America, Meet Your New Dictator-In-Chief: The President’s Secret, Unchecked Powers
The problem, of course, is that we have become a nation in a permanent state of emergency.
Power-hungry and lawless, the government has weaponized one national crisis after another in order to expand its powers and justify all manner of government tyranny in the so-called name of national security.
The seeds of this present madness were sown almost two decades ago when George W. Bush stealthily issued two presidential directives that granted the president the power to unilaterally declare a national emergency, which is loosely defined as “any incident, regardless of location, that results in extraordinary levels of mass casualties, damage, or disruption severely affecting the U.S. population, infrastructure, environment, economy, or government functions.”
Comprising the country’s Continuity of Government (COG) plan, these directives (National Security Presidential Directive 51 and Homeland Security Presidential Directive 20) provide a skeletal outline of the actions the president will take in the event of a “national emergency.”
Just what sort of actions the president will take once he declares a national emergency can barely be discerned from the barebones directives. However, one thing is clear: in the event of a national emergency, the COG directives give unchecked executive, legislative and judicial power to the president.
The country would then be subjected to martial law by default, and the Constitution and the Bill of Rights would be suspended.
Essentially, the president would become a dictator for life.
It has happened already.

Urgent Blast Alert against North Carolina Meckler’s COS & Term Limits—in Second Chamber!
| North Carolina Senate The Short Session of the North Carolina General Assembly began on May 18, 2022, which was one day after Primary Election Day. The leaders of the NC House and Senate have stated that they will try to end the Short Session by July 1. Meckler’s so-called “Convention of States” Project (“COS”) and US Term Limits applications, asking Congress to call a convention under Article V, passed the North Carolina House in May, 2021 and March, 2021 respectively. Each was immediately sent over to the Senate Rules and Operations Committee which must approve any bill or resolution that comes to the Senate from the House. The Rules and Operations committee can send one or both applications immediately to the Senate Floor for a vote, or they can hold them up indefinitely—even to the point that they never get to the floor for a vote before the end of the Session and DIE. So, anything can happen! Meckler’s “COS” has scheduled a rally for June 8, and their rallies sometimes coincide with hearings or floor debates. We need to get in front of this, and educate the North Carolina Senators. Let’s go get ’em! |
| The Legislation Here are the applications we oppose in the North Carolina Senate: HJR 233 (Meckler’s “COS”): pending in the Senate Rules and Operations Committee. May be scheduled for a hearing or floor vote at any time!! HJR 172 (Term Limits): pending in the Senate Rules and Operations Committee. May be scheduled for a hearing or floor vote at any time!! |
Talking Points: Here are some talking points that you can select from for a letter or write your own: “States have no Power to Control Delegates to an Article V Convention” (flyer) shows that those who promise that State Legislators will select and control the Delegates are making stuff up! Delegates have the self-evident Right “to alter or to abolish” the existing state & federal governments. Thus no one has power over Delegates. “Dark Money—Not the Grassroots—Is Behind the Convention of States Organizations (COS)” proves that almost 2/3 of the money driving COS’s effort to apply to Congress for a constitutional convention under Article V of the US Constitution, is coming from major donors giving COS $5,000 to $2,000,000 over the latest 3 years of reporting available. Why are multi-millionaires and billionaires trying to get their hands on our Constitution? The “Phony Petitions & Polls“ flyer describes how the Convention of States Project (COS) showcases unverified data to deceive legislators into believing their constituents are demanding a “convention of states” in order to influence legislators’ votes. But as the flyer shows, Meckler can’t guarantee his signatures are valid. The “Brilliant Men” flyer shows that James Madison, Alexander Hamilton, four US Supreme Court Justices, and other jurists and scholars warned that Delegates to an Article V convention can’t be controlled. For Republicans Only: “An Article V Convention Made Easy” shows why Delegates to an Article V Convention have the power to throw off the Constitution we have and set up a new one, with a new and easier mode of ratification. And COS board member Robert P. George has co-drafted a new constitution which grants massive powers to the fed gov’t & imposes gun control with red flag confiscations! |
Your Letter: Please write all 50 North Carolina Senators and let them know why they should Vote “No” on HJR 233, HJR 172, SB 414, and any other applications asking Congress to call an Article V convention. Copy the addresses below as a block into “BCC,” and copy your own address into the “To” box; and place the bill#s & description, e.g. Art. V convention, and perhaps something catchy on the subject line. Then Scroll for the Democrats. Senate Republicans (28)—Dear Senator (If you’re a Republican or conservative, tell the Republicans so): Ted.Alexander@ncleg.gov, Deanna.Ballard@ncleg.gov, Lisa.Barnes@ncleg.gov, Phil.Berger@ncleg.gov, Danny.Britt@ncleg.gov, Jim.Burgin@ncleg.gov, Kevin.Corbin@ncleg.gov, David.Craven@ncleg.gov, Warren.Daniel@ncleg.gov, Chuck.Edwards@ncleg.gov, Carl.Ford@ncleg.gov, Amy.Galey@ncleg.gov, Kathy.Harrington@ncleg.gov, Ralph.Hise@ncleg.gov, Brent.Jackson@ncleg.gov, Steve.Jarvis@ncleg.gov, Todd.Johnson@ncleg.gov, Joyce.Krawiec@ncleg.gov, Michael.Lazzara@ncleg.gov, Michael.Lee@ncleg.gov, Tom.McInnis@ncleg.gov, Paul.Newton@ncleg.gov, Jim.Perry@ncleg.gov, Dean.Proctor@ncleg.gov, Bill.Rabon@ncleg.gov, Norman.Sanderson@ncleg.gov, Vickie.Sawyer@ncleg.gov, Bob.Steinburg@ncleg.gov, |
| Now for the Democrats Info from the first 4 flyers under “Talking Points” should work for Democrats as well. Or Democrats should relate to your quoting or rephrasing an idea from one of the following links: Democrats Only: In his Issue Brief, “A Dangerous Adventure: No Safeguards Would Protect Basic Liberties from an Article V Convention,” Georgetown Law Professor David A. Super writes: “Previous attempts to convene an Article V convention have faltered when voters and state legislators focused on the danger of a runaway convention: a convention that heeded special interests’ urgings to disregard the purposes for which the convention ostensibly was called and threatened basic liberties… None of the supposed “safeguards” touted by convention proponents withstand serious examination.” (pg. 5) Or: “Nothing about the idea of a “Convention for proposing Amendments,” as provided for in Article V, limits the scope of the convention in any way. It is common in Congress and many state legislatures for the second chamber to consider a piece of legislation to “amend” the first chamber’s bill by striking everything after the enacting clause and inserting an entirely new bill. A similar approach in an Article V convention – an amendment that rewrites everything after the preamble – would do nothing to preserve the rights and liberties that the current U.S. Constitution protects… ” (pg. 7) Or: Or you might quote from Chief Justice Warren Burger’s LETTER to Phyllis Schlafly dated June 22, 1988: “…[T]here is no effective way to limit or muzzle the actions of a Constitutional Convention. The Convention could make its own rules and set its own agenda… After a Convention is convened, it will be too late to stop the Convention if we don’t like its agenda…” |
Senate Democrats (22)—Dear Senator: Sydney.Batch@ncleg.gov, Ernestine.Bazemore@ncleg.gov, Dan.Blue@ncleg.gov, Jay.Chaudhuri@ncleg.gov, Ben.Clark@ncleg.gov, Sarah.Crawford@ncleg.gov, Don.Davis@ncleg.gov, Kirk.deViere@ncleg.gov, Toby.Fitch@ncleg.gov, Valerie.Foushee@ncleg.gov, Michael.Garrett@ncleg.gov, Jeff.Jackson@ncleg.gov, Paul.Lowe@ncleg.gov, Natasha.Marcus@ncleg.gov, Julie.Mayfield@ncleg.gov, Mujtaba.Mohammed@ncleg.gov, Natalie.Murdock@ncleg.gov, Wiley.Nickel@ncleg.gov, Gladys.Robinson@ncleg.gov, DeAndrea.Salvador@ncleg.gov, Joyce.Waddell@ncleg.gov, Mike.Woodard@ncleg.gov, Thank you for defending our Constitution! |

Time Is Running Out. It’s Time To Quit Letting The Fear Of The Unknown Control Our Lives.
I have to be honest with you. I didn’t know anything about the Sussman trial that was going on until the headline popped yesterday and everyone lost their minds over him being found not guilty. I just laughed and laughed, hence my shocked face post yesterday. There is no justice system in our country. There is only Rules for Thee not for Me. There is only one way justice is going to be restored and served in our once great country, we will have to do it ourselves.
Revolution now is what is needed. What other options do we have? We are being slapped in the face daily with these evil people’s lawlessness. Yet we do nothing. Our founding fathers left strict instructions for us and what we should do, should our form of government ever become tyrannical. Yet we refuse to act.
How do we begin? I’ve been ready to stand. I just don’t want to go it alone. Nobody does. Would anyone have my back? Would anyone go with me? Apathy. The vast majority of Americans lack interest, enthusiasm, or concern for what our government is doing. For too long now, we the American people have played politics with our principles and turned a blind eye to all manner of wrongdoing when it was politically expedient, allowing Congress, the White House and the Judiciary to wreak havoc with our freedoms and act in violation of the rule of law. We allow them to continue to smirk at us as they flaunt their violations of the Rule of Law on a daily basis.
We are going to pay a heavy price for our inaction. TPTB have broken the contract with We the People. Our constitution no longer means anything.
They need us disarmed in order to carry out their wet dream of a Communist Utopia. I think we’ll have a “mass shooting” every week now until they can get their gun confiscation laws rammed through. Which I hope they pass every crazy bill they want. Everyone that complied with wearing a mask everywhere during the past two years I’m sure will comply with turning in their “evil assault rifles.”
We are no longer governed by the Rule of Law. Which means it is now the time for survival of the fittest. Are you just going to adapt to the “new normal”? Or are you going to fight to restore Liberty? Are you just going to continue to vote at the problem? I can promise you, these evil people that have stolen our country will never give up their power and allow your votes to be acknowledged.
It’s time to quit letting the fear of the unknown control our lives. If we would all just stand together we could be unstoppable and restore Liberty for the future generations.
Time is running out., but it’s not too late. It’s time to decide to be proactive and fight back against this evil we are faced with.

Questions and Answers

To say that current events are ‘messy’ today would be the height of understatement. Everyday the headlines blare at us some new set of contradictory data points convincing us of some lie that serves someone’s purpose. No matter how hard we try to keep up with things, cutting out the extraneous to find the nuggets of signal from the jungle of noise is more than a full-time job. Those that always claim the moral high ground, who are always “the goodies!” are those without limits on their behavior. As the great H.L. Mencken proclaimed nearly 70 years ago:
The urge to save humanity is almost always only a false-face for the urge to rule it. Power is what all messiahs really seek: not the chance to serve. This is true even of the pious brethren who carry the gospel to foreign parts.
This is the context in which we have to ask that question, “What will they do?” Of course, the answer is, “Whatever they have to.”
And the scary part for all of us should be realizing that not only is there no single set of outcomes here where everyone is maximized, there isn’t even a ‘win/lose,’ condition here. There are only losers, us.
What I fear more than anything else, what I see from too many people analyzing the intersection of geopolitics, markets and ideology, is complacency.
I’ve been telling you for a year that no one is asking the right questions about what the Fed is willing to do, not just to save itself, but possibly the much larger goal of breaking the people who are intentionally breaking the world for their benefit.
Too many can’t get past the budget or tax receipt numbers. The bond markets? Stocks? The Fed couldn’t possibly burn all of that down, could they? Those unwilling to ask that question seriously are those that keep looking away from the Abyss because the Abyss stares back.
They refuse to contemplate what happens when the board state is so screwed up, when the Jenga tower that fragile, that the only winning move is to nudge the table and watch it all come crashing down.
The Fed has looked into this Abyss in the past and they’ve always shied away, but that was when there was still time. But Davos has pushed us to the brink of societal collapse across the West, it has refused to even contemplate they are the Abyss and because of that the Fed may be staring at the heroic choice of jumping in and letting us pick up the pieces.
The question I have for you then is simple, “What are you prepared to become if that happens?”
At this point, all I can do is hope that the Fed does upset the chess board. I see no other way to salvage the West short of that, or the Russians destroying the globalists.

Paul Pelosi charged with possession of child porn
UPDATE: yes this is satire. Notice that no commentary was added to the original article. Thanks for the comments.
Paul Pelosi is in serious trouble and could face many years in prison.
Paul Pelosi, the 82-year-old husband of U.S. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, was re-arrested this weekend for possession of child pornography and crack cocaine. The MSM reported on the first arrest, but not the second arrest.
Sources indicate Pelosi paid off the prosecutor’s office to keep the second arrest “off-the-books.”

Reckoning With Insanity, Part One, by Robert Gore
The time many people will have to grasp the insanity of the Russian situation may be measured in microseconds.
What they fear the most is you, thinking for yourself. Within those three words are two implicit concepts. Thinking is the fundamental essential for human existence. It can be hard work, but nobody will disparage it on that basis. Attacks on thought, and there have been many, tend to be more subtle.
The for yourself is more problematic. For one thing, it sounds selfish. Nowadays you can present yourself as damn near any kind of humanitarian, even when you’re carrying all sorts of obviously hypocritical baggage, and you’ll go unchallenged. State that your first concern is your own welfare, not the common good or the public interest, and most people will mentally consign you to the ninth circle of hell. Sixty-five years after publication, Atlas Shrugged, Ayn Rand’s tribute to the self-interested mind, is still denounced. Soon it will be banned in those jurisdictions that have not already done so.
