According to the Constitution, only Congress can write laws. However, Congress hasn’t written a law for over 20 years. Lobbyists and certain activists write the laws now. Congress doesn’t even read what they pass. The lobbyists spread around the appropriate amount of money, and it’s done. I may have said this before, it’s over.

It’s been over for quite some time. Both Democrats and Republicans do nothing but fatten their own coffers and bow down to the Deep State as they feed upon the carcass of the long-dead US Republic. I await a Caesar or a Sulla or a Vlad the Impaler.
