Archbishop prays while topless gay activists shout curses and douse him with water

In an astonishing display of gentleness in the face of a vile attack, the head of the Catholic Church in Belgium, Archbishop Andre-Joseph Leonard, remained calmly seated with eyes closed in prayer Tuesday as four topless women attacked him with shouts and curses and doused him with water.

It’s not the first time the bishop has been attacked for standing up for the Church’s teachings on homosexuality and expressing his concern for those who live the homosexual lifestyle.

The incident took place at the ULB University in Brussels where the archbishop was participating in a debate on blasphemy laws.

The four women, representing the pro-abortion and homosexual group FEMEN, took to the stage where they disrobed to reveal black-painted slogans on their bare chests and backs, such as ‘my body my rules,’ and ‘anus dei is coming.’ They also held signs reading ‘stop homophobia’. The women doused the archbishop with water from bottles formed in the image of the Virgin Mary.

House leader calls on Kerry to disclose missile defense offer to Russians

Mike Rogers / mike-rogers.house.gov

by Bill Gertz

A senior House Republican this week called on Secretary of State John Kerry to make public a U.S. offer of cooperation with Russia on missile defenses made recently in Moscow.

Rep. Mike Rogers (R., Ala.), chairman of the House Armed Services strategic forces subcommittee, stated in a letter sent Tuesday to Kerry that he is concerned about the offer disclosed in statements this week by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.

“Unfortunately, for the second time in as many weeks, Secretary Kerry has alluded to making deals with foreign countries regarding our missile defense,” Rogers said in a statement. “I suggest he consult with Congress about deals it won’t possibly support prior to offering concessions with countries that are not friends of ours.”

“He has forgotten pretty quickly since leaving Congress that it controls the purse strings,” the lawmaker said.

Bob Owens: Did the Boston PD lie about the “hour-long firefight” with Boston terror suspect?

Gecko45 and his pals prepare for war.

It was absurd that a city of millions shutdown, and a cowardly people surrendered their basic rights and human dignity, because of the threat of one young terrorist.

Now it seems that the same thuggish Boston Police Department that ran roughshod over the rights of its law abiding citizens, forcing them from their homes at gun point and aiming machine guns at people who dared film their abuse, has been caught blatantly lying about the capture of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev:

Two unnamed U.S. officials have told the Associated Press that the surviving suspect in the Boston bombings was unarmed when police captured him hiding inside a boat in a neighborhood back yard.

The report contradicts the Boston police department’s own account of Dzhokar Tsarnaev’s capture on Friday – after commissioner Ed Davies described a firefight between him and officers before the terror suspect was captured.

White House: Clinton’s ‘Signature’ on Benghazi Docs Doesn’t Mean She Knew of Them

The White House dismissed the signature of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on documents ignoring security concerns in Benghazi, calling it “protocol” for government official “signatures” to appear on documents they did not sign.

“It is standard protocol that cables originating from the department in Washington go out under the authority of the current Secretary of State with their signature, i.e. their name, typed at the bottom,” White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said Wednesday, using his fingers for quote marks when he said “signature.” He continued. “This practice has been in place throughout this administration and across prior administrations, both Democratic and Republican.”

FAA Sequester: Is Obama Intentionally Delaying Flights to Teach America a Lesson?

From YouTube:

The budget sequester has hit the FAA and airport logistics. Still, the spending for the FAA keeps going up and up. There are now reports of delays and canceled flights. Is the Obama Administration delaying and canceling flights just to spite the US?

Tactical Combat Casualty Care Course

There are 3 openings left for the TCCC course on Friday, May 3rd. Why take this course? See the article below from Resistor in the Rockies on a similar course.

Part 2: AAR – SUT/Patrolling/Logistics Course – April 19-22, 2013

The most important lesson about treating combat injuries is this:

The best medicine on the battlefield is fire superiority!

You don’t treat anyone until the fight is over. You stop the enemy from shooting at you either by killing them, or forcing them to flee. When it is safe, then you can attend to the injured. If you have to move an injured person, you move them while continuing to engage the enemy, and if the injured person is able to do so, they should be engaging the enemy while being moved as well.

Without going into all the specific details of TC3 (Tactical Combat Casualty Care), I’ll discuss the hands on portions we covered. You can download a copy of the US Army TC3 Handbook for all the nitty-gritty details. However, don’t rely on this alone…without the proper hands on instruction, you won’t understand the context and could end up doing more harm than good. Get trained first!

First Mosby went through everyone’s IFAK to make sure they had the proper gear. Not everyone did. He had the list of required items listed on his blog. Make sure you have what’s listed when you attend his class.

He showed us the HALO Chest seal for sucking chest wounds and discussed its purpose and proper use. During this portion, he also discussed the proper use and application of the 14 gauge ARS for Needle Decompression when treating a life-threatening tension pneumothorax.

White House to Congress: Assad has used chemical weapons. Israeli jets down Hizballah drone opposite Haifa

Hizballah drone

Hizballah drone

In a remarkable reversal, Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel said in Abu Dhabi Thursday afternoon, April 25, that the US intelligence community believes the Syrian government has used chemical weapons against its own people, determining with “varying degrees of confidence” that Syrian President Bashar Assad’s forces have used the nerve agent sarin against civilians and forces fighting to remove Assad from power.

The White House is informing Congress about the chemical weapons use now, Hagel said, hours after he voiced reservations about the assessment Tuesday by senior Israeli military intelligence officer Brig. Gen. Itai Brun that the Assad regime had begun to practice chemical warfare.

Earlier Thursday, Israel Air Force F-16 warplanes downed a Hizballah drone 8 kilometers out at sea from the big port of Haifa. It flew south from the direction of Lebanon. Witnesses on Haifa’s Mt. Carmel watched the smoke trails of the Israeli jets and heard exploding rockets.

Israeli Navy ships are out searching for debris in the Mediterranean Sea.

The Israeli army spokesman issued a statement: An attempt by an unmanned aerial vehicle to enter Israel’s air space was thwarted. The UAV was identified flying from the north past the coast of southern Lebanon and continuing south. It was tracked continuously until it was downed by Israeli fighter planes and attack helicopters.

They went into action after the drone was identified as not coming from a friendly source. The Air Force gave the order to shoot it down.”

Falsely Identified “Boston Bombing” Suspect Found Dead

The amateur detective sleuths on 4Chan, Reddit and other social sites were so eager to demonstrate their investigative prowess in the information vacuum days following the Boston Bombing, they managed to identify virtually everyone who appeared even slightly tanned and/or had a backpack as a potential suspect. Sadly, the game, as well-meaning as it may have been, just turned lethal for one of the people who were falsely identified, as NBC just confirmed that Sunil Tripathi, 22, a former student at Brown University has been found dead in the Providence River.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Unarmed At Time Of Boat “Shootout”

Three days ago we pointed out that while the story surrounding the alleged Boston Bombers had many gaping holes in it while it was being made up in process, following the filing of the official sworn FBI affidavit making things up out of thin air would become far more complicated. Sure enough, one specific section in the 11 page sworn testimony caught our attention: the one discussing the capture of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev following the boat “shootout”. To wit:

We were thus surprised to find the first gaping hole in the government’s official version just 3 short days later. Because as it turns out, as per the WaPo, the proability of a “shootout” between the suspect and the Boston police was severly curtailed following the revelation that he had been unarmed the entire time he was hiding in the boat.

Although police feared he was heavily armed, the suspect in the Boston Marathon bombing had no firearms when he came under a barrage of police gunfire that struck the boat where he was hiding, according to multiple federal law enforcement officials.

Authorities said they were desperate to capture Dzhokhar Tsarnaev so he could be questioned. The FBI, however, declined to discuss what prompted the gunfire.

When the Time Comes, You Will Have a Defining Moment

In the movie Tin Cup, Roy McAvoy played by Kevin Costner states “I hit it again because that shot was a defining moment, and when a defining moment comes along, you define the moment… or the moment defines you.”

Looking forward there are going to be many defining moments that will arrive at your doorstep and you better be prepared to act or others will act for you.  Knowing what you will do in these moments will make all the difference in the world.  If and when the SHTF, preppers will be better off than 99 percent of the masses because it was expected.  It was prepared for and decisions have been made for months to years ahead of time of what will need to be done if…it…happens.  Preppers won’t be in a panic such as what we saw in the wake of hurricane Sandy, they were prepared.  Having these decisions made ahead of time will lead to an increased level of sanity when the world has become insane around them.

There are a multitude of different scenarios that could play out.  I believe it will help people to have a plan for when they do.  It would be impossible to be comprehensive in this article, however the following are three key scenarios we should all be prepared to face.

Defining Moment #1:  What if comprehensive gun control laws are passed

Where is Abdul Rahman Alharbi?

A dark-skinned man

So where are we concerning the Boston Marathon bombing coverup? Glenn Beck’s initial program on Monday night (April 22nd, 2013), was a letdown compared to the buildup from the previous week. However, more information is leaking out every day.  Here are my observations:

1. Glenn Beck is releasing information over a period of time to either build ratings and/or to get more people to come forward. The reasons are not relevant: we must keep following this story.

2. There is no question that our media is being controlled by the government. The censorship and propaganda that is now normal operations is a hallmark of a tyrannical government. The article below comes from Canada Free Press.

3. Janet Napolitano has perjured herself in Congressional hearings concerning Abdul Rahman Alharbi.

4. Saudi Arabia is controlling our government’s actions at the highest levels.

5. This administration has delivered our country into the hands of Islamic extremists including the Muslim Brotherhood, CAIR and al Qaeda.
