Today the second attempt to impeach President Trump officially began. The Democrats began narrating and trying to convince the Senate that President Trump was responsible for the storm on Capitol Hill. They didn’t just showcase video, schematics, audio, and pictures – they took it another step further. It is a shameless demonstration of power hungry treasonous democrats conspiring with Twitter to impeach a “former” duly elected President.

An impeachment trial is a judicial process. People take oaths when testifying and evidence is presented. False statement are considered a crime and therefore FABRICATED EVIDENCE is a crime in itself!

If you didn’t believe Biden was willing to kill people for political purposes, including with bull****, non-science mask orders and shutdowns in the energy industry, which as with Carter are designed to destroy jobs and lives (and which will ultimately double your electric bill, as Germany discovered) now we have this:

President Biden had promised during the campaign to abolish the licensing requirement, known as the “X-waiver,” which President Trump’s Department of Health and Human Services moved to nix a week before he left office. After France eliminated a similar regulation, the number of patients receiving buprenorphine increased tenfold, and opioid overdose deaths dropped by 80% in four years. Yet to the astonishment of the medical community, the Biden administration abruptly reversed the change on Jan. 27, arguing it didn’t pass legal muster and the White House budget office hadn’t signed off.

What’s being discussed here is an enhanced licensing requirement for physicians to prescribe a particular drug for the treatment of opioid addiction.  Unlike prescribing opioids for pain, which just requires that you be an MD, to prescribe this you had to have a specific license and additional training.

“Last week, CNN was tactically baffled by a simple question that grows stranger by the day: Why are investigators struggling to build a murder case in the death of US Capitol Police Officer Sicknick?

The stakes are high: Officer Sicknick’s death is the only purported death by a largely tourist crowd that was let into the building by police, stayed inside the velvet ropes, seemed at least partly there out of confusion, for social media clout, or just for the memes, and that even the New York Times conceded caused limited property damage…

…Law enforcement officials now tell CNN that there was no fire extinguisher blow, no bloody gash, and no blunt force trauma to Sicknick’s body when he died.

Not only that, but it is increasingly unclear when, where and if Sicknick was even rushed to the hospital. 

As it turns out, multiple hours after the protest had already concluded, Sicknick texted his own brother Ken that very night he was basically fine, other than being “pepper sprayed twice,” confirming he was safe and “in good shape.”

Then, an odd thing happened. The next afternoon, the Sicknick family began getting phone calls that Officer Brian Sicknick had been declared dead. The phone calls didn’t come from the hospital. They didn’t come from the treating physicians. They didn’t come from the US Capitol Police, or the FBI, or the DOJ.”

A proposed bill in North Dakota would allow the state to ignore any executive orders handed down from President Joe Biden if said orders don’t jibe with the Constitution.

House Bill 1164, submitted by Republican State Rep. Tom Kading, reads:

The legislative management may review any executive order issued by the president of the United States which has not been affirmed by a vote of the Congress of the United States and signed into law as prescribed by the Constitution of the United States and recommend to the attorney general and the governor that the executive order be further reviewed. Upon recommendation from the legislative management, the attorney general shall review the executive order to determine the constitutionality of the order and whether the state should seek an exemption from the application of the order or seek to have the order declared to be an unconstitutional exercise of legislative authority by the president.

In other words, if Biden issues an executive order, the state’s attorney general may review the order to determine if it complies with the Constitution. From there, the state will determine if they should seek exemption from the order or challenge the order on constitutional grounds.

My Fellow Americans,

I want to apologize to all Americans for my actions. It was not my intent to take the office of the Presidency of the United States fraudulently. It was never my intent to become a pariah who must be guarded 24 hours a day for my own “protection”. And it was never my intent to militarize our nation’s Capital against its own citizens.

I will not detail the magnitude of the corruption which has overthrown our government. Power and greed are powerful motivators when people have no moral basis. I can no longer be the President of this great nation under false pretenses and hope that my resignation will begin a healing process under the auspices of the rightful Presidency of Donald Trump.

It’s frustrating. The world is laughing at us Americans. Here we are, armed to the teeth, larger than any army in the world, and we have allowed our country to be stolen from us. We have allowed the Communist to just do as they please. And all we do is sit and stew in silence.

People keep asking, “What can we do? Is there a plan?” I don’t know the answer to those questions. I would have never imagined that we would have allowed things to get as bad as they are. It seems as though the real enemy of liberty is the average American. Our complacency and attitude of just wanting to be left alone has gotten us into this situation we find ourselves in.

People have suggested that we need to make sure the local Sheriff is on our side and will not enforce any un-constitutional laws. Well that’s all fine and dandy, but when the law no longer matters and is irrelevant, what difference is that going to make? You see the law is now whatever they say it is, to fit the needs of the Communist who now run our country. And are you going to vote in a new Sheriff if he isn’t a constitutional patriot? Now that voting has been proven to be a sham. Why would even vote ever again and participate in this illusion of a Republic?

The United States of America is dead. It no longer exists. We are now ruled by Communist. You best get your mind wrapped around that. You only have the illusion of freedom as long as you do as you are told and be a good little peasant. If you are here reading this, you are an enemy of the state. Sooner or later they will come for you and decisions will have to be made. These Communist hate us, they hate everything we stand for. They aim to eradicate us. They don’t even hide their intentions anymore, they tell us on the mainstream media what they intend to do. Are you listening? If you think you can just be silent and obedient and they will leave you alone, you best think again. These people hate you and they are out to replace you. They want everything that we stand for GONE!

So what are we to do? I don’t know. Our side lacks organization, always has, and it seems we always will. Everyone on our side seems to always be the smartest person in the room and it’s always their way or no way. I don’t know how we get around that.

I understand everyone wants peace, but we are not going to take our Republic back by remaining pacifist. There can be no peace as long as our country remains in control of those who falsely gained control. The road to peace is not one paved by passivity. Communist and tyrants don’t typically step down because they are ignored. In fact being ignored often fuels them, allowing them to commit atrocities unfettered. They have plans for us, they are telling us what they intend to do with those of us who don’t think like they do.

I don’t know what we Americans, we Patriots should do. I do know that you can’t remain silent. Our founders were willing to die for the rights espoused in the Declaration they crafted and signed at their own peril. Our founders were called traitors and radicals, no worse than what we are being called today. When it comes down to it, many Americans simply don’t have the spine or fortitude to stand up and fight, even with FREEDOM on the line.  Our children and grandchildren deserve better from us. What will you say when they ask what you did to take back our country from the Communist?

The goal of these mendacious totalitarians is to provoke Trump supporters into a violent response, so they can usher in their Domestic Terrorism Act (Patriot Act 2.0) and implement a modern-day techno gulag solution. We cannot take the bait. It is time to arrange our affairs in such a way that denies the State their claimed piece of your pie, while doing so in such a way the State does not scrutinize your “unlawful” acts. Ignoring ridiculous decrees, demands, and laws are the duty of every right-thinking American.
