Charges Dropped But No Media Coverage

See additional comments on Tea Party Nation.

The former public relations spokesperson of the San Diego Tea Party, Michael Kobulnick, has been released after his rape charges were dropped. Did you know that the accuser told the police from the beginning that they arrested the wrong man?

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CF-k8qfMqrk

While the media is not reporting the end of the story, the arrest made national headlines and fodder for the left. Will Mr. Kobulnicky be rehired since the charges cost him his job at the San Diego Community College District as a landscape supervisor? And what about the San Diego Police Department. Why did he spend two week in jail before being released?

“The police department went with the best information that we had and the forensic evidence and in a complete investigation we did the best job that we could, and that of course included the arrest of Mr. Kobulnicky,” said San Diego Police Department spokesperson Lt. Andra Brown. “We don’t understand why [the victim] changed her stories, but we do understand the district attorney’s actions.”

Let us hope that this is an isolated incident. With the Department of Homeland Security calling us right-wing extremists, we do not need local governments watching us in conjunction with the federal government.  I hope that you will join me in extending my best wishes to Michael and his future wife.

The Purpose Driven Muslim

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iiMYRzFR2ZM

This excellent, excellent video is more info and even stronger rebuttal to Rick Warren and his apostasy. Just outstanding. My contempt for “superfun rockband church” isn’t merely a matter of my personal taste in music. Nothing could be farther from the truth. My scathing contempt for these outfits (I won’t even call them “churches” anymore) is rooted in their evil, lying, money-grubbing “theology.” The objective of these groups is to tear people away from Christ and to get them to worship themselves. This is paganism – stone cold. Once that is accomplished, ANYTHING GOES, including forming explicit alliances with satanic political cults – first among them islam and Marxism, and finally the explicit denial of Christ Himself, which Warren and all of these other carney hacks who signed the document exposed in the video below have done. THEY HAVE DENIED CHRIST.

Austerity Measures, General Strike and Riots in Spain

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BOAU395mfJw

From YouTube:

Riot police took to the streets of Spain as protesters burned bins, vandalized shops and attacked officers during a one day nationwide general strike. Spaniards angry with having the eurozone’s highest unemployment rate refused to go to work in protest at further crushing austerity measures being brought in by the new center-right Popular Party government.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Why are the US media not covering the financial situation in Spain? The unemployment, debt crisis, and the collapse of their “green economy”  have brought them to a general strike and riots. What is the solution? First we have to define the real problem. Once the European Central Bank and the US Federal Reserve bailed out Greece and their credit default swaps, Spain (and every other country) has come to realize that a collapse of any country will collapse the world’s economy. The threat of not being bailed out has become irrelevant and the so-called austerity measures promised to be enacted are not enough to save the country. So the real problem is the “too big to fail” rationale has overtaken reason in the streets and in the governments. They know that they will be bailed out until the whole system does collapse so what is the problem with a little anarchy in the streets? In the meantime, the riots and attacks on the banks will continue until morale improves.
According to Pravda, We Are “On the brink of Third World War – 2012”
2012 onwards, the world is on the brink of Third World War. All sane and peace loving men would pray and strive that it is averted. For the horoscope of the times point towards a global catastrophe in the making. The guns of August 1914 – 1st World War paled in front of the Panzer Blitzkrieg of September 1939 Second World War. The Third World War during Cold War was averted between NATO and Warsaw Pact Forces. If war breaks out in 2012 onwards, Nukes shall speak and tragically billions may die. If there is war, it will most likely spread to be global plus nuclear, and without method in the madness. This apocalyptic scenario may yet come to pass, unless it is stopped in its tracks.
Opposing Alliances. US globalists (left over Neocons, Military – Industrial complex and their ilk) led NATO still want to dominate the world (despite their disaster in Iraq – Afghanistan). It is not only that the Western World’s global dominance stands challenged, but the march of history may be reversed. From the 1500’s (seafaring age) scientific discoveries, industrialization, political revolutions, colonialism, and technology ascendency, the world has been controlled by western powers. British Empire, Napoleon’s France, Hitler’s Germany and more recently USA have all been part of the Western world’s bid for global hegemony or control. Now the west is really in decline. USA the great power, land of mass production faces economic stagnation if not full decline. EU faces its own economic predicament. Some Europeans and Americans find the idea of a powerful Germany leading Europe (a natural process) as unacceptable so far. Two World Wars were fought among other reasons to prevent Germany from its rightful place under the sun. An Intra European conflict may be brewing for leadership of Europe. Even as US – NATO alliance conflicts with the dialectic alliance Russia – China.
US Geo strategy has been embroiled in Afghanistan and Iraq, but now seeks to extend the war to Iran – Pakistan. Of course the real war is against Russia – China, the opposing alliance. Washington sees China rising (US trying to contain it from Pacific to Indian Ocean) Russia resurgent, Islamic world defiant (with Arab Spring likely to turn Anti west,) Israel endangered, besides Western economic decline.
North Carolina Invited Illegal Aliens to Come Because Our State Was Desolated
httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i9ix_-aXTFg
Did you know:
1. North Carolina invited immigrants to come because our state was desolated.
2. It was an underdeveloped state and we required extra hands.
3. They (the immigrants) came and did all of the work and continue to do all of the work.
The following charges against immigrants are untrue:
1. Immigrants are committing crimes.
2. They take all of our social services.
3. Immigrants are taking our jobs.
I will agree with her assessment that our government is a large part of this problem. Porous borders and unenforced federal laws are a bad combination to maintain a strong republic.
A Request That We Should All Get Behind
Dear Rep. Cleveland-
   Would you introduce a bill reserving committee meetings and speaking opportunities for U.S. citizens and legal North Carolina residents only?  In addition, requiring U.S./NC identification at the door.
   It was an outrage to citizens that many illegal aliens were not only in the meeting, but speaking en masse. And, not just speaking, but maligning our elected officials. Furthermore, stating that citizens were “the past” while the illegal group and their supporters were “the future.”
   How much more of this type of activity do voting taxpaying citizens have to endure?
Thank you very much for your leadership role in introducing immigration enforcement bills and serving on this immigration committee.
   Sincerely,
Maureen A. Wilson
Global March to Jerusalem: Beware the Skunk
Palestinians throw stones at IDF checkpoint near Bethlehem; IDF announces closure on the West Bank; police limit access to the Temple Mount; security forces prepare to prevent access to Lebanese border area.
The “Global March on Jerusalem” supporting Palestine is just starting. Israel is on high alert and using “sewage cannons” to keep the protesters under control. Here one of multiple tweets at OccupiedPalestine  concerning what they call the “skunk”:
The skunk is nasty, but at least it’s only a smell. March might be regrouping now. “Going to Jerusalem, martyrs in the millions”.
One of the Christian leaders in the march is Jeremiah Wright:
Barack Obama’s former pastor Jeremiah Wright is one of the leaders today in the “Global March on Jerusalem.”
An Update on Immigration Reform in North Carolina
Concerned Citizens and Immigration Reformers,
The fourth “Role in Immigration” NC House committee hearing yesterday at the NC General Assembly was a big disappointment.   First of all the committee allowed three known illegal immigrants (one former, two current) to give their opinion on OUR state laws.  There was no requirement for citizens-only to be allowed to speak.  A Consul official from the Mexican Consulate was invited to speak but did not attend.  This is just political correctness ad nauseam.
You won’t believe this but remember Uriel Alberto, the illegal immigrant arrested one month ago for disorderly conduct due to disrupting/shouting/jeering the previous/third “Role in Immigration” NC House committee hearing, well he was back again at the hearing yesterday — free as a butterfly because ICE let him out on bail.  He kept quiet but the fact that he again appeared as an illegal in the audience and was counted by the media as a supporter for the illegal alien side of the discussion is a further outrage.  But Uriel had little to fear and I would still bet money he won’t be deported when he eventually goes to court.   Uriel makes a mockery of our Rule of Law in America each minute he remains in the USA.
I need to make an important point Continue reading
A 2nd Amendment Victory for North Carolina
SAF VICTORY STRIKES DOWN NORTH CAROLINA EMERGENCY POWERS GUN BAN
For Immediate Release:   3/29/2012
BELLEVUE, WA – A federal district court judge in North Carolina has just struck down that state’s emergency power to impose a ban on firearms and ammunition outside the home during a declared emergency, ruling that the provision violates the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms.
The case, Bateman v. Purdue, was brought by the Second Amendment Foundation, Grass Roots North Carolina FFE and three individual plaintiffs. Defendants in the case were Gov. Beverly Purdue and Reuben F. Young, secretary of the state’s Department of Crime Control and Public Safety, in their official capacities.
In his opinion, Judge Malcolm J. Howard, senior United States district judge for the Eastern District of North Carolina, wrote, “…the court finds that the statutes at issue here are subject to strict scrutiny…While the bans imposed pursuant to these statutes may be limited in duration, it cannot be overlooked that the statutes strip peaceable, law abiding citizens of the right to arm themselves in defense of hearth and home, striking at the very core of the Second Amendment.”
“When SAF attorney Alan Gura won the Heller case at the Supreme Court,” noted SAF Executive Vice President Alan M. Gottlieb, “the gun ban crowd said that we were a ‘one-trick-pony’ and that we would never knock out another gun law. Well, SAF has now knocked out gun laws in Maryland, Illinois and North Carolina.
“We filed this lawsuit on the day we won the McDonald case against Chicago,” he added, “extending the Second Amendment to all 50 states. This was part of our strategy of winning firearms freedoms one lawsuit at a time.”
Gottlieb pointed to language in Judge Howard’s ruling that solidifies the Second Amendment’s reach outside the home. The judge noted that the Supreme Court in Heller noted that the right to keep and bear arms “was valued not only for preserving the militia, but ‘more important(ly) for self-defense and hunting.”
“Therefore,” Judge Malcolm wrote, “the Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms ‘is not strictly limited to the home environment but extends in some form to wherever those activities or needs occur.”
Hutaree Militia Charges Dismissed: No News Coverage or Blackout?
The government’s case against the Hutaree militia was dismissed after the judge said that “government prosecutors had failed to prove that they were doing anything more than talking about their hatred for authority”. The media has either decided to ignore this story or have been put under a news blackout. I suppose the government’s high profile arrest of this “terrorist” militia was more newsworthy than the collapse of their case. It seems that this administration is starting to have a problem with its unConstitutional laws and actions when the cases are heard in real courts of justice.
That is unless Eric Holder is involved as in the Fast & Furious scandal or the New Black Panther voter intimidation case.
Hutaree militia walk from jail after charges dismissed
DETROIT (Reuters) – Two members of the Midwest militia group Hutaree pleaded guilty to charges of possessing machine guns and temporarily walked out of jail on Thursday, two days after a judge rebuked prosecutors and dismissed more serious charges that the Hutaree plotted to attack the U.S. government.
Supernotes, Iran and Fiat Currency
See additional comments on Tea Party Nation.
So Iran is now following in the footsteps of North Korea by counterfeiting American currency on a large scale. The North Korean operation was so successful that the United States had to completely redesign our paper currency. It would appear that these efforts to make “supernotes” by North Korea and Iran may have received help from China. A few year ago, this would have been a newsworthy story. With the current state of our fiat currency, it is just added to the stack.
Kuala Lumpur seizes suitcases of counterfeit US dollars traced to Iran
Two suitcases crammed with counterfeit $100 bills were seized in Kuala Lumpur this week from two Iranian traders who flew in to the Malaysian capital on direct flights from Tehran. One contained 153,000 forged dollars and the second 203,000. The traders claimed they were issued the bills by tellers at the Iranian central bank CBI to finance their business transactions and had no notion they had not been dealt genuine greenbacks.
Do You Think Obama Will Let This Become an Election Issue?
I cannot see president Obama allowing elections to be held if the conditions outlined in the article below are correct. I also have to ask what Congress is doing? Prancing around in a hoodie is not solving America’s financial issues. Are Americans so easily distracted from reality?
US Debt Ceiling D-Day: September 14, 2012
Earlier today, outgoing Treasury Secretary and tax challenged part-time pathological liar (see here) Tim Geithner said that any worries of the US debt ceiling are misplaced, and that at best such an event would occur “late in the year” (and to think the August 2011 extended $16.394 trillion debt ceiling was supposed to last well into 2013). Naturally, coming from Geithner, it meant this statement was a flat out lie the second it left his mouth, which is why we decided to do our own analysis of just when the latest and greatest debt ceiling would be breached. The answer is that at the current rate of debt issuance, which incidentally is going to accelerate sharply due to the recent extension of the payroll tax cuts which will require an incremental $100-150 billion total debt to be funded, and extrapolating future issuance solely on historical patterns, the US debt ceiling D-Day will be September 14, 2012. This means that there will be just over 6 weeks for the GOP to hijack each and every presidential debate before the November election with just this topic. Because there will hardly be anything more humiliating for Obama than to have to defend his platform even as the country is once again past the verge of insolvency, and forced to “commingle” retirement funds to keep Treasury operations running. Which incidentally is just as we predicted would happen when we explained why the GOP fast shelved the payroll tax debate so rapidly. It was nothing but a prelude to precisely this. Because once it is raised, and it will be raised of course, next up will be yet another ratings downgrade by S&P and this time, Moody’s as well. All of which will most likely happen before November.
