Lindsey Graham outlines his questions for witnesses testifying in the Senate concerning the FISA applications starting at the 10 minute mark in the above video.
Here are the real questions to ask these witnesses if Graham wanted the truth:
1. Did you read Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Kathleen Kavalec’s report questioning the authenticity of the Steele dossier prior to the signing of the first FISA warrent to spy on Carter Page?
In official opinion, Virginia AG says gun sanctuary resolutions have ‘no legal effect’
Attorney General Mark Herring says the Second Amendment sanctuary
resolutions being passed by Virginia localities have “no legal effect,”
according to an official opinion issued Friday.
Even if the resolutions were written to explicitly defy the new gun-control laws expected to be passed next year under a Democratic-controlled General Assembly, Herring said localities have no such power.
“It
is my further opinion that localities and and local constitutional
officers cannot nullify state laws and must comply with gun violence
prevention measures that the General Assembly may enact,” Herring wrote
in the four-page opinion.
Since Democrats won legislative
majorities in November’s elections, more than Virginia 100 counties,
cities and towns have preemptively passed resolutions expressing their
support for gun rights and, to varying degrees, their opposition to new
gun-control measures. Del. Jay Jones, D-Norfolk, sought the opinion from Herring’s office in response to the phenomenon.
“When
the General Assembly passes new gun safety laws they will be enforced,
and they will be followed. These resolutions have no legal force, and
they’re just part of an effort by the gun lobby to stoke fear,” Herring
said in a news release accompanying the opinion.
In response,
soon-to-be House Minority Leader Todd Gilbert, R-Shenandoah, suggested
the opinion was at odds with Herring’s prior refusal to defend Virginia’s same-sex marriage ban before it was officially struck down because he felt it was unconstitutional.
“This
not only conflicts with his previous statement about his own conduct,
but also the position of a number of Democratic commonwealth’s attorneys
regarding prosecution of marijuana possession,” Gilbert said in a
release. “I look forward to the attorney general following up with the
commonwealth’s attorneys and commonwealth’s attorneys-elect in
Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, Portsmouth and Norfolk about the supremacy
of state law over the policy preferences of local elected officials.”
Whether
the measures prove symbolic or not, right-wing websites exploded with
headlines last week floating the possibility that Gov. Ralph Northam
would send the state’s National Guard to enforce whatever gun laws the
General Assembly approves. Rep. Don McEachin, D-Richmond, prompted the
speculation when he told the Washington Examiner, “I’m not the governor,
but the governor may have to nationalize the National Guard to enforce
the law.”
The outcry that followed prompted the Guard’s leader, Maj. Gen. Timothy P. Williams, to direct a message to personnel saying he had not received any such request.
“We
will not speculate about the possible use of the Virginia National
Guard,” he said. “I encourage everyone to be patient while we allow our
elected officials to work through the legislative process.”
Northam’s administration, however, has said unequivocally that a military deployment is not something it’s considering.
“The
governor has no intention of using the National Guard,” said Secretary
of Public Safety and Homeland Security Brian Moran. “Our position is
that these laws are constitutional.
They are common sense reasonable approaches to reduce gun violence in Virginia. And once they have passed, we’re going to work with all of our stakeholders — sheriffs and county administrators and police — to properly and effectively implement them come July 1.”
John
F. Kennedy once said, “Change is the law of life. And those who
look only to the past or present are certain to miss the future.”
Well,
it’s time for me not to miss the future.
Being
a die-hard fan of Colt 1911s as well as an owner of a Colt 1911
Combat Commander, I like many Colt owners have a pretty harsh
attitude when it comes to other 1911s. It’s either a Colt or it’s not
a 1911.
Having
that attitude may seem a little harsh but it comes from having looked
at and having fired many other 1911s over the years.
Don’t get me wrong, there are some really amazing 1911s available out there by other manufacturers besides Colt. Browning, Remington, Springfield, Kimber, and Wilson to name a few. The common denominator among all of the above mentioned is the price. If you want to get a well-made, accurate, not to mention any of the extras on a 1911 by any of what I refer to as the “big boys”, you’re going to spend well over $1,000.
I,
like many other gun owners and enthusiasts, am always looking to add
to my collection. But the cost of a decent 1911 is not something that
many people can justify. This is where the less known 1911s come in.
As
I said, over the years I’ve looked at and fired many other 1911s. I
had yet to find one that was anything I would want to purchase that
was less than that thousand-dollar range. The ones under that $1000
mark are poorly made, don’t fit together correctly, tend to jam, are
not accurate and overall really aren’t worth the money.
So,
when Rock Island Armory sent me their Rock Ultra CS 45 ACP For a T&E
(Trial and Evaluation) I have to admit I was rather skeptical yet
also a little excited. I’ve read many reviews on The Rock Island
Armory 1911s and I have to admit I was intrigued.
I
had seen many video reviews as well as read quite a few articles on
the Rock Island Armory 1911 line. Unlike others that I had mentioned
above the Rock Island Armory 1911 has won praises from many across
the gun world. So I went about my review with an open mind.
First,
a little background on Rock Island Armory. RIA is just one part of
the larger Arms Corporation of the Philippines or Armscor. The
company started as a sporting goods store in 1905 as Squires Bingham
and company, they became known for selling long guns and ammunition,
they survived the invasion and occupation by Japan during World War
II. After World War II they expanded and began the manufacture of
firearms and ammunition. Armscor has manufactured rifles, shotguns,
revolvers, and semi-automatic pistols, But I think what surprised me
the most when researching their history was the fact that they
manufacture more 1911s than any other company worldwide.
Upon
receiving the Rock
Ultra
CS 45 I Immediately did an out of the Box review video
and
went out back to my range with 200 rounds of Armscor
230 grain full metal jacket ammunition.
I encourage you to watch the short video to see the Rock
Ultra
CS 45 in action.
The
Rock Ultra CS is part of the Rock series and built in the traditional
70 series design which to me is the best of the 1911 designs made
over the years.
Right out of the box The Rock Island Armory line is not what I expected. First off it comes in a hard case rather than a cardboard box and although that may seem minuscule, anyone who has bought a firearm lately knows what a pain it is if you want to store or carry the weapon and all you get is a cardboard box.
First look
The second thing you’ll notice is the fact that it comes with two magazines, that is one small extra that you would pay more for if buying a 1911 from one of the so-called big boys.
But,
what’s more than the extra magazine are the extra’s that come
standard on the Ultra CS 45.
The
entire Ultra CS is a smooth angled for EDC (every day carry). This is
no ‘boat anchor’, the lines not only look great but allow for
easy concealment without an obvious print, as well as a snag-free
design that allows for a quick draw. It comes standard with a low
profile adjustable rear sight and a high visibility fiber optic front
sight. Also standard are the skeletonized hammer and trigger and
ambidextrous safety.
The
3.50” button rifled barrel is supported by a full-length guide rod,
which is a little unusual for those of us that are familiar with
other 1911s that have a shorter guide rod and bushing. The Ultra CS
is bushingless, but the way that the barrel bells out to meet the end
of the slide and is a tight fit allowing for better accuracy.
As stated on the RIA website, “Like all Rock Island 1911s, each is built using 4140 ordnance steel on the industry’s best CNC machines while being hand-fitted and tested to strict tolerance guidelines for unmatched quality and value. I have to agree on the “hand-fitted and tested to strict tolerance guidelines”, this gun is tight and you can feel it from the slide action to the minimal recoil.
‘Belled out’ barrel
Like
all the Rock Island 1911s, the Rock Ultra CS comes with a factory 4-
to 6-pound trigger pull that’s crisp and smooth with a clean break.
Another
standard extra is that the magazine well is beveled, to say loading
the magazine is easy would be an understatement. Again, this is
something else that you would pay a lot more for on any of the big
named 1911s.
The Rock Ultra is finished with a tough parkerzied matte coating, but for me, I think I was most impressed with the battle-ready G10 tactical grips. The first thing you’ll say is, “I like these grips.”
G10 grips with thumb notch
The G10 grips have flush-mounted Torx screws and the thumb groove is not only comfortable, but it’s also ergonomically perfect. When grabbing the weapon there is no question of thumb placement. Regardless of hand size, your thumb immediately slides into place, both my girlfriend and I found the thumb groove to be an added feature that made us both say, “why doesn’t this come standard on all guns?”
Dee after her first time firing a 45
I especially like the extended beavertail so there is no chance of any slide bite. When you push the magazine release, the magazine doesn’t just drop out clean, it shoots out of the gun, no pun intended. All the actions worked smoothly with no hangups from loading the magazines, to racking the slide, the slide release and the cocking/locking of the hammer.
Shooting
the Rock Ultra CS was a pleasant surprise. Being a short barrel 1911
I was expecting a much harsher recoil. You can tell it’s a 45, but
the recoil isn’t much more than any of my short barrel 9mm’s.
I
loaded up both magazines and was going to check out the feel, recoil,
and accuracy when I had a jamming issue. I quickly narrowed down the
problem to being the magazine and not the weapon. One of the two
magazines jammed on the third and or fifth round each time I used it.
The other magazine fed 200 rounds flawlessly without any issues at
all.
I
spoke with RIA and was informed that all the weapons have a limited
lifetime warranty that ‘follows’ the weapon and not the owner.
This means that if you sell the weapon the warranty continues on to
the new owner. As far as the magazines, all the magazines come with a
one year warranty so any magazine problems would be covered and the
magazine would be replaced.
The
accuracy of the Rock Ultra CS is amazing straight out of the box. I
never adjusted the sights or for that matter did I have to re-adjust
the way I sight in. At 12 yards after the first shot, every round was
consistently in the black.
First shots out of the box
The
Ultra CS is all metal and therefore on the heavy side weighing in at
2.35 lbs unloaded. But anyone used to any 1911 would expect nothing
less. If you plan on using it as an EDC it will feel heavier as the
day goes on, but again, it’s a 1911. They do make a lightweight
version of the same gun, the Rock Ultra CS-L which weighs in at about
28 ounces.
The
Rock Island Arms family has seven different 1911 series to choose
from, the TCM series, TAC series, ROCK series, GI series, BBR series,
XT series, and the PRO series.
Now
for the price… Get ready for ‘sticker shock’, but not what
you’re thinking. The Ultra CS is listed on the RIA website with a
manufacturer suggested retail of $731.00 and even though any of the
‘big boys’ would easily be double that price, you can find the
Ultra CS from various dealers at only $549.00. That price is easily
1/3 less than you would pay for any of the ‘big boy’
manufacturers and when you start adding in the extras that come
standard on the Ultra CS you could easily pay in the thousands for
any of the previously mentioned ‘brand’ name 1911s.
The
RIA Rock Ultra 45, like all the other RIA 1911’s are available at a
price point that is not found with any other manufacturer of this
caliber.
As a die-hard Colt fan, I have been converted. I haven’t missed the future and the future is inexpensive 1911s by Rock Island Armory. If you want to add a 1911 to your collection or you’re a first time 1911 buyer, try one and you won’t be disappointed.
Is it possible that Nancy Pelosi is waiting to send the impeachment articles to the Senate until the witnesses responsible for Russiagate are murdered? A far fetched idea but it is as good as any other reason for her actions. The probable death of Professor Mifsud may never be known:
“Lil Joey Mifsud is not sleeping with the fishes,” Tweeted Papadopolous. “More to come.”
Lil Joey Mifsud is not sleeping with the fishes. More to come.
Today’s evil empire is the Deep State organized and run by George Soros. This is quickly becoming a worldwide conspiracy and the war is just beginning.
A new story out of Italy suggests that an infamous audio file allegedly sent by Mifsud to two Italian papers is believed to be fake, according to reporters who had it analyzed by one of Italy’s top forensic experts. The audio file is not the same deposition audio file that is in the possession of the Department of Justice and the Senate Judiciary Committee, in which Mifsud allegedly describes the work he was doing and why he targeted George Papadopoulos. The last anyone has heard from Mifsud was the Spring of 2018.
Department of Justice officials declined to comment to SaraACarter.com on the ongoing investigation or Mifsud.
However, a detailed story by the reputable and well known Italian news outlet Il Giornale, Italian journalists Roberto Vivaldelli and Mauro Indelicato, suggest that sources within the Agrigento Public Prosecution office, who brought charges on Mifsud in another criminal matter associated with his work at a public university in Italy, believe he is dead. Their story is published in English at Il Giornale’s blog site Inside Over.
Sources interviewed from the Italian prosecutors office, told the journalists that they believe there is an “80 percent” chance that Mifsud is no longer alive.
I believe people understand the position that this country is facing as the Deep State coup continues. What I do not understand is why no one is held accountable for their documented crimes. This country was founded on the principles that all men are created equally and that no one person is above the law. But we are living in a bastardized version of the Republic envisioned by our founders. The church which supported the original Revolution with the Black Robe Regiment and the religious doctrine that God has given us life and liberty is now more concerned with a homosexual agenda, money and/or ensuring that we are beaten into submission as sinners instead of striving for Christlike perfection as God intended. Our children are indoctrinated in all phases of public schools and then enslaved with college debt for worthless degrees. Our media does not inform us with facts so that we can make informed decisions; they instead feed us propaganda to misdirect and divide us for their own purposes.
But you already knew all of this. What we will see in the next months is the release of documented facts by Rudy Giuliani and Glenn Beck outlining the corruption of the country and the theft of its finances by the Deep State. A large portion of this documentation has been released and it is only a matter of time until the lies from the House of Representatives and the media are debunked.
If our country’s justice system was working as intended:
Hillary would be arrested for felonies that are well documented.
Joe Biden would be arrested for money laundering as would most the the ambassadorial staff in Ukraine.
Jim Comey, Andrew McCabe and a large contingent of the FBI and DOJ leadership would be arrested for sedition.
Brennan and Clapper would be arrested for their part in organizing the coup against the President.
Gen. Flynn would be exonerated (along with a long list of others) and the FBI would be held accountable for blackmailing people into making false statements in order to not be prosecuted for crimes that they did not commit.
Laws would be passed holding news organizations responsible for the accuracy of their reports and the consequences of unfounded opinion pieces designed to undermine the integrity of both the country and its leadership.
Congress would be held accountable for their actions in the same manner as anyone else would be held accountable. Making false statements and holding secret partisan hearings would be criminal acts.
So why make yet another wish list of actions which should have already been done? Maybe at this festive time of the year, we can remember the gifts that the Lord has given us and hope that with His divine Providence, we will see justice and a brighter future without bloodshed.

While we are distracted with Impeachment and Virginia the Federal Government is further infringing on our Right to Bear Arms.
Why do the Democrats think the American people are so stupid?
Pelosi was able to garner enough support to impeach President Trump with a partisan process that would have made the founding fathers get the tar and feathers ready. The game is afoot but their logic is flawed. Or rather, the logic is incomprehensible. I understand that many of the members of Congress are on dementia or Alzheimer’s medications but there is no pathway to success for impeaching the President and ridiculing the Senate Majority Leader unless they want a civil war.
I understand that there will be no winners in a civil war but that will not preclude it from happening as this country approaches its tipping point. I also understand that if we do not come to grips with the machinations of the Deep State and its media propaganda wing, the death toll will rise, which is what I believe they want.
Let us pray for a peaceful Christmas and a sense of clarity from our “rulers” as they descend into the depths of irrationality.
This short video is worth watching. If only for the fact that someone tried to murder Viktor Shokin with mercury poisoning. And why does the Trump State Department still bar him from entering this country to outline the corruption of the Bidens?

Now, the slapdash half-assed and fullashit shampeachment will not be forwarded to the Senate, and the House has adjourned until next year.
Some folks are worried this could slide out from under us.
I’m not.
If they stage a successful coup, it will simply be time to shoot the bastards, and no more fucking around wondering about when it’s time. (Claire Wolfe, call your office…)
At that point, it ain’t about Trump, it’s about not tolerating living in a banana republic dictatorship.
Open season, no bag limit, screw the regs.
They want to play for blood, they’re going to find a lot of folks who’ll be their Huckleberry. Let’s see if they really want to open that ball.
But it all becomes moot if Senate Majority Leader Yertle McTurtle simply states,
“Since the House refuses to send forward any notification of impeachment in a timely manner, we hereby consider the entire baseless process null and void, and serve notice that we consider the matter closed to further consideration. If the Speaker is so uncertain the House’s action passes the basic fairness test, and meets normal standards of jurisprudence, we consider that no impeachment has been duly enacted by that body. If the House decides to do this all over again, from scratch, and this time they can find a shred of evidence for any of their charges that actually exist in U.S. Code, and an actual bona fide crime, and allows confrontation of witnesses and cross examination by the minority as well as the majority, and observes other basic and fundamental rules of American jurisprudence, the Senate may be inclined to take notice of an actual bill of impeachment that passes the standard set forth in the United States Constitution at that time, should the House return to the rule of law; but in an election year, we’re liable to be awfully busy. All in favor, say ‘Aye’. Motion passes. Senate adjourned.”
If he did that, and called Nancy Alzheimer’s bluff, 1) he’d win the argument 2) the Leftards’ heads would explode 3) The House would shift right by 50 seats 4) rank and file Democrats would march on their leadership and set them on fire, alive 5) right after Pres. Trump carried 45 states next November 6) popcorn stocks would go through the roof
