1st Amendment
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
The talking heads are chastising patriots for violence yesterday at the Capitol. They tell us that violence never succeeds in bringing about change.
Let’s regroup and see what avenues are available to the people to “redress our grievances”.
- Freedom of religion. The governments in Democratic controlled states have limited church attendance. They understand the power of the church in our Revolutionary War or the Presbyterian War as it was called in England.
I doubt any God fearing man or woman would consider this country to be moral. For Communism to succeed, religion must be abolished.
The Communist agenda to abolish religion has been very successful.
2. Freedom of speech. COVID quarantines have been very effective at limiting free speech. Even family gatherings are illegal or restricted.
3. Freedom of the press. We have seen the effect of “fake news” on elections and cancel culture. Communists control the printed word, television and the Internet.
4. The right to peaceably assemble. This has been under attack since the beginning of the Obama administration. The definition of “peaceably” is now ideological: Antifa can burn federal buildings and be classified as mostly peaceful. Contrast that with the damage at the Capitol on January 6, 2021.
The right to assemble in Washington, D.C. has been restricted until Joe Biden is inaugurated.
5. Petition the Government for a redress of grievances. Petitions have no impact on Communists:
The time for petitions is over.
6. A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
Biden has outlined how he will restrict the 2nd amendment. This right was necessary to protect the people from government tyranny.
7. Rule of Law. Without the rule of law, we have no Republic. I doubt I need to address our two-tiered justice system or our corrupt judicial branch.
So for the many talking heads who are telling us that violence is not the way forward, what options do we have left to protect the Republic from this Communist coup?
I am waiting for an answer. In the meantime, consider what violence means to BLM and Antifa with absolutely no consequences:

I am not advocating violence. I am advocating that we develop a pathway back to freedom. However, the level of frustration is not being addressed and time is a precious commodity.

I sent several emails this morning to my Reps and Congresscritters asking them to have articles of secession ready in pocket and to join with like minded folks in Texas (I’m in Missouri, God bless Hawley) and we here, where I live, are organized and well padded funds wise. Always looking for benefactors and silent partners….
LOL, I just happen to be re re re re rereading Matt’s books right now. Am on Enemies and Traitors right now. Strange how those words ring so true at the moment.
Matt’s books and Boston T. Party’s Molan Labe fit the bill and situation very well for situational hypothesis and analyzing tactics of course.
We need a leader and true organization. We also must accept that we cannot fight the war the powers that be want us to fight. The powers that be will always have the advantage in a 5th generation info war. The only advantage we have is small arms, thus a partisan war is the only war that would be to American patriot’s advantage. You can never fight a war or a battle and win if it isn’t to your advantage.
We as American patriots will have to choose, accept tyranny or truly resist?

We need leaders in the local community. This is where it has to start. You can be that leader (as well as all of us). The time is well past to wait on someone to save us (or a leader to arise), We must save ourselves.
I know it is hard to find any like minded people, but it must be done. I truly believe there are a lot of people out there that want normal back. They are looking for someone to stand up and start the conversation. I have over heard talking in places I pass through, the time is right to gather people together.
I encourage you to be that person. If you are unlucky and live in a crap hole and are all alone, I would encourage you to move to a place. I am always looking for a good neighbor.

Options are very limited, Time, even more so.
The plans are already in motion to crush us and yesterday only enhanced that because now, they are also very scared. They saw our power, even though that was merely a smidgen of what could happen.
Being scared AND holding the power they do makes them all the more dangerous. They will attempt to show that power as quickly as they have the chance. I would not be surprised to see raids conducted within the next couple of days on the homes of the easiest targets that were in the capitol.
They need some red meat to throw to their base to “protect” them and what better way than making an example of us “terrorist” through the media coverage of our arrests.
As has been said across indy media, they want us dead and gone. What order that comes in does not matter to them.
We will never be stronger than we are now.
Defense only works for so long. At some point, an army can’t just sit and wait for the enemy to come to it. Tactically, at some point it has to go on the offensive or be picked off one by one.
Once the first arrest is made, I would think that time would either have arrived or be very close at hand.
None of us want any of this. It is being thrust upon us by the communist.

An open letter to President Donald J. Trump, Commander in Chief of United States Militias
Dear President Trump,
Someone once wrote “Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country.” That time is now. I want to volunteer my service to your militia. This country is split down the middle on political agenda. The socio-democrats want to suck the money from the republicans and fundamentally change America to socialism (same as communism). This split is so wide now that I fear there will be no reconciliation between parties.
Our Declaration of Independence provides a remedy. It states
“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.”
Our Constitution provides the means to effect the remedy, the 2nd Amendment.

Here is a short autobiography of myself.
I am seventy eight years old. In 2005, I lost vision in my right eye( I can see the big E on chart). That same year, I had both knees replaced ( high grade titanium, still work good). In 2011, I had a heart attack that damaged the left ventricle. It is now pumping at about 40% capacity. The summer of 2019 found me in hospital where I contracted a MRSA infection in both legs and feet. Also, while there, I fell out of the hospital bed and crushed my right wrist so bad that I lost nearly 80% use of that hand.
After numerous surgeries on both legs and feet, I can walk 2-300 yards with the aid of my ATW ( All Terrain Walker). As for the wrist being damaged so bad, I have always been left hand dominant. As for the damaged right eye, I have always been left eye dominant. So, you see, I can still shoot a weapon ( I can knock a flea off a rats ass at 200 yards). There may be 40% damage to my heart but it is still pumping 100% Red American Patriot Blood.

Waiting for my phone to alarm EBS like waiting for water to boil. 10 days of darkness is now 10 hrs as Pelosi is calling for 25th so she can have Trump removed. I’m not sure what chess game POTUS is playing now but at this minute he still has power. I heard he is in Texas. Alamo? Custer’s last stand? I’m ready as I understand the tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots. I’m not happy but I will not bow to tyranny only to the Almighty.

I doubt anyone here really advocates violence especially those who have seen it.
However, it’s use, unfortunately, is sometimes necessary.
So when is it necessary?
Each to his own determination and line in the sand but I think some good guidelines might be our Declaration of Independence. If you read through what our Founders thought were good reasons for using violence, you should have all the answers needed.

I predict arrests start within the next day across the country.
If you were in the capitol they will be looking for you and you can bet they will go for the most peaceful looking ones first just to make the example, easily, they hope.
If it’s in the news, which it is that they are actively looking, that means it’s happening now.
Once it starts, it will snowball. They want blood. They were embarrassed and scared by all those “wicked terrorist”.

US Attorney for my locale was quoted on the local news last night (01/06/21), that they are working to make sure that anyone from our state involved in illegalities will be found and prosecuted good and hard.
