Do You Agree with Obama Concerning Trayvon Martin?

As new details emerge concerning the circumstances surrounding the death of Trayvon Martin, president Obama’s statement “If I had a son, he’d look like Trayvon” take on new meaning. Gone are the four year old pictures of an innocent youth. Current pictures show a young man with a grill of gold who was 6′-2″. Although all sides agree that we want the facts in the case to come out, it appears that one side wants justice and the other side wants vengeance.

Obama On Trayvon Martin Case: ‘If I Had A Son, He’d Look Like Trayvon’

For the first time since the controversy erupted on the national scene, President Barack Obama weighed in on the killing of Trayvon Martin, calling it a tragedy, urging cooperation among law enforcement and declaring that “some soul searching” was needed throughout the country.

“If I had a son, he’d look like Trayvon,” Obama said, underscoring how the issue affected him on a personal, and not just a political or legal, level. “I think [Trayvon’s parents] are right to expect that all of us as Americans are going to take this with the seriousness it deserves, and we are going to get to the bottom of exactly what happened.”

Hanoi Jane to Portray Nancy Reagan

Jane Fonda To Play Nancy Reagan In Lee Daniels' The Butler imageWhen you say the word “liberal” there are still a lot of people whose minds immediately picture Jane Fonda. In addition to being a two-time Oscar winner, Fonda was heavily involved with politics during her career, fighting against the Vietnam War, speaking out in favor of civil rights and arguing in favor of women’s rights. Now she’ll be getting the opportunity to play the woman that many think of whenever they hear the word conservative.

Variety has learned that Fonda has been cast to play Nancy Reagan in Lee Daniels’ The Butler. The story follows Eugene Allen, a butler who worked at the White House from 1952 to 1986, serving under a total of eight presidents. The goal is to eventually have an all-star cast in the biopic, much like what Steven Spielberg is doing with Lincoln. Forest Whitaker, Oprah Winfrey and David Oyelowo are all still in talks, but would play Eugene, his wife, and his son, respectively.

Are we already living in tyranny?

I’m not going to post the entire article but there is a link at the bottom of my comments.
The state of Michigan (of all the places doing such a wonderful job for their citizens, has passed a law through their Department of Natural Resources, DNR, that they will now kill all pigs they consider feral, their definition. This will include pigs grown on small farms by farmers who let their animals run free. This does not mean they run on a free range. They are fenced in and fed and controlled by the farmers. This is their livelihood and they watch their animals very carefully. They just don’t raise them as big conglomerations do, eating each other’s tails because they have become cannibals in such confined, cramped quarters. So the DNR has issued a warning that these private farmers must kill their own pigs or face a big fine and two years in prison. Then, the government will send people out to shoot these pigs. This law seems to have been instituted by the corporate farm lobby to rid the state of these “nuisance farmers. This is one simple example of the country gone mad. A state that is so deeply in trouble in so many ways still elects politicians who will cater to big business interests, disregarding the people.

So what happens IF something does fail in the “Too Big To Fail” mindset of our economic experts?

As the banks go, so does the country. Even when a Communist is in charge of the United States, he must realize that the banks control our fate. A king cannot be king with no subjects and no president wants to oversee a bankrupt and broken country: at least, that is what history has shown us. Too big to fail has never been so big and the crest of the wave must break against the shore at some point. The question has always been when. The logical answer is that we should have already hit the breakers but printing money and “complex” derivative schemes have been extending the economic collapse past its cycle. Of course changing the rules as you please helps the big banks continue along their path with the help of the Federal Reserve. Tim Geithner is culpable also, but when Tim and Ben are side by side, Ben is firmly in control as seen in Congressional hearings.

So what is the purpose of this article? Continue reading

The Racial Divide and Its Consequences

Photobucket

Update: Here is a current picture of Trayvon Martin at seventeen instead of the four year old picture that the media is using.

The tragic death of Trayvon Martin has brought the racial divide in the country to the surface. What the nation tried to sweep under the carpet when Eric Holder stated that he would not charge his people for voter intimidation has now brought forth blatant racism in America. The New Black Panthers have placed a bounty on a man without any repercussions. A man who has not been charged with a crime is forced to go into hiding for fear of his life. In America? These are the consequences of dividing America but for what purpose?

Our county’s strength has always been our unity. We had a common language, economic system and dream. This American dream has been shattered in a concerted effort to weaken our country economically and socially by our own government. This effort would never succeed if we are united as Americans but dividing us along racial and economic lines will allow them to accomplish their goals. Lenin would be proud of the “useful idiots” on Occupy Wall Street and those being led by racism.

As much as the press and black leaders want to make this a white vs. black issue, there is no way to defend this position since Mr. Zimmerman is Hispanic. Does a race war between blacks and Latinos fit their goals? I believe any crisis will fit their goals and will not be allowed to go to waste. When the Nazis came for their targets one group at a time, the German people did not stand up and suffered the consequences. It appears that the first group that the administration is targeting is the Latino group. Where is the outcry from the Latino group? That is why they will be the first to be attacked. Once the chaos starts, which group will be in the crosshairs next?

As more information is released concerning this case, it is also becoming apparent that facts will not alter the actions set in motion to divide us. America’s future can only be assured by staying united under God. Although this is obvious, no one is standing up for what is right in a country whose rule of law was the envy of the world. I have one question to ask the people calling for the head of Mr. Zimmerman: what is your plan if you succeed? I have one question for America: what is our plan to stop a lynch mob mentality fabricated to destroy our social fabric?

Are We Giving This Country Away?

httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m2mxe43I9WI

From YouTube:

Retired Lt. Gen. Jerry Boykin’s courage leading missions in war zones like Iraq, Somalia, and Panama earned him a Bronze Star and Purple Heart.

Yet an invitation to speak at a West Point prayer breakfast resulted in anything but a hero’s welcome.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations, or CAIR, joined a coalition of far left groups protesting Boykin’s appearance because of his alleged “Islamophobia.”

Boykin, a strong critic of radical Islamist groups like the Brotherhood, eventually withdrew from the event.

“In consultation with the faculty and staff at West Point — who clearly wanted me to withdraw to save them the embarrassment of cancelling my invitation — I did so,” Boykin said.

CAIR, which led the charge against Boykin, has come under major scrutiny from federal authorities in recent years.

In 2007, it was named an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terrorism financing trial in American history.

In 2009, a federal judge ruled that “ample evidence” exists linking CAIR to the terror group Hamas.

A Sunday Message from Ann Barnhardt

So my phone rings at a few minutes past eight this morning, and it is a local pro-life leader asking if I would be willing to speak for five minutes at the Denver Rally for Religious Liberty on the steps of the state capitol downtown at noon. Sure. Why not?

Here’s the transcript of the speech. There were cameras there, but I have yet to see the video – if it is posted at all. If anyone happens across it, do let me know and I’ll post it here. Until then, just imagine the crazy eyes, and fire coming out of my ears.

I was, as I expected, the most . . . er, forthright speaker. I hope I did some good.

Good afternoon. My name is Ann Barnhardt and I am the person who says the things that everyone else is too terrified, and too attached to earthly riches and power, to say.Render unto Caesar that which is Caesar’s, and render unto the Lord that which is the Lord’s.

There seems to be some confusion as to what Caesar, in the form today of Caesar Tyrannus Obama, is owed, so please permit me to clear up any confusion on the matter once and for all.

Caesar Tyrannus Obama is NOT OWED the broken bodies, decapitated heads and spilled blood of our pre-born children, even though he now demands that he be worshiped with such slaughter, and that we pay for it in a tribute attached to our now-mandatory health insurance policies and enforced by his tax collectors, or lose our earthly liberty.

Caesar Tyrannus Obama is NOT OWED our fertility and ability to transmit and propagate human life itself, even though he demands that WE PAY for foolish young women to offer up their bodies to him, both in the forms of temporary chemical sterilization OR permanent surgical sterilization.

America: The Rule of Law Has Been Overthrown

Aftermath of the New Orleans Lynch Mob

The rule of law and morality are the basis of a free republic. Our Constitutional republic has lost both. As more information comes out about the death of Trayvon Martin, a correlation between this tragedy and the Duke Lacrosse players’ rape is becoming apparent and shows us that we have not learned from our mistakes:

1. Both incidents are racial and have become national news.

2. The Department of Justice is investigating a state matter without reviewing the evidence. The Durham district attorney Mike Nifong did not review the evidence.

3. The media has convicted the alleged perpetrators in the press to sensationalize tragedies for profit.

4. The group of 88 professors at Duke University who condemned the players would not apologize for their letter or their actions. The Black Panther Party has issued a bounty on a private US citizen:

The New Black Panther Party announced on Saturday it was offering a $10,000 bounty for Zimmerman.

“We will reward that individual or group of people who take George Zimmerman into custody and we will deliver him to the authorities. They would be better off holding him than letting him out on the street because there is an angry mindset among black people,” said Mikhail Muhammad of the New Black Panther Party, a black political organization that takes its name from the radical movement of the 1960s.

Since when are bounties issued on free people in the United States? Continue reading

Another Facet in the American Spring Courtesy of Our Universities

See additional comments on Tea Party Nation.

Our nation’s student loan program was taken over by the Obama administration and is now another federal subsidy that is hemorrhaging money. Or rather another federal enslavement program since this is one debt that must be repaid. And with that one stipulation, the price of a college degree has skyrocketed and ensured our nation’s college graduates a debt that has taken away their hope. As shown below, 27% of student loans are at least 30 days delinquent. What do you get when these young adults have no jobs, overwhelming debt, summertime temperatures and a belief fostered by the government that it was their right to a college education?

And who will be responsible for paying another federal program that went bust? Once again, the incredible shrinking number of American taxpayers will have to pay this debt through higher taxes and inflation that will erode their paycheck and savings. Welcome to Amerika courtesy of Comrade president Obama.

Occupy Raleigh at the General Assembly – March 25, 2012

I decided to remove the video of the speech from the “Occupy the Highways and March to Your Statehouse” demonstration on March 25th at the General Assembly in Raleigh, NC.

The assorted group of impromptu speakers did not present a plan, a coherent message or any leadership. The only thing we have to fear from Occupy Raleigh is that they are exhibiting the same traits as our politicians. Let’s hope that they do not decide to run for office: North Carolina cannot afford another Beverly Perdue.

When Will Greece Leave the Eurozone?

Will Greece become the first country to abandon the Eurozone and return to the drachma? My money is on Spain or Italy. Greece’s debt is too small to be of concern compared to the giant collapses about to happen in these two countries. But money from any nation’s printing presses is still fiat currency. Until the people hold the governments’ central banks accountable, we will continue to see inflation erode the savings accumulated over the course of a lifetime.
