I sometimes wonder if the Fed has individuals working in the NC Renegade community.
Well duh.
Before I expound on the above, I want to quickly relay an accounting of the last meeting of the Western Carolina Alliance about ten years ago. At that time, I was living in Raleigh and WNC was under the “control” of Asheville TEA Party for NC Freedom activities. I was contacted by someone outside of Charlotte to arrange a meeting with WNC leaders. This meeting turned into the organizational start of the Western Carolina Alliance. I had no foreknowledge of this attempt to organize on a regional scale before attending and I was not part of its leadership even though I was asked to be.
Fast forward to the final meeting in which the original organizers did not even attend. This meeting in Waynesville, NC had over 30 group leaders in attendance and most of their anger over its dissolution was directed to me. I wonder what they would have said if they had known that the reason it failed was due to a power grab by one individual who when confronted earlier by the founding members, decided that it would be best to abandon the effort. Of course, he did not acknowledge his role in destroying that effort. To me, it showed what the founding fathers warned us about vain and aspiring men.
But that is not the point. The man who requested for me to set up the first meeting also attended the final meeting. He relayed to the meeting how one of his relatives was in law enforcement and that he had asked this relative to investigate my federal records. His relative came back and told him that I should be kept at a distance due to my “federal” file. As 3o angry pairs of eyes glared at me for being an issue with the government, I had a simple reply. If any of the so called patriot leaders in that room were not on a government watch list, then they were not doing their job.
Which brings me to my original response: Well, duh.
Why do you think I watch over the comments on NC Renegades? Of course the government watches over me and operational security has limited my ability to “help” on a larger scale. However, I know something that they do not: God is in control, not traitors.
Why do you think people who speak the truth are marginalized in the comments? Did you know that I heard …. is nothing more than trolls attacking the truth. This is why meeting people face to face to mandatory. This is why I limit social contact with people I do not know. This is why I appear to be gruff to people close to me who do not practice operational security.
This is not a game. War is here and our lives are expendable to them. I often imagine how much further we would be if egos were replaced by a firm reliance in Divine Providence. To put this into perspective, the man who made this comment is my oldest acquaintance (we met when we were five years old). If you another example, watch (or rewatch) the Tucker episode 61 where the federal government infiltrated and orchestrated people into an “insurrection” with over 200 FBI agents.
