NCRenegade.com was offline due to the attack on GoDaddy by an Anonymous hacker. Which seems out of character for Anonymous. I would wager $1 that this could be a false flag by the government to smooth the path for the administration’s proposed Executive Order for Cybersecurity.

Internet registrar GoDaddy on Monday was hit by an outage reportedly carried out by a member of Anonymous.
“Status Alert: Hey, all. We’re aware of the trouble people are having with our site. We’re working on it,” GoDaddy tweeted earlier this afternoon.
About a half hour later, the company apologized for not being able to respond to everyone’s Twitter messages individually. “Sorry to hear all your frustration. We’re working feverishly to resolve as soon as possible,” the company said.
A member of Anonymous who goes by the Twitter handle @AnonymousOwn3r and describes himself as the “security leader of #Anonymous,” took responsibility for the attack. “How long do you guys think i should let http://www.godaddy.com/ under my #tangodown,” AnonymousOwn3r wrote.

Last August, a 400 point move in the DJIA was the norm. This August, a 50+ point drop in the second coming of the “Balls to the Wall” DJIA was the green light for sheer market panic. While unknown if it is the cause, or effect, of this collapse in volatility, the NYSE just reported that August cash volumes imploded by exactly 50% from last year, one thing is certain: for banks, which no longer make money on net interest margin courtesy of ZNIRP, and $1.6 trillion in inert reserves, the bulk of which are used to buy TSYs, then promptly repo them back to the Fed and use the cash proceeds to buy 200x+ P/E stocks, imploding stock volumes mean only one thing – a collapse in revenues and profits, terminations of entire divisions, collapse in tax revenues for the US Treasury, an increase in deficit, the need for more debt issuance, and a green light for the Fed to monetizing even more supply. And just to avoid the noise from “unseasonal” Y/Y comparisons, in August total ADV dropped by 12.6% from July. ETF volume imploded by two thirds from last year, and 14% from last month. Cue the financial earnings forecast reductions ahead of Q3 results.

NYSE Euronext (NYX) today announced trading volumes for its global derivatives and cash equities exchanges for August 2012. Trading volumes in August 2012 declined year-over-year and month-over-month due to a decrease in volatility compared to August 2011 and the seasonally slower summer period. In August 2011, trading volumes benefited from extreme market volatility in the U.S. and Europe.

I believe it should be mandatory reading for all who wish to “restore the constitution”.
The ratification of the Constitution was a messy business precisely because the opposition understood what the Constitution could and would ultimately do to liberty and good government in the United States. Violence, intimidation, and the suppression of a free press in many States followed. That is the untold story. In Pennsylvania, opponents of the document were forcibly dragged to their seats by a mob in order to secure a quorum to call for a ratifying convention and then once the document was ratified, mobs whipped up on their opponents in drunken jubilation, literally at times. At the same time, the press virtually ignored the opposition and often printed only the speeches and pamphlets written in support of the document.
The situation was worse in Connecticut. There the opposition – labeled as the “Wrongheads” – was blacklisted from the press, and the only surviving speeches from the January ratifying convention come from the proponents, not by accident. Connecticutter Hugh Ledlie, a veteran of the French and Indian War and the American War for Independence and a member of the Sons of Liberty, wrote shortly after the document was ratified in his State that the Constitution would “in the end…work the ruin of the freedom and liberty of these thirteen dis-united states…” and he called the Constitution “a gilded pill.”
Most Americans also probably don’t know that Hamilton was taken to task in the New York Ratifying Convention and, in essence, exposed as a liar. Continue reading

— July 3: Bombs pound six cities and towns, killing some 40 people and raising suspicion that security forces may be assisting attacks on Shiite Muslims.
Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu on Sunday vowed retribution for rocket fire into southern Israel from the Gaza Strip overnight Saturday, saying, “I am entirely obligated to make clear to the terrorists that they cannot fire rockets at Israel with impunity.”
Terrorists fired two Grad rockets into Israel overnight Saturday, damaging two buildings in Netivot and lightly injuring seven civilians.
At the opening of a meeting with German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle in Jerusalem on Sunday, Netanyahu said, “You arrived on a day when our security is once again being tested…They paid a price in the past for these crimes and they will pay a price again,” Netanyahu stated, apparently promising a military response to the rocket fire.
Westerwelle stated that Germany condemns “every kind of terrorist attack against Israel. We stand together with Israel.”

Obama warned the nation during this year’s state of the union address that he would bypass Congress (and the Constitution) in order to move forward. This latest attack on our individual freedom comes after Congress rejected the Cybersecurity bill.
At some point the people have to use logic to analyze the actions of this president. Consider the following:
1. Why issue this executive order two months prior to the election?
2. Based on the upcoming election, this order would have to be implemented prior to the election.
3. Once again, DHS would be responsible for this program’s implementation and enforcement.
As Obama receives his convention “bounce” and regains the lead in the polls, the future of our Liberty is further diminished by what has become a dictatorship.

The reports that Israel has developed a secret weapon that will be used in the upcoming war with Iran has been unveiled. If used, one or more electromagnetic pulses will make this a short but devastating war for Iran. Although the Iranian military has prepared for this contingency by hardening their critical facilities, the rest of the country will suffer the consequences: no electrical power, no communications and no modern conveniences. Most automobiles and buses will be useless and oil production for supporting their economy will be zero.
Under these conditions, the government will collapse as the Iranian people will accept any conditions to restore “civilization”. Also under this scenario, Israel has no need for support from the United States.

British newspaper Sunday Times has exposed one of the “surprises” the Israel Defense Forces has in store in case of a military strike in Iran.
According to the Sunday morning report, the Jewish state could cripple the Islamic Republic’s power grid with electromagnetic pulses as part of a concerted attack to halt Iran’s military nuclear program, which could “send Iran back to the Stone Age.”
The report, by Uzi Mahnaimi, claims that the possible use of such a weapon has been raised in several quarters as a debate rages among Israel’s politicians about whether a swift strike should be launched against Iran’s nuclear facilities.
Bill Gertz, a veteran American defense specialist, is quoted as saying that US intelligence agencies have reported “growing concerns that Israel will conduct a strike on Iran using a high-altitude nuclear burst aimed at disrupting all electronics in the country.”

In yet another example of the administration’s disregard of the Constitution, they are taking the first step to seize firearms without due process:
The Obama administration is making it easier for bureaucrats to take away guns without offering the accused any realistic due process. In a final rule published last week, the Justice Department granted the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) authority to “seize and administratively forfeit property involved in controlled-substance abuses.” That means government can grab firearms and other property from someone who has never been convicted or even charged with any crime.
As with the NDAA, our “rights” are suppressed at the discretion of the administration and its puppet agencies. Since both presidential candidates support the NDAA and its subsequent abuse of the Bill of Rights, it appears that civil disobedience will be increasing across the country. And I don’t mean flash mobs that have the blessing of Eric Holder to redistribute wealth at their discretion without penalty.

BEIRUT — The Syrian regime pounded Aleppo with warplanes and artillery shelling Saturday as ground forces seeking to regain momentum in the country’s largest city advanced on three neighbourhoods, activists said.
The new fighting came as Russia soundly rejected U.S. calls for increased pressure on Syrian President Bashar Assad to relinquish power, citing its commercial interests.
Shelling and air raids against the eastern Helwaniyeh neighbourhood caused a large number of casualties, according to the Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights and another activist group called the Local Coordination Committees. Amateur videos showed wounded people bleeding on the floor of a crowded makeshift hospital as they received treatment.
The LCC said 148 people were killed nationwide, including 77 in Aleppo. Thirty of those were killed in Helwaniyeh, it said.
