A new bill headed to Governor Gavin Newsom’s desk would lower penalties for adults who have consensual sex with a minor if the offender is within 10 years of age with the victim.
SB 145 passed in both houses of the State Legislature late Monday evening.
“If signed into law, a 24-year-old could have sexual relations with a 15-year-old child without being required to register as a sex offender,” State Senator Shannon Grove wrote in a tweet.
Under current law, while it is illegal for an adult to have consensual sex with a teenager between 14 and 17 years old, who cannot legally give consent, vaginal intercourse between the two does not require the offender to be listed on the state’s sex offender registry, as long as the offender is within 10 years of age of the minor. Instead, the judge has the discretion to decide, based on the facts of the case, whether the sex offender registration is warranted.
Other forms of intercourse such as oral and anal intercourse require sex offender registration.

The bill was sponsored by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. During an August press conference, Deputy District Attorney Bradley McCartt recounted a case in which a mother was upset that her 17-year-old daughter was in a relationship with a high school basketball teammate and pressed charges against her daughter’s 18-year-old girlfriend, the San Francisco Chronicle reported. McCartt was able to prevent the prosecution. However, he said that if others were more willing to prosecute the case, the girlfriend would have been placed on the sex offender registry for life if convicted.
Michigan Insists It Wasn’t Hacked As Data From State Voter Rolls Turns Up On Russian Forum
Here’s yet another story of critical national security import that has been, unsurprisingly, played down by the mainstream media. Michigan’s Department of State denied on Tuesday it had been the victim of a data breach after voter information that was clearly stolen from somewhere surfaced on a platform used by Russian hackers.
The data was first discovered and shared by GQ correspondent Julia Ioffe. Amusingly, the hackers who “stole” this data managed to use it to win a “reward” from the Trump State Department.
Obviously, somebody screwed up here: Either the data was stolen and the State of Michigan is lying, or this really was a scam, and the hackers managed to successfully take advantage of Democrats’ hysterical demands for ‘evidence’ of more Russian electoral interference.

Remember, Democrats in Congress have persistently played down stories of Russian election meddling that occurred during the closing months of President Obama’s term. Why? Because it shows that Obama dropped the ball when it came to defending America’s electing infrastructure. Alternatively, it suggests that these types of attacks aren’t important. For Democrats, this is a sophie’s choice: Admitting Obama dropped the ball would reinforce the notion that ‘Russian interference’ wasn’t a problem until Trump won the election and Dems needed a narrative to explain away his victory as anything other than ‘winning a fair, free and open election’.
People supporting the rule of law, the Republic and morality will never accept a Joe Biden presidency. The exposure of voter fraud and social media manipulation will never validate a Democrat “victory”. People supporting the Democrat led Communist insurgency will never accept a Donald Trump reelection. Civil War is coming. If you want to debate this simple eventuality, first answer why people are not able to buy ammunition.

Too many votes in 37% of Detroit’s precincts

Voting machines in more than one-third of all Detroit precincts registered more votes than they should have during last month’s presidential election, according to Wayne County records prepared at the request of The Detroit News.
Detailed reports from the office of Wayne County Clerk Cathy Garrett show optical scanners at 248 of the city’s 662 precincts, or 37 percent, tabulated more ballots than the number of voters tallied by workers in the poll books. Voting irregularities in Detroit have spurred plans for an audit by Michigan Secretary of State Ruth Johnson’s office, Elections Director Chris Thomas said Monday.
One top Democratic operative took it upon himself to whistleblow on the fraudulent practices of voting, especially with mail-in ballots. Speaking on condition of anonymity because of his own criminal activities participating in voter fraud, the Democratic operative sought out New York Post reporter Jon Levine to explain it all.
Levine’s article published over the weekend was titled, “Confessions of voter fraud: I was a master at fixing mail-in ballots.” A “top Democratic operative says voter fraud, especially with mail-in ballots, is no myth. And he knows This because he’s been doing it, on a grand scale, for decades” writes Levine. The anonymous operative admitted, “this is a real thing…and there is going to be a f-king war coming November 3rd over this stuff” but admits “if they knew how the sausage was made, they could fix it.”
Operative trick #1: “the ballot has no specific security features – like a stamp or a watermark – so the insider said he would just make his own ballots. ‘I just put [the ballot] through the copy machine and it comes out the same way’ the insider said.” The man admitted, “his dirty work has taken him through the weeds of municipal and federal elections in Paterson, Atlantic City, Camden, Newark, Hoboken and Hudson County and his fingerprints can be found in local legislative, mayoral and congressional races across the Garden State.”
The original Woods file on former campaign advisor Carter Page went missing more than two years ago, and according to sources who spoke to SaraACarter.com, those documents had to be recreated by the FBI and former Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team in 2018 from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Application used by the bureau to obtain the warrant on Page. That FISA was used in part to investigate President Donald Trump’s campaign and the now-debunked theory that it colluded with Russia during the 2016 election, according to several sources, with knowledge, who spoke to this reporter.
The woods file procedure, which was overseen by FBI Supervisory Special Agent Joe Pientka, and ultimately former FBI Deputy Assistant Director Peter Strzok, was used to verify the contents in the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act application that was used to obtain a warrant to spy on Page.
BLM activists’ latest academic target is Baltimore’s Park School, which was founded in 1912 by Jews who were barred entry into the city’s existing private schools. In a letter to the school, an anonymous group identifying itself as the “Black at Park Organizing Collective” calls for “an examination of Park’s history: its inception, early exclusions, culture of whiteness and wealth hoarding, its tolerance of Zionism, and its parasitic relationship to Baltimore City.”
The Collective, which claims to be composed of “recent and distant alumni,” accused the school of promoting “anti-blackness” and “anti-black violence.” It seeks radical changes to the school’s curriculum, admissions, and hiring. The school, they claim, is home to “white supremacist structures and environments of learning, teaching, and community-making,” and Park “has established this culture of anti-blackness as normal and permissible.” The administration, they wrote, must “atone for the deep and painful anti-black violence our black peers have experienced.”
The language in the letter highlights the prevalence of anti-Semitism in Black Lives Matter activism. Across the country, protesters associated with the movement have defaced Jewish institutions, demanded that American Jews denounce Israel, and embraced anti-Semitic Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan, who has condemned American Jews for years.
I took a weeks vacation last week and took the family to the beach to hang out and relax and try and forget about the trouble that is heading our way for just a little bit. One last break before the world goes to hell. After all there are only 62 days until the election. And no, it won’t make a bit of difference who wins, Trump or Biden. Some people will say that it was ill advised to take a break. You have to get your mind right. I tried my best to stay away from the phone and I usually only read the headlines after the kids were asleep for the night.
Who feels almost sick that something terrible is just around the corner? I know I do. It’s nauseating. Most of us have known for many years that the cliff was in sight and now your whole body is screaming that time is up. This is it. The powers that be have decided to make their play. First with the virus and now with the riots. The pressure is building. A bad wind is blowing and we are simply waiting for the pent up aggression, anger, and hatred to be released when the dam bursts.
I watched the CBS evening news last night just to see if they would cover the CDC revising the Covid numbers. They didn’t. For those of you who do not know what I am talking about I’ll provide a link here. But basically the CDC quietly updated the COVID-19 numbers, and only 9,210 Americans died from COVID-19 alone, the rest had underlying or other serious Illnesses. How’s that make you feel? People’s lives, families, businesses, our country have been ruined over this. But let’s take a look at some other figures:
0.011% of the US population under 65 have died of COVID
0.005% of the US population under 55 have died of COVID
0.0009% of the US population under 35 have died of COVID
0.0002% of the US population under 25 have died of COVID
0.00008% of the US population under 15 have died of COVID
And as for the most “high risk” people?
0.23% of the US population over 65 have died of COVID
Was it worth it? All the ruin, was it worth it?
We need to quit letting our government control us with the fear of this virus. It’s time for people to take their lives back, their businesses back and tell the government to piss off. They have no right to do what they are doing to us.
That’s all I’ll say about the virus. Let’s move onto BLM/Antifa.
These Marxist are using some useful idiots to try and overthrow our way of life. This is an insurgency. Local governments and law enforcement are encouraging and providing cover for this to continue. The literal hunting of whites and Trump supporters is now taking place. Why is the Portland Antifa shooter who killed Aaron Danielson, a Trump supporter and member of the conservative group Patriot Prayer, not under arrest? You know why. There is no Rule of Law. And the laws are only being enforced on us law abiding citizens.

Then I am asked, what will we be fighting for? What will be our end goal? Those are some mighty big questions and I am looking forward to hearing what your answers are to those questions. The quick short version of my answers to those questions are, I would like to hang every traitor to the Constitution and our country. To restore the Republic how our Founders intended. To bring back the country, not of my youth, but the country of my Grandfather’s youth. However this can’t be done alone.

An investigation into the riots that have taken place in cities across America would reveal a money trail on the left, Rep. Ken Buck, R-Colo., claimed Monday.
“I suspect there is a common source,” Buck told “Your World” host Neil Cavuto. “I’m not going to speculate on what that common source is, but it’s clear to me.
“The same time the left is talking about defunding the police, the left is talking about funding, in a huge way, these protests,” he said. “They’re coming from all over the country. They are having transportation costs, housing costs, food costs paid for and perhaps salaries and other things. So It’s important to know when you’re dealing with organized crime like this, where the funding is coming from.”
Attorney General Barr issued a statement that he will launch an investigation into the funding sources of the insurrection. Right after he arrests himself for sanctioning the murder of Vicki Weaver.
