Nucleic acid testing (NAT) technologies that use polymerase chain reaction (PCR) for detection of SARS-CoV-2

Purpose of this notice: clarify information previously provided by WHO. This notice supersedes WHO Information Notice for In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Device (IVD) Users 2020/05 version 1, issued 14 December 2020.

Description of the problem: WHO requests users to follow the instructions for use (IFU) when interpreting results for specimens tested using PCR methodology.  

Users of IVDs must read and follow the IFU carefully to determine if manual adjustment of the PCR positivity threshold is recommended by the manufacturer.

WHO guidance Diagnostic testing for SARS-CoV-2 states that careful interpretation of weak positive results is needed. The cycle threshold (Ct) needed to detect virus is inversely proportional to the patient’s viral load. Where test results do not correspond with the clinical presentation, a new specimen should be taken and retested using the same or different NAT technology.

WHO reminds IVD users that disease prevalence alters the predictive value of test results; as disease prevalence decreases, the risk of false positive increases. This means that the probability that a person who has a positive result (SARS-CoV-2 detected) is truly infected with SARS-CoV-2 decreases as prevalence decreases, irrespective of the claimed specificity.

Most PCR assays are indicated as an aid for diagnosis, therefore, health care providers must consider any result in combination with timing of sampling, specimen type, assay specifics, clinical observations, patient history, confirmed status of any contacts, and epidemiological information.

What does this mean? PCR testing was done with a high cycle threshold in order to ensure a high number of false positives. This misinformation was used to discredit President Trump’s policy for COVID-19, collapse the economy and destroy the middle class.

When Joe Biden was coronated on January 20th, the truth was revealed by WHO, false positives by PCR testing will be “corrected” and the COVID case numbers will drop. Joe Biden will be credited for saving the country from the pandemic and the middle class will be able to go back to work to finance the Communist regime in Washington, D.C.

The National Guard turned their back to the Biden motorcade as it went to the Capitol for the inauguration. I cannot imagine Joe Biden having any event where regular people would have access to attend. Then again, that is only one of the prices to be paid when you usurp power from the people.

In order for a movement to be successful, you need to have credibility based on a track record. People like to join and support a winning team; especially when they have been beaten down with no hope. The majority of Americans have been trampled underfoot by Communism as they waited for a winning strategy that never happened.

Here is a suggestion for a strategy that I think will be successful against this illegal regime. Whenever a portion of any border wall is to be taken down, go out, lock arms and peacefully refuse to move. This may require some surveillance but I believe there are still good Americans who can provide advance warnings to us within the system. Remember that the goal is to build momentum by setting goals that can be met. When people see success, they will come and you can set higher goals. Never set a goal to high that it will fail. We are in the long game now and the enemy is scared of us.

This may be a simple start but we must do something because submitting to tyranny is not an option. Feel free to offer other suggestions in the comments because resistance is not futile.

Jan 14, 2021 – One week after Dr. Paul Marik and Dr. Pierre Kory – founding members of the Front Line Covid-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC) – along with Dr. Andrew Hill, researcher and consultant to the World Health Organization (WHO), presented their data before the NIH Treatment Guidelines Panel, the NIH has upgraded their recommen­da­tion and now considers Ivermectin an option for use in COVID-19.

Their recommendation has now been upgraded to the same level as those for widely used monoclonal antibodies & convalescent plasma, which is a “neither for nor against” recommen­da­tion. The significance of this change is that the NIH has decided to no longer recommend against the use of ivermectin in the treatment of COVID-19 by the nation’s health care providers. A consequence of this change is that ivermectin has now been made a clear therapeutic option for patients.

Liberty, black-letter law, and any pretense of political freedom be damned, and Devil take the hindmost.

Your postulant political pretenders have paid only lip service to legitimacy, pretending that having someone in the score booth dial up the points on the scoreboard is the same thing as having won the game on the field. All the rulebooks, referees, and officials, have been too weak, wobbling, and quisling to step in and do their jobs, to undo such slithering duplicity and obvious theft, of an election, and an entire nation, in plain sight.

They have, rather, joined hands with it, welcomed it, and done everything in their power to usher it in, at every level of the process, and at every turn in the road.

There are and must be irrevocable consequences to those acts and deeds.

There is therefore, and imminently, no more rule of law in this country, and no more social contract between governed and the current sham of a government. It is one thing to ask for, and receive a majority, or even a plurality, of consent of the governed, and proceed to rule.

It is another thing entirely to fill out the ballots of imaginary people, by the million, and manufacture imaginary consent on a nationwide scale, and then act as though that consent was ever given. It has not been any such thing.

Glenn Beck said yesterday that we have to come together and support the Biden presidency. How can we support the new country’s government if we do not know the rules? What do we know or have been promised under a Biden administration:

1. Free speech is not allowed.
2. We will wear masks for 100 days.
3. Trump will be impeached to ensure that he will not be able to hold elected office in the future.
4. Taxes will be raised.
5. Right-wing organizations like Oath Keepers and the Proud Boys will be classified as terrorist groups.
6. Firearms, ammunition, magazines and plates will be regulated in violation of the 2nd amendment.
7. The possibility of a 911 type commission to investigate the Trump administration’s illegal activities.
8. The cessation of all Congressional investigations of the Deep State.
9. No investigation of illegal votes or foreign interference in the 2020 election as outlined in the DNI report.
10. Increasing the size of the Supreme Court to “validate” the new government.

WASHINGTON, D.C.—President-elect Joe Biden will be inaugurated this week, and due to his incredible popularity with the American people, he will be inaugurated in a top-secret location behind a massive 12-foot wall guarded by 30,000 soldiers. 

“The reason President-elect Biden has to do this is that he’s just so incredibly popular,” said Don Lemon on CNN. “He has so many rabid fans that they might try to rush the stage as they’re overcome with enthusiasm and love for Biden who is by far the most beloved candidate who has ever run for President.”

In addition to the 12-foot electric fence topped with razor wire and the 30,000 heavily armed soldiers who have been vetted as Democrats, there will be flying drones programmed to target MAGA hats, a platoon of ninjas, and a moat filled with crocodiles dug all the way around the Capitol Building and White House. 

Biden will then be escorted to a secret underground bunker patrolled by attack choppers where he will give the oath of office in a dark concrete room with all the recording equipment turned off.

“This is a slight break in tradition but it’s necessary because Biden is just so incredibly popular and loved by the people,” said Nancy Pelosi.

Sources say that Biden will be brought to an undisclosed location after the inauguration to live out his remaining days peacefully until Kamala Harris’s inauguration next week.

The reality is the traitors did not want to show the national mall with few people coming to a Biden inauguration even if Washington, D.C. was not an armed camp. We all saw the crowds at Trump rallies vs. the small attendance at the few Biden rallies.

A sad ending for the Great Experiment. I believe people are able to govern themselves as our forefathers believed if:

1. The church had done their responsibility to produce moral citizens.
2. People had more faith in God instead of the State.
3. We had public virtue.
4. Communists had not discovered that cancelling our culture was a quick path to its successful overthrow of the government.
5. Domestic enemies in the government would have been arrested for documented crimes.
6. Our educational institutions had not become indoctrination centers.
7. Excessive taxation without representation would have been recognized as a means to fund our downfall.
8. We had not let labels divide us.
9. We cherished our Liberty.
10. We just gave a damn about our children’s future.
