I. IN THIS BATTLE EVIL WILL GATHER ALL ITS AVAILABLE ENERGIES. “Proclaim ye this among the Gentiles; Prepare war, wake up the up.” mighty men, let all the men of war draw near; let them come This is sublime irony. The wicked will collect all their agencies for this last struggle. The prophet intimates that all this shall only render their destruction more complete. Great armies are arrayed against God. They are bold in atheism. They are cunning in sin. They are malicious in temper. But “let them come up,” and they shall be consumed by the breath of the Lord. Evil has many agencies. It has many “mighty men” on its side. They are united in their purpose. Their dormant energies will be awakened. But they cannot be finally victorious.

II. IN THIS BATTLE EVIL WILL TURN MANY USEFUL AGENCIES INTO DESTRUCTIVE INSTRUMENTS. “Beat your ploughshares into swords, and your pruning-hooks into spears: let the weak say, I am strong.” When Isaiah and Micah prophesied of the kingdom of Christ, they said, “Beat your swords into pruning-hooks, and your spears into ploughshares” (Isaiah 2.; Micah 4.). This sentence is now inverted by Joel. The words of Isaiah show the condition of the world under the rule of goodness. The words of Joel show the condition of men under the tyranny of evil. Sin converts the instruments of peace into the implements of war. And in the last great battle between good and evil, many useful principles and institutions will be converted into the means of attack upon truth. The peaceful life and words of Christ have been turned into swords; and eminently will this be the case in the last great conflict with evil.

III. IN THIS BATTLE EVIL WILL PRESENT ITSELF AS NATURALLY READY FOR DESTRUCTION. “Put ye in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe: come, get you down; for the press is full, the fats overflow; for their wickedness is great.” There are here two metaphors, one taken from the harvest, the other from the vintage, — .indicating that sin shall reach its limit. This gives us insight into the method of the Divine government. Sin is not always destroyed in its earliest stage. It remains as a discipline to the world. It tests the patience and moral resistance of the good. The time of its harvest is not yet.

IV. IN THIS BATTLE THE NATURAL AND HELPFUL AGENCIES OF THE UNIVERSE SHALL AID THE DEFEAT OF MORAL EVIL. “The sun and the moon shall be darkened, and the stars shall withdraw their shining.” When the wicked gather for the great battle they will find the ordinary agencies of the universe against them.

First off, I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and had an enjoyable time with your loved ones. I know I did. My house looked like a hurricane blew through it for a couple days with all the kids toys being constantly played with. It was good to have some normalcy of the holidays.

Now, the rest of this article may not go over so well. But there are some things that need to be said.

At 8:20pm last night I got an alert on my phone and was immediately sickened. Trump had caved and signed the stimulus bill. I would say I was disappointed, but really, it didn’t surprise me.

Trump also saying that a separate bill will be coming with more money for the American people is laughable. He should know after four years in the swamp that it will just not happen. That made me laugh out loud. Congress has already stated that they will mostly ignore Trumps post signing demands. The current congress ends in six days. And Trump will be leaving in three weeks. And don’t give me any “buts”. Trump hasn’t done anything but tweet, text, email, and publish YouTube videos to try and overturn this fraud of an election. The whole world knows this election was stolen from Trump, yet he, with all the power in the world, has done nothing to put a stop to the steal.

Time is up. I never thought Trump would keep all those wonderful pledges and promises he made to us the People, but he’s been a disaster beyond imagining in the fact that he hardly kept a one. Yes we got some Supreme Court justices, and exactly what good is that? The democrats will solve that problem in rapid fashion once they have total control of the government. Yes, they will win the Georgia Senate runoff elections rather easily. They have already proven they can steal an election and get away with it. The Senate races will be even easier, mainly because most people are going to refuse to participate and rightfully so.

If Trump isn’t going to act to save the Republic, he needs to get out of the way and quit giving people false hope. Trumpers aren’t going to fight as long as Trump is breathing and saying Trust the Plan. While they’re watching Biden being sworn in on the 20th they’ll STILL convince themselves that “Trump has a plan!”

I don’t know who’s more delusional:

Or

The Cultists who actually thought Trump wouldn’t leave them high and dry the way he’s done with almost every woman he’s ever made a vow to.

And yet the Cult worship will continue – until at least the 6^th of Jan.

Trump’s hubris is his Achilles Heel. He is surrounded by traitors of his own choosing and has seemed to have had ZERO control from the beginning. The Swamp mocks and undermines him the way an unruly class does their substitute teacher. This makes it that much more painful to see the blind faith his Cultists have in his mythical non-existent abilities. And you guys actually thought there was even a chance Trump would invoke the Insurrection Act?

I’ve said it before, It’s put up or shut up time. Giuliani says this week will be shocking as everything will be revealed all at once. Well, we are waiting, but I won’t hold my breath.

If Trump will not act, the people likely will. America will officially be an enemy occupied zone with the swearing in of Joe Biden on the 20^th of Jan. When the rule of law has collapsed and patriots realize they have nothing left to lose, hopefully millions of Americans will consider activating their Second Amendment duty to defeat tyranny and save the republic, even if it means possibly dying in the process.

Sorry to be a little salty this morning. I’m just done. Wake up people! No one is coming to save you! It is all up to us! Prepare for the worst and pray for the best.

A Storm is Coming! Prepare for War, a Civil War!

I have been thinking over the holidays about wars. Historically, wars were fought over religions, ideologies or financial/territorial gain. But the people who fought most wars had a religious foundation in history: both sides felt that God was on their side. The exception has been Communist countries which believe that religion is an impediment to their power and control that must be suppressed and eradicated.

The impending civil war in this country falls along this newer paradigm. The people supporting the Republic believe in the Judeo/Christian religion which was the foundation of the country and its work ethic. The enemy believes in Communism. Our side believes in God and the other side does not. Put another way: one side believes in love and one side believes in hate. If you have a doubt which side is supporting Donald Trump, I suggest you look at the people in attendance at a Trump rally.

“Things coming to a point” has been a central theme of Bruce Charlton’s superb and insightful blogging over the past decade. Dr. Charlton draws the phrase from C.S Lewis’s That Hideous Strength, in which the concept is described in the following manner: 

“If you dip into any college, or school, or parish, or family–anything you like–at a given point in its history, you always find that there was a time before that point when there was more elbow-room and contrasts weren’t quite so sharp; and that there’s going to be a time after that point when there is even less room for indecision and choices are even more momentous. Good is always getting better and bad is always getting worse: the possibilities of even apparent neutrality are always diminishing. The whole thing is sorting itself out all the time, coming to a point, getting sharper and harder.” 

As I mentioned above, Dr. Charlton has been blogging about things coming to a point – about the line separating good and evil becoming increasingly clearer and the space of neutrality between them increasingly diminishing – for years, but his recent observations on the subject suggest the process has ended in 2020.

Put another way, 2020 obliterated the gray area between good and evil. The sharp, hard point that had been building for decades, if not centuries, has finally materialized. Things are no longer coming to a point. In 2020, things have come to a point.
