The Race to the Bottom

The Fetterman selection is everything in a nutshell. I would be ashamed to be a member of the US Senate at this point. Look at the qualifications of one of their newly elected members: John Fetterman. He has never had a real job in his life. His parents supported him. His stroke has left him mentally impaired. Would you feel any pride working at a company where one of the leaders was not only unqualified for the position but mentally unable to do their job?

One the other hand, Pennsylvania also elected a Democrat who had died prior to the election. Dead men tell no tales but they also cannot vote. I understand another lackey will be appointed but no one can justify voting for representation by a dead man or woman.

While this is a good example of why the election process is not a valid path forward, we have not felt enough pain to stand up to tyranny. Even when it is blatantly thrown in our faces.

Voting has consequences. Even when the selected official is brain dead.

What was the alternative to Fetterman?
Oz was selected to win the Republican Primary for that seat. But Oz isn’t even eligible to be a US Senator (Article I, Sec. 3, clause 3, US Constitution); and as far as I know, he still isn’t a US Citizen. He voted in the Turkish election during 2018  https://abcnews.go.com/US/dr-ozs-vote-2018-turkish-election-renews-criticism/story?id=84326742
Oz is a Muslim.
But Trump endorsed Oz before the Republican Primary vote!

Call me old-fashioned but it seems only right that ALL U.S. citizens should be ONLY U.S. citizens–or the appellation “citizen” should be withheld.
Especially applicable to those of us who would wish to hold ANY elected or un-elected office. People need to make a CHOICE, neh?
Old-fashioned, right?

Clearly the globalist left in America do NOT want anyone who capable of actual thought provoking reason. They don’t even want anyone who can string two words together sensibly. What they want are puppets to which they are holding all the strings and the mouths. Biden leads the group but he has a great deal of company.

Six years of this imbecile. An embarrassment. Of course Oz was no political Davy person. Essentially, he was thrown to the dogs to devour.

Here’s a thought. The large population areas like Philadelphia, NY, Illinois and California have chosen to follow the woke mentality. I say, let them. Let these blue lifeless regions of the country rot and die. Allow the rigor mortis to set in. Let the suicidal maniacs finish themselves. Let the sick and dying of the herd cease to infect the rest of us. And to those remnants of freedom who still live there…get out while you can.

I agree with you. Absolutely. Only problem? When they’re broke (more than they are now), who will they turn to? We have a problem with compassion and tolerance in this country … as in too damn much of both. We tolerate woke ideology and what do we get? More of the same. We are compassionate for the downtrodden masses and what do we get? More of the same.
I ran a thought problem by my students when I was teaching in a military academy. I posed the following: There is an African village of 100 souls who are starving. Would you feed them? Kids all said sure, absolutely. I then asked, do you know what people do when they’re well fed? They breed. So now the village is 1,000 souls and they’re starving again. Would you feed them? Same answer. 10,000? Same answer. 100,000? Same answer. So then I asked, what do you do when there are so many that your family is starving because you’ve been so compassionate? They said … stop feeding the village.
My follow up question that left them troubled … would it have been more compassionate to allow 100 to starve or 100,000 plus your own people. Crickets.
Point being, to fix what’s wrong with this society, not just here, but all of Western society, will require ruthlessness that our soft culture is unwilling to employ. Until we are, we’re screwed. Like you, I’d leave the blue hives to rot, but you just know that the folks in rural areas would not let ‘fellow Americans’ starve. We must suffer a lot more pain before we’re ready to deal with the problems effectively … and ruthlessly. You don’t work? You don’t eat. That is Christian, yes?

Good choice of words. Starving and ruthless go together. A starving person will get ruthless unless he is of the highest moral character or is just too weak to act out. Once enough people are ruthless, ruthlessness in self preservation comes to the fore.

I think the PA race was GREAT this year!!!
Two major takeaways:
1. Douche vs. Turd Sandwich (South Park reference) your ‘choices’ were a pro-abortion mooslem globalist, or a stroke victim? Lol! Voat harder!!! Dumbasses…
2. A DEAD GUY, was preferable to all other candidates. If that doesn’t send a message, it sure marks a point for the history books. Dead people have been voting for decades, but winning elections?!

Part of the nation and societies problem is universal voting, now days even non citizens and idiots can vote! I support limits on voting even for citizens.
I think Heinline’s proposition that only vets can vote, is a better solution!

Clearly voting in America is no longer safe or effective, accept for liars and thieves!

Male citizens and property owners only. If you take government money, you’re disqualified. Military vets qualified regardless of property ownership status.

Heinlein would approve, methinks

Read Starship Troopers, the right to vote must be earned through service, and is not given to every homunculus and lackey for being merely able to breathe

What an embarrassment for PA! How low can we go?!! Clearly PA seems beyond hope, in control of Leftist Satanists! And to think PA is a rich part of the beginning of our country! So tragic!

According to Wikipedia, John Fetterman holds two advanced college degrees.
Fetterman is living proof that, especially in these “woke” times, being awarded a college degree(s) doesn’t not necessarily imply that the holder of said degree(s) is either articulate, intelligent, wise, rational or sane.
I almost feel sorry for him. He is now in way over his abilities or head. The rats in the D.C. swamp will devour him like a leftover, half-eaten cheese sandwich.

Fetterman was forced upon PA and America as an in-your-face pronouncement that they will do as they please and there is nothing we can do about it. I believe AZ’s elections were clouded to assure that their boy, the evil Mark Kelley, would be re selected as he is ever and eagerly obedient to their wicked and perverse ends. He was the prized most sought, and his re election is the biggest pock, the biggest slap in the face of all.
