The Right to Housing Supersedes the Right for a Corporation to Make a Profit

As expected, the Occupation of America is suspending their efforts due to cold weather. They left out disease, crime and apathy by most of America except the media and Democrat politicians as reasons for going home for the holidays. As also expected, they will come back this spring to unleash their “Spring 2012 Offensive”.

There is no right to housing but there is an obligation to provide for widows and orphans. The transition from dependence on the Lord (religion) to dependence on the state (Socialism) is marching forward with little resistance in our country. The premise that corporations should provide free housing as a right to fulfill their individual greed could only be made by a generation indoctrinated by a failed educational system.

What are the consequences if corporations are vilified for making a profit? The remnants our economic base will move overseas. As our corporations “Go Galt”, so will the rest of the producers. The Spring 2012 Offensive may succeed with a  Pyrrhic victory but they will never be satisfied until the nation is destroyed.

On Saturday October 29, 2011, the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ) terrorist organization fired numerous rockets from Gaza into Israeli territory. This video shows what the P.I.J. claims is the first ever multi-barrel launch of rockets from Gaza. The method of fire – out of barrels situated atop a pickup truck – is reminiscent of the way Hezbollah regularly fires katyusha rockets at Israel from inside Lebanon and may signify a significant increase in the threat capacity that rocket attacks from Gaza now hold.

H.R.3168 – The Illegal Alien Crime Reporting Act

North Carolina U.S. Representative Walter Jones (R-Pitt County), has introduced HR 3168 – The Illegal Alien Crime Reporting Act- which requires all local, state and federal agencies to report the immigration status of any person arrested, charged with a crime, convicted of a crime or incarcerated.

This bill would result in accurate statistical information on the crime rates of illegal aliens in the U.S. We will know, once and for all, just how high the illegal alien crime rate really is.

Eurozone Collapses – Gold Surges

It looks as if gold sales to cover stock margin calls has bottomed out and gold is on the rise as the new Frankfurt Agreement between Germany and France is reshaping the European continent. Expect Portugal, Spain, Italy and Greece to be thrown to the wolves as Germany emerges as a new superpower.

It will be interesting to see if Italy is able to keep its gold reserves in order to regain any credibility with international financial institutions.

Will We Support Israel?

Leon Panetta made a strange leap of logic today. Attacking Iran will only delay their nuclear program whose goal is making an atomic bomb. He then said that he agreed with his predecessor’s belief that an attack would unite Iran and deepen its resolve to pursue a nuclear weapon.

The consequences of appeasement in the face of tyrants is well documented in history. The only “unintended consequences” that the American people have to fear is the incompetence of our government in its duty to follow the Constitution and protect the people. The only “intended consequences” that the government has to fear is the wrath of the American people for destroying our nation.

A moral and virtuous nation will support Israel. Our country is a Judeo-Christian nation as shown in both our Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution. The actions of our current government clearly shows that they do not support these principles.

A Legacy of Shame

I received the following letter today from the interim Penn State president since I am an alumni from this university. Although Mr. Erickson has asked me to reserve judgment, I would like to point out a few facts:

  1. Joe Paterno was fired because the governor of Pennsylvania called the board of trustees. The board of trustees was not willing to take action against him prior to this action.
  2. The riot last night of 5000 Penn State students shows the “character” and the “morality” of your (no longer my) institution of higher learning.
  3. Joe Paterno’s statement that he will pray for the victims is an admission of the guilt of Mr. Sandusky and Joe’s knowledge of the events.
  4. The only legacy of Joe Paterno and the Penn State football program is shame.

The new allegations today concerning trafficking of children for large donations is the only charge where I will reserve judgment. I cannot fathom the depth of such an evil and the only consolation that I can give you is that I will pray for the victims of this predator.
There is no need to thank me for “being a part of Penn State”: I will not be or have any part of this institution from this point on.

Protest, Violence and Now Disease

The Occupy Wall Street movement was launched across the United States on the World Wide Day of Rebellion. Although the rallies were supposed to be peaceful protests, the plan outlined by Stephen Learner, Francis Fox-Piven and Van Jones was always intended to overthrow the government through violence. The violence erupted as promised and the police were thrown to the wolves by the politicians.

Now disease is breaking out in the unsanitary conditions fostered in the occupation camps. Tuberculosis is now being reported at Occupy Atlanta:

“Over the last three months, two persons who have resided in this facility have been diagnosed with confirmed or suspected infectious tuberculosis (TB). One of these persons was confirmed to have a strain of TB that is resistant to a single, standard medication used to treat this condition. All person(s) identified as positive have begun treatment and are being monitored to ensure that medication is taken as directed.”

A Message From “Veterans and Military Families for Obama”

Today, members of Congress will have two clear options to choose from: do something to create jobs for veterans returning from overseas, or do nothing.

When faced with the same choice for teachers, cops and firefighters recently, a group of senators not only opposed creating and savings jobs — they blocked the proposals from even getting a simple up-or-down vote.

We’ll find out today whether veterans are next.

In times of crisis, people in leadership positions either take action or they pretend there isn’t a crisis at all. But when the timid and the cynical decide to block solutions, they can’t be allowed to do it without consequences.

The whole world is watching but the chanting should really be “It’s Only the Beginning”. The militarization of the police will become a standard phrase to marginalize the police in the country and destroy the rule of law (bottom up prong). What will be the top down response for the end game? I doubt that we will have long to wait for that answer.

EAS Test – Failed

The EAS test planned for 2:00 EDT today (November 9, 2011) failed. Some stations did receive part of the message while most stations did not. It appears that the test echoed the same success of the Obama administration.

At this time, the test has not been rescheduled. Rumors that Anonymous was able to effectively disrupt this test are unfounded.
