A Dallas-area policeman seen in a viral video tossing a bathing suit-clad teenage girl to the ground has resigned from the McKinney Police force, the city’s police chief said on Tuesday, calling the officer’s actions indefensible

McKinney Police Corporal Eric Casebolt, who is white, had been placed on administrative leave pending an investigation of how he appeared to target black youths at the disturbance on Friday in the city about 30 miles (50 km) north of Dallas, an incident that has raised fresh questions about racial bias in U.S. policing.

“He came into the call out of control and as the video shows was out of control during the incident,” McKinney Police Chief Greg Conley told a news conference. Casebolt tendered his resignation on his own, Conley added.

Kalibr missile test

More than two years after the State Department confronted Russia about a violation of the INF nuclear missile treaty, the Obama administration has not taken steps to counter the treaty breach.

New details of the violation of provisions of the 1987 Intermediate-range Nuclear Force (INF) treaty were disclosed in the State Department’s latest annual report on arms treaty compliance.

The latest report, made public last week, also reveals that the Obama administration misled the public about the INF treaty breach by not publicly disclosing the violation.

The compliance report states Moscow “continued to be in violation of its obligations under the INF Treaty.”

The treaty breach involves development of an illegal ground-launched cruise missile that the administration has not identified. The violation was first disclosed a year ago in the 2014 arms compliance report, although it had been discussed in secret reports and in Congress for several years.

The much-beleaguered Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is facing yet another crisis—its second in two weeks—after a new report from the inspector general’s office at the Department of Homeland Security discovered that the agency did not adequately screen 73 airport workers who had been placed on terrorism-related watch lists.

Far from inspiring confidence, the inspector general’s report portrays the TSA as being at the mercy of complex regulations, a deficit of information from other agencies, and bureaucratic entanglements that prevented the agency from verifying that the information they received on aviation workers was accurate.

Under the heading “What We Found” the report describes:

TSA’s multi-layered process to vet aviation workers for potential links to terrorism was generally effective… However, our testing showed that TSA did not identify 73 individuals with terrorism-related category codes because TSA is not authorized to receive all terrorism-related information under current interagency watchlisting policy.

The Grad missile which exploded at Netivot

Islamic State operatives in the Gaza Strip have been helping themselves to Hamas rockets in recent weeks after furtively penetrating the factory teams operating the group’s production and assembly lines, DEBKAfile’s military and intelligence sources reveal. The jihadis then secretly passed the stolen rockets to their squads for launching against Israel.

By this device, ISIS newly arrived in Gaza has overcome its immediate deficiencies:

1. They are tapping a local manufacturing source to steal rockets, instead of having to smuggle them in from afar through Egyptian Sinai. As the ISIS presence in the Hamas-ruled Palestinian enclave expands, so too will the intensity of its rocket fire against Israel.

2.  The Islamists count on acquiring more advanced longer-range missiles by the same means as soon as they are developed by Hamas’ manufacturing plants.
It is hard to determine how this ominous reality relates to the comments the IDF OC Southern Command, Maj. Gen. Sammy Turjman, made to the heads of the local communities around the Gaza Strip Sunday night, June 7, to calm their fears over the resumption of rocket fire in the last two weeks.

“In the Southern Command we have noticed that Hamas is making an effort to stop the rocket fire, although we don’t absolve the organization of responsibility and will respond accordingly,” the general said.

He added: “Because of a few rockets exploding on empty ground, the IDF won’t embark on an operation in the Gaza Strip and jeopardize the gains we achieved [last summer].”

The woman who organized the event in McKinney, Texas is named Tatiana Rhodes (or Tatyana Rhodes). She is approximately 19-years-old; however, she retains a fake id and has began scrubbing most of her social media accounts, so her exact age is undetermined. Update: confirmed profile DOB 04/02/1995, so Tatiana Rhodes is 20.

Tatiana had been promoting a party via twitter under the hashtag name “Dime Piece Cookout” for approximately a month.  She planned the event at a sub-division called “Craig Ranch” in McKinney Texas.

The Craig Ranch subdivision has a neighborhood park and a gated pool and clubhouse for residents.  The pool and clubhouse is gated and a scan card is needed to gain access. (You an explore via google earth here)

The subdivision has a Homeowners Association (HOA) which regulates and controls the activities in/around the HOA swimming pool and clubhouse and has strict rules for usethereof.

(ZeroHedge)  Just days after JPMorgan revealed it would fire another 5,000 by the end of the year in a “scalpel” headcount reduction, overnight the world’s favorite drug money laundering bank HSBC unleashed the “machete” and announced it would cut almost 50,000 workers, or one in five bankers, a move which would shrink the investment bank division by one-third. The reason: the same why US corporations are laying off tens of thousands so they can fund record stock buybacks and enrich their shareholders – to boost profits so that more money can be channeled in the form of dividends.
