Sorry Tucker. You should know by now it would be nothing more than a dog and pony show for all seeking reelection. Investigations are just play acting.
You never know when a small legal precedent may bring down the entire house of cards.
So who is gonna do the investigation? This is like asking Hitler to do checks and balances on Nazis.
Hey Tucker, they’re spying on all of us, have been for a long time. And being though China controls America, they’re probably giving the information to China. Hello FBI/KGB, how’s your day going?
Through third party agreements and other ways, they dont need to spy, or get warrants. Also, FBI has much same capability now as the no such guys. Several states do warrantless collection also. Many private contract companies have incredible collection access and capabilities. So, roundly stating it is No Such without proof is stupid.
They need a warrant. Without a proper warrant, it is not justified. Anything else is criminal and not justified.
Almost forgot. Welcome onboard Tucker. It only took you almost 20 years to worry about this. It has been going on for a long time.
