Excellent video (still watching it – about 1/2 way through). Thank you for posting.

The only thing I can add to this is regarding UVB light… it is essential for the body to produce vitamin D, and you can really only get it from sunlight. The guest indicates about 15 minutes for the IR light to help the mitochondria, and then after then no additional benefit. Same thing with the UVB… the issue with UVB is that more is getting through now than even 10 years ago, because of damage to the ozone layer due to our collapsing magnetic field (no, the collapse is NOT man-made). Too much UVB and you increase the risk of skin cancer, so keeping it at 15 minutes during the time of day that the sun is highest in the sky is advisable simply because of the potential damage to the skin (you can feel it sometimes at high noon because it feels like your skin is burning). Other times of day the risk is almost nonexistent compared to the benefits.

I have been having asthma issues this summer, and I know that if I get outside for a bit every day those issues subside. Beats the hell out of the steroid inhaler.

Careful… according to personal communication with Dane Wigington of geoengineeringwatch.org, approx 70% of the ozone layer is now gone, and not only UVB, but now ALSO UVC (yes, C!) is now reaching the Earth’s surface. Look up Operation Starfish Prime. Stay out of the sun.

Absolutely stunning… It comports 100% with the scientific foundations of our therapy. And, it ties God into it all… as it SHOULD. If you cannot see God in you and the world around you, open your eyes.

There has not been many 2 hour videos that I have watched, I watched it all, and I’m impressed with the content, well done!
