Pray for Our Reliance on Divine Providence

It appears that people are standing up and are willing to take the consequences to give our children freedom. Most people are not ready and are unwilling to accept this fate. The tired refrain that “It Is In God’s Hands” has become an excuse for apathy instead of a rallying cry to pick up your sword.

I pray that God gives us enough soldiers to fight the evil that has consumed our government, schools and media. I pray that God gives us the moral courage to let Him provide mercy upon our enemy because vengeance can easily become our downfall when He judges our actions.

God helps those who help themselves, the consequences of doing nothing are far worse. I will stand with my brothers and sisters against this evil satanic cabal.

Until people like Fauci, Pelosi etc start dying…. violently…and in large numbers…nothing will change, nothing will improve and our freedoms will continue to be eroded.

Been saying this for 20 years. Without public hangings, however infrequent, public decency erodes.

The first thing is to realize, God alowed this all to happen to bring ,and wake people up, yes do Pray and keep praying, But yes we are to be armed to defend our country, and family’s and even our neighbors, as Jesus said to arm up in Luke 22:36.

I include young Mr. Kyle Rittenhouse among those who have been taken hostage. May God have mercy and grant us perseverance.

David, your prayer was excellent. I commend you. When things finally go kinetic, and they will, I will stand with you, God willing, and our fellow patriots.

“Those agencies include health departments in Florida, the District of Columbia, Georgia, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oregon, Utah, Virginia, Washington state, and West Virginia.
Last month CDC Director Rochelle Walensky declared firearm-related violence a “public health threat.””

Oh she has no idea if this is true…

My wife and I pray daily for God to bring down his wrath on the evil ones. I’m a willing instrument. Circumstance and opportunity …

I keep praying to God for the power he gave the prophet Elijah. You remember don’t you? He is the one God gave the power to call fire down from heaven. Do not fear; God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost are firmly in control!

I assume sarcasm here? As I see it we only have one oath taker who takes the oath seriously … the Lt Col sitting in the brig.

Yes, many are standing up, speaking out, and putting their “lives, fortunes and sacred honor” on the frontlines. Absolute commendable acts daily occurring.
Some can only do so much. Its understandable for a myriad of reasons. Then there’s those, who when the alarms sound….no excuses…we’ll be there, when needed.

I will provide the lumber for the public gallows . Straight , 140 foot yellow poplar and Ash trees by the hundreds here on my homestead . There’s enough to make plenty of benches with backs so Grandma can sit in comfort for the festivities . An Amish friend [is there such a thing] cuts my stuff for 25 cents a foot .

Jesus Christ said to take up the sword, it is time to do so. The evil has to end.

Take up the sword?
Then Jesus said to hm, “Put your sword back into its place. For all who take the sword will perish by the sword.
I am not a pacifist, but I do recognize the wisdom of the last line of the OP “I pray that God gives us the moral courage to let Him provide mercy upon our enemy because vengeance can easily become our downfall when He judges our actions.”
If the time comes, and it seems to be a-comin’, I will add what I can to an intelligent and principled leader of a resistance group. I’m old (73) so not much use in close combat, but I have a few skills.
But if invited to take place along side bloodthirsty ‘patriots’ I will decline and look elsewhere, for Patriots that are loathe to needlessly kill.
“God helps those that help themselves” is not in the Bible.

I get your reference -- good one! Believe me, I have a sword. And I know how to use it.

A couple of weeks ago our General Baptist pastor preached on Romans 13. Bow the knee to Caesar. After the service I called him aside and privately asked him to elaborate further. What, I asked him, is one to do if the ‘authorities’ are evil and do not work as ‘a minister of God for your good’? He said we are to resist the ungodly. Shame he failed to make that clear in the sermon.

I did not say it was in the Bible, you either serve the world satan or you serve Jesus Christ. You will receive help if you choose the latter. Through out history God has helped those who follow him, look at King David are you calling him a blood thirsty savage? Maybe Hitler should have had his way, without blood thirsty savages stopping him.

We’re on the same side, but I’m trying to deal with a part of the issue.
King David was a murderer when his own lust overcame him -- and his successors paid for it for generations. He was also a man of war when he was following God. In short, he was like most of us to one degree or another.
Can we agree that there is a difference between bloodthirsty killers on one hand, and those who feel they have to kill, but keep themselves from enjoying it as a sport and killing needlessly, on the other?
