Raleigh police investigating armed protest group

An armed protest group walking through downtown Raleigh over the weekend has gained national attention. A photographer with the News & Observer captured images of the small group inside a Subway on Fayetteville Street.

WRAL has received many questions from viewers about if their actions were legal.

The Raleigh Police Department is investigating but said in a statement, “While State law does not permit individuals to possess a dangerous weapon when they are participating in or spectating at a protest, there is nothing that prohibits an individual, or a group of individuals, from walking on a city sidewalk while carrying and displaying firearms.”

North Carolina is an open carry state, meaning people can carry weapons openly on public property, but neighbors and business owners said these demonstrators are going too far and are violating the law.

Anti-Quarantine Protesters Spotted With Rocket Launcher In Downtown Raleigh

Armed protesters on Saturday lugged around an “inert” AT4 rocket launcher, an M2 Browning .50 caliber machine gun, and an assortment of different weapons on the first full day of North Carolina’s Phase 1 in downtown Raleigh Saturday afternoon.

The protesters, which looked like a group of mercenaries from the movie The Expendables, were spotted marching on the streets and eating in a Subway restaurant, according to The News & Observer’s Travis Long, who snapped several pictures of the group.

Long tweeted: “A group of about 11 mostly-armed demonstrators protesting the stay at home order marched around downtown Raleigh and ordered sandwiches at a Subway.”

Tucker Outlines Obamagate

Another issue to divide us: should Obama be held responsible for his illegal actions against an incoming and current President? The answer is found in the very basis of our Republic as succinctly stated by Benjamin Franklin:

Democracy or Republic? — 'A Republic, IF you can keep it'

John Adams explains how we can keep it:

Quotes about Constitutional Monarchy (20 quotes)

A moral and religious people understand the difference between justice and revenge. Obamagate suggests one instance of illegal action by Obama and his administration. But that is not the case: Fast and Furious, the weaponization of the IRS against groups and citizens, illegal servers, bribes from Russia and China, money laundering in Ukraine, illegal wars and an expansion of the Deep State which persists today with illegal surveillance.

If we were a moral and religious people, we would not have to have this discussion because the politicians would not have been able to commit so many crimes without any indictments. Maybe the question should be whether we want to be a moral and religious people who deserve a Republic? If the answer is yes, then the answer is also yes as to the next step necessary to start restoring Liberty, the Constitution and the Republic.

Coronavirus: Refuting Last Night’s 60 Minutes Interview

In the “Better late than never” category, a number of reports are now coming out that validate much of the recommendations made by PeakProsperity.com months ago.

Our #1 recommendation of halting inbound travelers as a defense against the spread of the coronavirus? Scientists have just revealed that step as the most effective way of containing covid-19. Our #2 recommendation that EVERYONE wear a mask?

A new study shows that if 80% of Americans do this, covid-19 infections will plummet. Despite this good news, we’re angered by last night’s 60 Minutes interview of virologist Peter Daszak. Dr. Daszak made a number of irresponsible declarative statements that threw scientific principles under the bus in order to deflect attention from his questionable actions.

And 60 Minutes failed to either press him on this or even acknowledge the nature of this “gain of function” research and the role it may have played in the current pandemic. All the above is simply more affirmation that to take care of ourselves during this time of challenge, success lies in a critical analysis of the facts and then making up our own minds rather than simply accept what we’re being told.

Good information is essential to that process, and we’ll keep bringing you the best information we can and evaluating it critically, for as long as the situation calls for it.

White House Orders All Staff To Wear Face Masks ‘At All Times’

Can homemade DIY and surgical masks protect against the coronavirus

President Trump and Chief of Staff Mark Meadows have issued a memo to all who work in the West Wing that masks must be worn at all times inside the building except when at one’s desk, WSJ reports.

The decision is notable since the White House actually seems to be reacting to criticism and improving its policy on masks after President Trump and VP Pence were both called out for not wearing masks in public.

Two White House staffers tested positive for COVID-19 last week, and VP Pence has said he will be working in quarantine after being exposed to an aide who tested positive. Pence in particular has endured criticism for neglecting to wear a mask during a visit to the Mayo Clinic.

President Trump reportedly “erupted” at his aides for purportedly failing to prioritize his safety.

Notably, the press has painted Trump as someone who has recklessly refused to wear masks, setting an example that critics say has confused the public (though we’d argue the conflicting research about the efficacy of masks and initial recommendations that they only be worn by the sick are probably caused more confusion).

And for those who are tempted to argue that the “science” has changed, keep in mind. Aside from maybe one or two additional non-peer-reviewed studies, not much has changed in terms of the available research. It’s just that the West, for whatever reason, didn’t accept the precautionary mask culture, until its leaders decided it might help the public take things a little more seriously.

Of course, President Trump probably doesn’t really need to wear a mask since nobody every really gets within six feet of him, except for his closest aides, foreign leaders and other politicians.

Trump has said he doesn’t believe wearing  a mask is “appropriate” for public duties: “I think wearing a face mask as I greet presidents, prime ministers, dictators, kings, queens, I don’t know. Somehow, I don’t see it for myself. I just don’t.”

Several aides told WSJ they don’t expect Trump to start wearing a mask.

The Fourth Turning Is Accelerating Towards Climax

Authored by Jim Quinn via The Burning Platform blog,

“At some point, America’s short-term Crisis psychology will catch up to the long-term post-Unraveling fundamentals. This might result in a Great Devaluation, a severe drop in the market price of most financial and real assets. This devaluation could be a short but horrific panic, a free-falling price in a market with no buyers. Or it could be a series of downward ratchets linked to political events that sequentially knock the supports out from under the residual popular trust in the system. As assets devalue, trust will further disintegrate, which will cause assets to devalue further, and so on. Every slide in asset prices, employment, and production will give every generation cause to grow more alarmed.”

– Strauss & Howe – The Fourth Turning

I’ve been writing articles about the Fourth Turning for over a decade and nothing has happened since its tumultuous onset in 2008, with the global financial collapse, created by the Federal Reserve and their Wall Street co-conspirator owners, that has not followed along the path described by Strauss and Howe in their 1997 book – The Fourth Turning.

Like molten lava bursting forth from a long dormant (80 years) volcano, the core elements of this Fourth Turning continue to flow along channels of distress, long ago built by bad decisions, corrupt politicians and the greed of bankers. The molten ingredients of this Crisis have been the central drivers since 2008 and this second major eruption is flowing along the same route. The core elements are debt, civic decay, and global disorder, just as Strauss & Howe anticipated over two decades ago.

Thank You University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for Your Role in This Pandemic

A SARS-like cluster of circulating bat coronaviruses shows potential for human emergence

Although public health measures were able to stop the SARS-CoV outbreak4, recent metagenomics studies have identified sequences of closely related SARS-like viruses circulating in Chinese bat populations that may pose a future threat1. However, sequence data alone provides minimal insights to identify and prepare for future prepandemic viruses. Therefore, to examine the emergence potential (that is, the potential to infect humans) of circulating bat CoVs, we built a chimeric virus encoding a novel, zoonotic CoV spike protein—from the RsSHC014-CoV sequence that was isolated from Chinese horseshoe bats1—in the context of the SARS-CoV mouse adapted backbone. The hybrid virus allowed us to evaluate the ability of the novel spike protein to cause disease independently of other necessary adaptive mutations in its natural backbone. Using this approach, we characterized CoV infection mediated by the SHC014 spike protein in primary human airway cells and in vivo, and tested the efficacy of available immune therapeutics against SHC014-CoV. Together, the strategy translates metagenomics data to help predict and prepare for future emergent viruses.

I do know that the government shut down this lab at UNC-CH due to the danger it posed. I do know that Dr. Fauci funded its continued research in Wuhan with our tax dollars.

Just to be clear:

So they created the SARS-COV-2 variant:

[The mouse] hybrid virus allowed us to evaluate the ability of the novel spike protein to cause disease independently of other necessary adaptive mutations in its natural backbone.

I do not know what other abilities that the Wuhan lab inserted into this “novel” virus other than to note that it has the ability to infect our immune cells using a different pathway than what this 2015 paper outlined.

So the question is: what are the consequences of creating a biological weapon since their research did not create a vaccine? Their research only led to the addition of more “abilities” to create this pandemic. What are the consequences of worldwide genocide? Why are there no calls for an international treaty to stop further “research”?

Simple Math says $50,000 to $87,500 Gold Price – Jim Sinclair

Legendary gold and market expert Jim Sinclair says the virus that originated in China may have, oddly enough, done some good. Sinclair explains, “The effect of the coronavirus was literally to shut down business globally, therefore, shut off the demand for loans, which also shut off demand for short term money. So, what the public has not seen, is not considering and does not understand is we were stepping into the door of a major financial crisis magnitudes larger than what happened in 2008 and 2009. It’s a horrible thing that this virus occurred, but if it had not occurred, we would have been in a crisis much more serious than 2008 and 2009. . . . It was blowing sky high . . . . Shutting down demand is all we could do. It stopped the explosion of interest rates.”

Where do we go from here? Sinclair says, “We are going to make a recovery. It’s not going to be a ‘V’ by any means. The stock market could be a ‘V’ because the stock market has very little to do with reality. . . . As far as business is concerned, very serious damage has been done to the infrastructure to the business equation. Many employers are gone. Many corporations have significant readjustments to be able to build up again. The supply lines and logistics, where did everything come from? China. . . . This is a major worldwide adjustment, both economically and politically. . . . We had everything made in the cheapest place possible. . . . This is not a passing phenomenon. . . . The only thing that has been steady is gold. . . . The change that this brings about is a reconstruction of the basic business foundations. It’s a start over, it’s not just a slowdown. How many restaurants make money on 50% of the clients? You can’t. How many automobiles have built up on the lots? Enormous amounts. How many clothing stores shut down full of winter clothes and can’t make the shift to summer wear? You can go down the entire line. So, this recovery will be more like an ‘L’. We’ve come straight down, and we are going to go sideways now. . . . Many businesses are not going to open up again. . . .The idea of the coming inflation as a result of this is simple. Everything that you need will go up in price. Everything you don’t need is not going to hold value. You are better off with a freezer full of fine cuts of beef than you are with a brand new Tesla. The beef will go up in price, the Tesla will go down.”

On gold, Sinclair says the ultimate price is an easy-to-calculate math problem. How much gold does America have compared to how much debt it has? So, how high could gold ultimately go? Sinclair says, “It’s simple math. You take the amount of gold the U.S. says it has, and then you take the debt it has, and what price would you need for the debt to balance to zero? The price on the low end is $50,000 per ounce. The true price is $87,500 per ounce.”

Is a biblical debt jubilee coming to America? Sinclair says, “We already have jubilees. If you don’t pay your rent, you have a jubilee. If you don’t pay your student loan, you have a jubilee. If the payment of your auto insurance is postponed, you have a jubilee. We’ve got jubilee after jubilee after jubilee. Keep in mind, one man’s jubilee is another man’s disaster. It’s almost as if the Bible is correct in terms of economics. Also, keep in mind, the people who aren’t being paid are being hurt very badly.”

Sinclair thinks the recovery will take a decade or longer, and Sinclair says, “It will be just like the period between 1929 up to WWII (1941).”

The Last Word on Masks

After this post, there will be no more articles on masks concerning the coronavirus pandemic. I posted an article which detailed scientific testing on the effectiveness of masks based on particulate size to debunk that latest attack vector on me.

As I stated earlier, we are in the midst of a biological war and as in any war, you need to arm yourself to the best of your ability. In this case, the government with the aid of useful idiots has managed a successful campaign to limit the availability and vilification of wearing a mask.

I thought about detailing the different types of masks as people have focused on N95 masks but I gave my recommendation of masks back on January 30, 2020. Would I use an N95 mask? Not if I had an N100 or the mask recommendation previously.

I did find some of the comments attacking me personally for common sense sanitary practices strange. I deleted too many comments based on character attacks and ignorance. I do want to take this opportunity to thank people for allowing me the opportunity to evaluate your character, level of intelligence and public virtue. It will not be forgotten. As for those who are offended by common sense, you are welcome to join the readers who have left in disgust at my lack of “patriotism”.

Can Masks Capture Coronavirus Particles?

Can homemade DIY and surgical masks protect against the coronavirus

With the outbreak of the coronavirus, many people are wondering if masks capture coronavirus particles. It’s a lot to ask billions of people around the world to become mask experts overnight.

How Big Are Coronavirus Particles?

First things first: we need to know how big the coronavirus is. Scientists have already used electron microscopes to measure how big the corona virus is. Coronavirus particles (fancy scientific name “virions”) are spheres with diameters of approximately 0.125 microns (125 nm). The smallest particles are 0.06 microns, and the largest are 0.14 microns.

The scientific test:

Researchers from the University of Edinburgh tested different common masks by running a diesel generator (to mimic car exhaust) and piping the exhaust through the masks. They used a particle counter to see how many particles made it through the mask. Here’s my super scientific rendering of the setup:

One important detail: the particle counter they used measured particles as small as 0.007 microns. That’s over 10 times smaller than the coronavirus particle diameter. We’re talking about truly tiny particles here!

They tested a whole range of masks, and here’s what they found:

N95 mask surgical masks Respro particle capture test data

3M industrial filters were able to capture over 95% of particles down to 0.007 micron. Given that news outlets have claimed surgical masks can’t capture nanoparticles, it’s particularly surprising that the surgical mask was able to capture 80% of the tiny particles.

Masks Capture Car Exhaust

OK, but that was car exhaust. Maybe there’s something different about virus particles? In another study, researchers shot actual virus particles at N95 masks. The masks captured over 95% of virus particles.

Tanzanian President Catches WHO In Epic Lie

As the number of confirmed coronavirus cases explodes across Africa, the creeping involvement of the WHO has made some leaders suspicious of the NGO. Tanzanian President John Magufuli was growing suspicious of the organization, so he reportedly decided to investigate whether the organization was as trustworthy and reliable as it claimed to be.

He played what the local press described as “a trick” on the organization: He sent the WHO samples of a goat, a papaya and a quail for testing.

All three samples reportedly tested positive. When the president heard the news, he reportedly confronted the WHO, then kicked the organization out of the country. Though, to be sure, the WHO has yet to comment on the situation.

That would suggest one of two conclusions: either the strain of SARS-CoV-2 running amok in Tanzania is much, much more infectious than scientists understand, or the WHO has been reporting incorrect results either on purpose (as an attempt to bolster its credibility in the face of President Trump’s attacks) or via error (yet another indication that the WHO truly is “badly brokem” – as  Vox described it back in 2015).
