatives and painkillers at his clinic.

A 2010 federal investigation described his West Philadelphia clinic as an unsanitary “house of horrors” that primarily served low income women seeking late-term abortions. The nearly 300-page grand jury report said remains of fetuses were stored in freezers and that instruments used in abortions were contaminated with sexually transmitted diseases.

EMERGENCY G-7 MEETING: ELITE READY TO PULL THE TRIGGER?

economic collapseThe G-7 are meeting this weekend outside of London.  This was unscheduled and can only be considered as an emergency meeting.

I have maintained all along that a “bank holiday” would ultimately occur which sets positions in cement while a revaluation of assets and currencies takes place.

My guess is that the end game is in fact being discussed.  How best to shut the current system down, reboot another one AND retain as much power as possible.  I truly believe that preparations are being discussed here and now “how best” (for them) to close out this current chapter of world finance.  All of this has been discussed and planned years ahead of time, these are not fools. The current discussion is merely about pulling the trigger.

Is the IRS Patriotgate Scandal Merely a Diversion?

Michele Bachmann has an interesting premise: the IRS Patriotgate scandal is just a ploy to divert attention away from Benghazi. Really? The murder of four Americans while Washington watched in real time over an eight hour period can replaced in the media and our minds by another story? If she is correct and the media is complicit in this “diversion”, there does not seem to be much left to the great experiment.

Has this worked in the past for this administration? U betcha.

WHY OBAMA RELEASED EMBARRASSING IRS BOMBSHELL

bachmann_09

The Internal Revenue Service under the Obama administration – described by Rep. Michele Bachmann, R-Minn., as the “most feared government agency” – admitted Friday it targeted conservative and tea-party groups during last year’s election because of their politics.

Bachmann, a former tax attorney, told WND in an interview the IRS admission means the credibility of the 2012 election is in doubt.

mericans, she said, should be wondering whether Obamacare, which is to be enforced by the IRS, will target conservative voices opposed to President Obama with delays or denials of medical care.

But why would an administration ever confess to such a flagrant misuse of politics and power?

Bachmann, who chairs the House Tea Party caucus, said it’s the Benghazi scandal.

“There’s no doubt this was not a coincidence that they dumped this story today, a Friday dump day,” Bachmann told WND. “This is when they put their negative stories out.”

Obama Keeps Promise to Be More Flexible

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XsFR8DbSRQE#t=1s

Obama’s promises to Russia to be more flexible are being kept. The following article outlines plans to declassify missile defense technology and give it to Russia. This will hand NATO European defenses to Putin on a silver platter. And what will it give the United States in return?

The United States could only be destroyed from within. We are seeing this plan unfold militarily, economically and morally. I used Russia Today’s clip of the president’s conversation as an homage to his Russian patrons.

I miss America.

SO WHAT DO WE DO?

POSTED BY ANN BARNHARDT – MAY 12, AD 2013 11:33 AM MST
But Ann! If having superfun social gatherings isn’t really an effective way to fight evil, what can we possibly, possibly do?Just off the top of my head:1. Media strike(A few of you have done this, but as a percentage it is miniscule. We must have our TV! We must watches our showses and our sportses. We can’t lives withouts it, precious.)

1. Tax strike

DUH.

But, but, but the IRS will come after me!

Do you read the news, sweetie? THE IRS IS GOING TO COME AFTER YOU ANYWAY. Knowing what we know now about the IRS intentionally targting conservative groups as policy, do I now think that it is possible that my IRS audit which was initiated six weeks after I went viral with my koran burning was malicious and not coincidental? Yes. It is possible.

You people have got to stop living in fear. You cannot win if you are constantly trying to play defense and refuse to ever, ever, ever make any offensive moves. Just stop and think about it. How can an army that takes NO offensive tactical measures ever win a war?

2. General strike / work stoppages

This comes after the mass tax strike, not before, because it is collaterally harmful to the public. But let’s be frank, you people can’t even cancel your cable feed, so why bother talking about this?

3. Armed resistance and counter-revolution

This would require executing tactics one through three first, and a modicum of masculinity in the culture, so … yeah. I’m not holding my breath. So long as the flickerbox is pumping the agitporn, and so long as Mickey D’s is slinging the burgers and Coke, Amerika will be sated.

Coming up this week will be a series of essays on homosexuality. I will specifically cover the psychological genesis of same sex attractions, how it relates to faux-marriage, and how homosexuality must be a disqualifier for the priesthood. If no one else will explain any of this stuff, I will.

North Carolina’s New Tax Proposal in the Senate Promotes “Fairness”

This is easy. How do I know that the new tax plan proposed by the NC Senate is bad?

1. The Republicans are using an old Democrat trick to sell it: everyone will pay their fair share. We all know what a working person’s fair share of taxes will always be: more.

2. North Carolina is mandated by law to have a balanced state budget (not excepting all of their loopholes). Since this plan does not include cutting any state spending, it means that this can not be a tax cut.

Are we smart enough to recognize a shell game? Do not be fooled by a proposal just because it is made by Republicans. All politicians have one objective: to increase their power base. We need leaders who will put government back in the box so that we can attract business instead of bankrupting them.

Does anyone trust Phil Berger? Or Skip Stam? Can you name one politician in the general assembly that you do trust? I would put Larry Pittman on my list. Once again, we are outnumbered and will suffer the consequences.

David DeGerolamo

NC Senate plan expands sales tax base far and wide

money in hands, dollar, sales tax, spending genericSenate Republicans argue that exponentially expanding the number of transactions subject to the sales tax would promote fairness in a North Carolina tax system now packed with exemptions and loopholes.

Their tax overhaul proposal would make North Carolina’s sales tax base one of the broadest in the country and subject nearly all consumer activities and products to the combined local and state rate, currently at 6.75 percent. In exchange, the top individual and corporate income tax rates would be lowered over three years and the combined sales tax would fall to 6.5 percent.

“That’s a fair approach for taxes because everyone pays something,” Senate leader Phil Berger, R-Rockingham, said in presenting the plan last week. “Everyone has control over how much you’re taxed. The more you spend, the more you pay. The less you spend, the less you pay.”

But some of the hundreds of thousands of businesses and charitable entities statewide worry the proposal would cause tax collection paperwork headaches and potential hardships. It may awaken scores of interest groups ready to fight the changes at the legislature and preserve their long-held exemptions.
