SBF of the FTX political funding scandal is about to be deader than a doornail if they have their way.

The man was set to testify tomorrow before the House Financial Services Committee, and now has suddenly been apprehended by police in the Bahamas at the request of the US Gov’s SDNY office.

This means that he will be held in the Bahamas until a formal extradition request is made to transfer, and will eliminate his testimony before the GOP from taking place.
This should be illegal, and is in fact illegal to infringe upon a witness in a crime or suspect in a crime from appearing before congress by abuse of law.

As amended by the Victim and Witness Protection Act of 1982, the prohibitions contained in 18 U.S.C. § 1505 are limited to: (1) obstructions of process issued under the Antitrust Civil Process Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1311-14, and under that section’s omnibus clause, and (2) obstructions pertaining to pending proceedings before Congress and Federal departments and agencies. Tampering with witnesses and retaliating against witnesses and parties in connection with administrative or legislative proceedings are offenses now covered by 18 U.S.C. §§ 1512 (tampering) and 1513 (retaliation).

Effectively, Attempting to use the law to obstruct the law and prevent witness testimony, is in fact a violation of the law.

Will anyone hold them accountable before SBF ends up on ice, is the only question.

The White House rebuked Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s recent comments about the Jan. 6, 2021, insurrection on Monday, calling her remarks a “slap in the face” to law enforcement and the people who died in connection with the attack.

Speaking at the New York Young Republican Club’s gala on Saturday night, the Georgia Republican referenced allegations that she had been involved in the planning of the Jan. 6 assault on the U.S. Capitol by supporters of then-President Donald Trump.

“I will tell you something, if Steve Bannon and I organized that, we would have won,” Greene said to cheers and applause. “Not to mention, it would have been armed.”

I have a message for the illegal pResident concerning your White House statement of Rep. Greene’s recent comments: she is correct. As for the White House rebuke calling her remarks a “slap in the face” to law enforcement, you could not be more wrong. To call FBI provocateurs and Capitol police “law enforcement” is a slap in the face to Americans: they were and still are nothing more than jack booted thugs.

As for the people who died on January 6th, the American people know that both were murdered by the Capitol police. I pray to our Lord that they and you will face justice here on earth. I pray to our Lord that your time in Hell will last an eternity for the evil that you caused.

And Rep. Greene is also correct: an act protesting the validation of an illegitimate election is not an insurrection. Americans who are willing to go to Washington, D.C. and hold traitors accountable will be armed. And it will not be an insurrection: it will be a restoration of Liberty.

I am actually becoming hopeful that the truth is coming out and that the pain that Americans are and will be enduring becomes the impetus to restore the Republic.

Opening Statement of the Petition

Starting from the 2^nd paragraph, the petition reads [emphasis ours]:

“This case uncovers a serious national security breach that is unique and is of first impression, and due to the serious nature of this case it involves the possible removal of a sitting President and Vice President of the United States along with members of the United States Congress, while deeming them unfit from ever holding office under Federal, State, County or local Governments found within the United States of America, and at the same time the trial court also has the authority, to be validated by this Court, to authorize the swearing in of the legal and rightful heirs for President and Vice President of the United States.

“In addition there are two doctrines that conflict with each other found in this case affecting every court in this country. These doctrines are known as the doctrine of equitable maxim and the doctrine of the object principle of justice. Equitable maxim created by this court, which the lower court used to dismiss this case, sets in direct violation of the object principle of justice also partially created by this Court and supported by other appeal courts and constitutional provisions.

“These conflicts call for the supervisory power of this Court to resolve these conflicts, which has not, but should be, settled by this Court without delay.”

The ensuing five (5) pages lists the names of the “Parties to the Proceedings,” all 388 of them in the U.S. Congress, the Senate, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and former Vice President Michael Pence.
