More Al Qaeda pre-US election attacks forecast: Americans quietly lifted out

Ayman Zuwahiri threatens anti-US terror offensive

Ayman Zuwahiri threatens anti-US terror offensive

Just five weeks before America’s presidential election, US intelligence reports signs that al Qaeda leader Ayman Zuwahiri is preparing a string of terrorist attacks as the sequel to the murders of US ambassador Chris Stevens and three other US officials in Benghazi on Sept. 11, according to evidence collected across Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

His twin goals are to influence the poll’s results and to build up his reputation as a master of spectacular terrorist operations. Eager to impress Al Qaeda’s franchise chiefs, Zuwahiri is reported to be celebrating his “Benghazi feat” – his first as Al Qaeda leader – and boasting of the harm to the Obama campaign caused by his administration’s stammering denials that it was an act of terror. The new terrorist chief claims his tactics had an instant, devastating impact on Washington and they were therefore superior to those of his predecessor, Osama bin Laden.

The Al Qaeda leader is now seen – not only by US intelligence experts, but by most experts in the West, the Middle East and Israel – to be impatient to capitalize on this success and so dramatically expose to the Muslim world America’s perceived weakness and his own worth as commander of the jihadist movement.

His planning for a new offensive has taken advantage of the Arab Spring upheavals in the Middle East and North Africa and turned them around to strike at the heart of the Obama administration’s Middle East policy objectives. The Arab revolutions have let Islamist extremist and fundamentalist Salafi groups off the leash in Tunisia, Libya and Egypt, while Lebanon Jordan, Iraq and Syria teeter on the brink of chaos. The extremists now enjoy free rein to organize for political action while also gaining access to vast stocks of modern arms.

In the view of Western counterterrorism experts, Salafi groups have long maintained clandestine relations with al Qaeda, especially Ayman Zuwahiri, who joined al Qaeda in the first place as head of the violent Egyptian Islamic Jihad and stayed in close touch with its secret cells.

PFG FOREX AND PHYZZ METALS ACCOUNTS RAPED – ANN BARNHARDT

POSTED BY ANN BARNHARDT – OCTOBER 1, AD 2012 8:46 PM MST
Good grief, this is awful. But not surprising. And look who is doing the raping . . . JP Morgan with an assist by RBS.Just to be clear, what this means is that people who had CASH FOREX (not FOREX futures, but people who were trading the actual currencies themselves) and people who were trading PHYSICAL precious metals (gold, silver, platinum and palladium) through PFG are having 100% of their accounts permanently confiscated. Imagine that. JP Morgan confiscating bullion. I’m shocked. Knock me over with a feather. The next thing you’re going to tell me is that the Rule of Law no longer exists and that the Republic is dead – overthrown in a neo-Stalinist putsch.

Ms. Barnhardt,I only discovered you recently, in the wake of the PFG disaster. Obviously with the water that’s been under the bridge since then, I wish I had discovered you much sooner! I am a Forex trader and was doing business through PFG at the time everything melted down in early July. I’ve learned a lot about how badly I (and others) have been screwed in this fiasco — largely by reading much of what you have written on your site. Thank you for all you continue to give to the trading/investing community.

I’ve received all the periodic updates on the PFG bankruptcy, along with the periodic “offers” to buy out my claim. I’m a patient man, so have just been waiting for this process to run to its eventual, unfortunate conclusion. But I always assumed I would get a portion of my account back. I received a disturbing email earlier today (see below) which indicates that is most likely not the case and thought I would bring it to your attention. Apparently Forex and Metals accounts are NOT being given the same legal protections through the bankruptcy process. I thought I understood the ongoing process, but now have to admit I was mistaken. If I’m reading this correctly, the (currently intact at JPM and RBS) Forex and Metals accounts will be used to pay off the Commodities accounts and pay for legal and other costs through the bankruptcy process and are not intended to be returned (in any amount) to the customers to which they rightfully belong. This to me feels like just another layer of the onion of the unending fraud that now riddles the financial system.

If you would like to use this information — principally to inform other potential PFG Forex and Metals customers — feel free to do so. Obviously, I have no expectation that you can do anything directly in this situation, but I respect what you’ve been doing to try and expose the wrongdoing that has been taking place. If you do decide to put any of this information “out there”, please remove my name. Other than that, use it as you see fit.

Wall Street Equities Traders Face Worst Year Since 2006

Wall Street banks’ equities-trading units aren’t getting much relief from the strongest stock rally since 2009, as sinking volume and already thin margins threaten to make their annual performance the worst in six years.

Third-quarter equities-trading revenue probably fell 14 percent from the same period in 2011, the fifth straight drop of more than 8 percent, according to estimates by Kian Abouhossein, aJPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPM) analyst. Full-year revenue at the five largest U.S. investment banks may be the lowest since 2006, UBS (UBSN) AG’s Brennan Hawken wrote in a Sept. 19 note to clients.

Equities trading, which generated $40 billion for the nine largest global investment banks last year, has been an attractive business because capital requirements aren’t as strict as those threatening fixed-income returns. Lower volumes have damped that optimism as investors remain skeptical about the global economy, which may lead to job cuts.

“It’s already a business that was being run on quite thin margins,” said Richard Staite, an analyst at Atlantic Equities LLP in London. “Now you need to see more banks dropping out. The marginal players will have to or are already looking at these business lines and whether there is any justification for remaining in them.”

Who really knew that liberty and freedom could be bought with a cell phone?

‘The Free Stuff Election’

If the most crucial presidential election of our lifetime could be defined, it would be called ‘The Free Stuff Election’.

There are some 1 million Ohioans out there with a free Obama cellphone.

Imagine the ‘Vote At’ text messages coming through on their Obama phones, and that’s just one state.

The omnipresent Obama team have worked the Free Stuff Crowd up to fever pitch as witnessed in the Ohio woman’s YouTube screed that Obama is not only giving out free cell phones but lots of other free stuff’s coming down the pike.

Who really knew that liberty and freedom could be bought with a cell phone?

Obama knew and has been working almost four years to bring all takers into his ‘grassroots’ tent.

Impossible to fathom how the one-man, U.S. wrecking ball known as Barack Hussein Obama,  after four years of the most destructive policies on record, could still attract support from 48% of voters nationwide, while they are saying Mitt Romney can count on 46% (Daily Tracking Poll).

BLACK MOB HIJACKS STORE: ‘WE OWN THIS’

Even the old-timers in Detroit never have seen anything like this: A mob of 40 black people moved into a convenience store and will not leave.

They say they now own it. They eat. Smoke. Cuss.Threaten. Spit. Rob. Sell drugs.

Police, ministers, neighbors, the store owner and just about everyone else seems powerless to stop them.

“It’s a Bad Crew gas station,” said one of the mob to the local Fox affiliate. “If you don’t know what that is, I can’t even tell you.”

The owner calls police, but nothing happens. The police “come here and then they leave. Two minutes later they (the mob) are back.”

Earlier this month, members of the Perfecting Church, one of Detroit’s largest black congregations, counseled the members of the mob to stop their evil ways.

Nothing changed.

In June, another Detroit convenience store had the same problem: A black mob took over the store, told the owners they now own it, and started robbing and threatening.

Why Nullification Is Our Last Hope

The Nullification Seminar this Sunday (October 7th)  is our state’s last hope. Dramatic? Or Reality? The consequences of the Stimulus legislation coupled with “affordable health care” are outlined below. All three branches of the federal government have failed us. Our only recourse is nullification of this legislation on a state level. Death panels are not coming: they are here.

Attend this event in Cary to understand why this option must be a campaign issue now.

Glenn and Dr. David Janda discuss the terrifying implications of Obamacare

On Monday’s episode of “Glenn Beck”, Glenn was joined by Dr. David Janda for an in-depth discussion of the healthcare system and whether or not Obamacare would lead to rationing care and so-called “death panels”. Watch parts 1 and 2 of their discussion below.

Kenyan army’s outstanding victory over Al Qaeda’s Somali Shabaab. Israeli advisers helped

The epic battle for KismayoThe Kenyan army has captured Somalia’s Indian Ocean port of Kismayo, driving Al Qaeda’s Somali franchise Al Shabaab out of its last strategic stronghold, the key to controlling southern Somalia. The small Kenyan army, navy and air force fought to victory Saturday, Sept. 29, after a year-long ground, sea and air offensive.

Fearing the Shabaab was feigning defeat and lurking in the town’s alleys to strike back, Kenyan warships backed by the French Navy shelled suspected terrorist hideouts in Kismayo Sunday.
Kismayo was Nairobi’s prime goal when exactly a year ago, the Kenyan army launched its drive into Somalia following the failure of UN-backed intervention for ridding Somalia of the Islamist terrorists long plaguing the country.

With a population of 200,000, Kismayo, which lies 328 miles southwest of Mogadishu near the mouth of the Jubba River, is the commercial capital of the autonomous Jubalanand region of Somalia which abuts on Kenya.

Very few Western military experts rated the Kenyan army of only 60,000 soldiers capable of routing the hard-bitten 25,000 Shabaab militants and capturing a sizeable region of Somalia – a feat which famously defeated US elite forces in 1993 in Mogadishu and forced the Ethiopian army to retreat with heavy losses in 2006.

But, although Washington and Paris denied any role in the East African conflict, US did contribute to the Kenyan effort with drones gathering intelligence for the Kenyan army and guiding the aim of its artillery, while French battle and supply ships operating out of Kenya’s Indian Ocean port of Mombasa dropped supplies, ammo and fresh Kenyan reinforcements on the Somali coast.

Even more tight-lipped were Jerusalem and Nairobi about Israel’s substantial contribution to the Kenyan war effort to push al Qaeda’s affiliate far from its borders.

Did People Miss the Stock Market Rally?

The following article from CNNMoney puts forth a theory that investors have missed the latest stock market rally. Really? A rally based on HFT and government POMO policy? No volume and reduced earnings? Or maybe people know a house of cards is still a house of cards.

David DeGerolamo

Individual investors miss the rally … again

NEW YORK (CNNMoney) — U.S. stocks have had a nice rally since the start of the summer, recently hitting their highest levels since December 2007. But individual investors are once again watching all the action from the sidelines.

As the S&P 500 gained nearly 10% from June through August, individual investors yanked almost $40 billion from the U.S. stock market, according to data from EPFR Global, a Boston-based firm that tracks fund flows for both mutual funds and exchange traded funds.

What’s keeping them away? Experts say the steady exodus can be attributed to a change in investing behavior on the part of Baby Boomers, who represent the most sizable group among retail investors.

“… until the fat lady sings.”

Well folks, it’s officially “over”:

Harvard Law School professor Alan Dershowitz is slamming new rules New York City’s Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) has adopted in the wake of its legal battle against blogger Pamela Geller and her anti-terrorism ads, calling the MTA move “plain dumb” and unconstitutional.”

On Friday, TheBlaze reported that the MTA changed its guidelines on what advertising it will accept from now on after losing in court to Geller and her group, the American Freedom Defense Initiative, thus being forced to display the ads which read: “In any war between the civilized man and the savage, support the civilized man. Support Israel. Defeat Jihad.”

Specifically, the MTA has set a new litmus test for ads and will no longer display those which the MTA “reasonably foresees would incite or provoke violence or other immediate breach of the peace, and so harm, disrupt, or interfere with safe, efficient, and orderly transit operations.”

Full Story on The Blaze

NYC has surrendered “rule of law” to the “law of force”:

Laws are decided by many things, but sweep away all the lawbooks, the pleas from tearful mothers, the timed publicity campaigns, the novel legal theories and the greedy bureaucrats expanding their turf, and under the table you will find a gun. The first and final law is still the law of force. The law begins with the power to impose its will on others. It ends with the enforcement of that power.

Islam has made laws that it expects all of mankind to abide by. These laws are not backed by novel legal theories or by petitions, though its practitioners are willing to offer both, they are backed by the naked practice of force. And the imposition of these laws can only be defended against by force.

Under this code, Muslim violence dictates our permissible forms of speech. To know whether a thing may be said, drawn or filmed, we must first determine how Muslims will react to it. If they will react with violence, as they do to a sizable percentage of things, then it becomes incitement, retroactively, that must be punished and condemned.

Silver Lining: Buy Now

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_3wZasPSEEg

Submitted by SD Contributor Ted Butler:

In the true spirit of transparency and of honesty being the best policy, three weeks ago I wrote to each member of the board of directors of JPMorgan. Since my main intent is to see the silver manipulation ended and not to hurt JPMorgan, I wanted to give them time to respond before publishing the letter. I didn’t want to sandbag or sucker-punch the bank by rushing to make public something I undertook on a good faith basis. If someone at JPMorgan had contacted me indicating the matter was being genuinely reviewed, I would have held off. However, the lack of response suggests to me that it may be business as usual as far as no one in charge moving against a blatant crime in progress. I’m not prepared to patiently wait indefinitely until someone decided to respond.

My allegations in silver are incredibly specificI believe that JPMorgan, by virtue of a massive concentrated short position in COMEX silver futures, is manipulating the price of silver lower than it would be otherwiseIf JPMorgan’s concentrated short position did not exist, the price of silver would be substantially higherIt does not matter if the bank is hedging or engaged in market-making; the mere existence of such an unprecedented large and concentrated short position proves manipulation.

WIDENING JPMORGAN CIO LOSS COULD BE NEXT ‘SHOCK’ EVENT

The market seems to have completely forgotten the fact that JPM’s massive CIO positions have yet to be closed.  Unfortunately for Mr. Dimon, at least $90 billion in potential losses remain, and the strategy of slowing unwinding the positions will blow up in The Morgue’s face and exponentially exacerbate JPM’s losses with any further downturn in the economy.

The JP Morgan (JPM) trading blunder could result in a $100 billion loss, a contagion of its massive portfolio, and even the wipeout of its entire asset base. Even worse, these extremely risky and potentially-illegal actions on behalf of the CIO office and the “London Whale” could be the unexpected “shock” that breaks the market, derails the Fed’s huge monetary stimulus, and sends us back into a global recession.

There is one event that may ultimately solve the mystery of the global economy. This event would not only plunge the economy back into a deep recession and lose investors hundreds of billions of dollars, but it could bring about the collapse of some of the world’s largest financial institutions and even render central bank stimulus and QE completely ineffective and futile. This event is by no means a guarantee; its probability is even likely under 5 percent. But this event has all the necessary ingredients to culminate into a major panic. Together with slowing global economies and an extremely unstable financial system, this could be the next Lehman Brothers.

This event is JP Morgan’s huge trading mistake. The massive losses that were racked up starting in April and May 2012 are by no means over. What has been represented by JP Morgan as a trading mistake and “hedging” strategy with an initial estimated loss of $2 billion, was really a leveraged and speculative bet that could soon infect JP Morgan’s entire portfolio and result in losses of $100 billion.
