A New Declaration of Independence
When in the Course of human events which impelled our Founding Fathers to form a new Nation, conceived in Liberty and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created free and equal and endowed by their Creator with the inalienable Rights to Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness, they determined to declare the reasons which inspired them to such a noble cause.
Because we hold to these same self-evident truths, we seek to adhere to these same timeless principles and to conduct our lives in a way which shows ourselves worthy of the precious legacy which has been handed down to us by such brave and honorable men.
WE are the worthy posterity of our noble Founding Fathers.
WE are the ones who have kept their Covenant and Constitution.
WE are the ones who recognize and revere the God of nature who has blessed us with the fruits of their labor.
All we have ever required of our fellow countrymen is to respect our Right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness and, in turn, we have respected theirs.
Now our endowed Rights have been stolen by those especially entrusted for their protection.
Those who were created equal to us now think they have been elevated above us merely due to the office they have acquired solely through our good graces.
The Governments which have been instituted among us exclusively for the protection of our Rights, have become destructive of those very ends.
Our Safety and Happiness have been abused and usurped.
The principles upon which our Country was established are now distorted and derided, if they are remembered at all. As all of history shows, the pursuit of such a Government is designed to reduce us to absolute despotism.
Because we understand it is no light thing to alter, abolish or institute new Government, for far too long we have tried to content ourselves while evils were sufferable. But now there is no rule of law and our patience is viewed by our abusers only as consent to more abuse.
These are the Facts of the Tyranny we have endured at the hands of our elected Governors, Mayors, Judges, Sheriffs, Police, and various County and City Officials, as well as through their unholy alliance with unelected Unions, Social Justice Organizations, and Bureaucratic Agencies and Social Media:
- We are no longer Equal Citizens before the Law or Society. We are divided along non-existent intersectional fault lines and granted special Rights and Privileges based on perceived grievances or denied them according to the same superficial criteria.
- We have no Right to the Fruit of our Labor. Our property can be seized and our livelihoods destroyed on the whim of a mob or the arbitrary designation of an elected official.
- Our history is rewritten, eradicated, distorted and despised.
- Our elected officials issue mandates and decrees with no rational scientific, economic, or legal basis. Moreover, they themselves do not adhere to the same rules they create and enforce under threat of violence.
- Our law enforcement punishes the law abiding while cowering before the criminal elements of society. Our judicial system protects the guilty while crushing the innocent with all the power at its disposal.
- We are censored, marginalized, and ostracized in the public and private sphere for not championing evil as good and good as evil.
- There are no checks and balances within our political, judicial or economic systems. An unholy alliance between these three segments of society forms a bulwark which allows for no questioning or redress.
- Our religious Liberty is trampled upon, our churches are locked down as “non-essential” and our deeply held convictions are banned as “hate speech.”
- Our families endure never-ending attacks and an uncertain future from the constant upheaval of random interference and overreach. Our children are denied their education, normal interaction with relatives and friends, and every hallmark of childhood itself.
- Our last check on Tyranny, which are free and fair elections, is nothing but a charade. Outcomes are predetermined, fraud is rampant, and there is no recourse.
Because of their insatiable thirst for power, ignorance of history, arrogant and incorrect assumptions, intolerance for freedom, and contempt for their own heritage, these Tyrants and traitors within seek to conform us to their own will and unachievable Utopian vision. But because of their rejection of the God of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness, they can only create a Hell on earth. This is a vision we reject and an agenda with which we cannot and will not comply. Because our abusers will never relent, they must be ended. We understand what this will entail, what will be required of us, and the personal cost we may well have to pay, but Freedom is so dear and our Legacy so worthy, that we are ready for this great undertaking.
Knowing that our God is Faithful, our Cause is Just and our Liberty more precious than Life itself, we take up our Founder’s mantle and engrave on our hearts the words of their Great Seal: Tyrannis Seditio, Obsequium Deo “Rebellion to Tyrants is Obedience to God.”

Is there any truth to the idea that President Trump can invoke the insurrection act before biden and camel toe are installed into office? If this is true then the last hope we have to save this Republic will be that act. Does President Trump have the will to do this? Do the people have the will and commitment to see it through? We have to stop running and face this beast down.
He can do that and / or Pence can refuse to open / count the electors from the questionable states.
Sorry you were lied to, the US Constitution is not a Republican form of government, it is a Military form of government, in other-words Top Down, where they write laws over the people and tax them, if you will look up Republican Government in the dictionary you will learn that it is government that the people are over the government. Under a Republican Government the government cannot either tax or conjure laws over the people.

Our constitution’s Bill of Rights lays out what the government cannot do, It attempts to thwart those in government who want to use its power to feather their nest, as was done in 1913 when the house voted to establish the FED when most of our representatives were home for the holidays.
It was the FED who pushed the government to borrow its easily printed money to cover the expenses of World War One. And now the FED has America by the Balls.

Who enforces the Bill of Rights?
We do. And not at the ballot box.
An analysis of the plain English in the Preamble shows Bendover is correct. The Constitution was actually the re-formation of the poorly crafted Articles (of INCORPORATION) that went before it, and the words “for OURSELVES and OUR posterity” shows exactly who were the beneficiaries of that corporation they were setting up. It was NOT to the benefit of the vast majority of the people who dwelt upon the land of the colonies (now “States”), but ONLY the wealthy landowners and merchants who signed onto the agreement. The ONLY reason the Bill of Rights was attached to it was because it was conditional to the signing on of those delegates who saw that the Rights of the common people would be usurped if this new “articles of incorporation” was allowed to slip past unchecked. The King retained HIS holdings, AND the taxes they generated, through both of those earlier corporations, until the entire nature of the administration changed in 1871.
Lysander Spooner tried (almost in vain) to enlighten the general population as to the true nature of the contract between the wealthy families we call “the Constitution”. His name is virtually unknown among Americans today. The same is true of a man I knew, the late Harry Coombs, a.k.a. “The Informer”, who wrote a book titled Which One Are You. It starts off detailing the points above -- and showed me that I, along with the rest of the country, basically missed the true meaning of the words in the Preamble, because we had NOT BEEN TAUGHT to read plain English critically.
He followed up with several other books, all of which are rare as hen’s teeth, especially among the “patriot” community, because the copies that exist are either unread, sitting on shelves, or have been destroyed by those who know and do not want anybody else popularizing the contents, exposing the government’s true nature and intent. Luckily a few of his interviews are still available as re-posts on YouTube and elsewhere (the originals having been discovered and taken down, as well as the channels that posted them).
People mistakenly revere the Constitution as if it were some kind of God-given holy document, when IN FACT it set up a despotic regime which was held in check only by the Christian nature of the men in America at the time. As the morality of the country was replaced by greed and lust for power, the true nature of men was served very well by that very imperfect document. The ONLY thing that has protected those of us who APPEARED to benefit from it (but in fact did not) was the Bill of Rights. And THOSE Amendments did so only as long as people understood those Rights under the COMMON Law. As soon as those in government figured out how to lure us into contracts and define us as corporate “persons”, as defined in STATUTORY (contract) Law, we LOST those protections of our Rights and entered into presumptively informed contracts (or more often adhesion contracts) with state, county and municipal CORPORATIONS -- the created organizations we CALL “governments”, but are not TRUE governments.
They are literally out-of-control artificial, state-created corporations which have taken over our lives, our lands, our property and, if one looks at it from a religious point of view, our souls. We are being destroyed, body AND soul, by the very things we have created, because we did not read, pay attention to, and understand the Word we were given. And unless we stop the Monster, and soon, it will seek to destroy the last of us men and women. Our ONLY hope, at that point, will be our Lord’s return, as is foretold.
As Ann Barnhardt points out so often, the ONLY way this ends is with either civil war or Divine intervention.

For almost 30 years I served my country, that country I swore allegiance to no longer exists. Unless God intervenes, I plan to get a U. S. Flag and fly it upside down -sign of distress. The only way to stop this insanity is to focus on the ones at the apex of the pyramid and that includes their progeny. To piggy back on the cancer cell analogy above; leaving one cancer cell unchecked will undoubtably lead to its growth, replication and metastasis.
Politicians, think tank experts, media personalities, corporation execs, street thugs, school of economics and political sciences illuminates, etc… are only symptoms.

Aside from the word Human, I agree with the more glaring abuses. Human denotes color of law and color of man and I believe it is a word that never should have been used in the original unanimous Declaration of the thirteen original colonies. What isn’t mentioned, Sadly, is the nature of incorporation and the trafficking of people into persons. This should be of paramount importance to expose in the above list of grievances. It fundamentally changed our system of government. All three Constitutions are contracts and the nature of contracts is a great challenge to unravel as a layman. That is how we ended up in this mess to begin with. Fundamental flaws were in the beginning set into the mix which steered us almost immediately away from Nature and Nature’s God. Since the end of the mercenary conflict we know as the Civil War, our proper structure of government has been incomplete. Our self government and our Assemblies have been absent and we have been since presumed upon by our Territorial and Municipal government services contractors and we, have been held “in Abeyance” and they have been acting in our place “For Us” instead of telling the truth of our rightful place on this side of the line. Since this has been discovered, the States have begun to take their rightful places, peacefully, as Americans, in their State and County Assemblies. We are holding elections and we are forming our State Courts and Jury pools. We would like to avoid a bloody revolution on our soil and we are doing our level best to bring all these parasites to heel by the letter and spirit of the law and under the Constitutions to which they have obligation to as our employees.
Barring that, we are left with two ugly choices, a bloody revolution or complete domination under the encroaching corporate hostile takeover of America and ultimately every other country on Earth should we fail here.
My suggestion is, Correct your political status and rebut all presumptions being made against you as being some enfranchised person with no Constitutional guarantees and join your State Assembly and drain your swamps, County by County. Local self governance is the only way forward.

It would be an honor to have my name affixed to this declaration. All red-blooded patriots should feel the warmth of pride and sense a new bond of fellowship emerging from the ashes of despair which has recently come to define our once great nation. The past year has seen good Americans robbed of their integrity and persecuted by small minded clerks and by a pathetic populace nurtured on the swill of the new enlightenment. We have found ourselves reduced to positions of submission and conformity -- often alone and unaware of the great masses of individuals feeling the same anger and despair -- knowing that our nation and our communities are the victims of a campaign of lies such as has never been witnessed in our lifetime. And now, to hear these feelings articulated in this great declaration of defiance and to witness the passion that gave rise to this new Constitution, I am struck by the awesome realization that I am not alone! But make no mistake, as strong as our resolve may be, America is ill prepared for war on our own soil.
