This has the potential of an Epic Backfire to the Regime- if they Abuse Texas too much, the Secession Movement may gain enough Traction to actually just even ‘Look’ possible. Imagine the Panic in Mordor on the Potomac if the Texas Legislature even just Takes Up the Issue for Debate.
And if they actually Were to Vote to “Secede”, regardless of how the Feral Government would Declare “Secession” to be “Illegitimate”, most Texans would then see the Feral Government as Illegitimate, and stop dealing with it.
